First experience with Vive and was recommended by my local Audi Club of Houston members. Thao and Kappy were friendly and worked with me on a custom job. I was set on having my OEM black door handles wrapped in Stek Dynocarbon to protect them and give off a carbon look but due to the shape of the door handles and the PPF material being too stiff, it didnt look good and the shopman did not want to continue. They contacted me and let me know what was going on and offered to find another solution. They had it wrapped free of charge in carbon fiber vinyl from a shop nearby and sent me pics. In the end, it still wasnt what I had envisioned and we decided to stick with just black and have it coated in Gtechniq to protect the paint and for ease of washing. Above all, they were professional and honest during the entire process and went above and beyond to find something that would match my cars theme. 10/10 would recommend them and will be coming back for future service!

Vive was great, very transparent and very professional. The shop is great, clean, and very clearly you can tell they have been doing this for years. The entire staff was very knowledgeable, which is desired when dealing with PPF and Ceramic coating. I did my entire corvette C8 right before taking it on a 2600 mile road trip, and they understood and guided me the entire way.

This is the 2nd vehicle I have had ceramic coated, and the people have been outstanding.

The installation of the nano ceramic tint is absolutely top notch. I reached out via their website for a quote and Thao emailed me within 48 hours to set up a call. On the call, Thao went over all the different options and provided an estimate on what each would cost while also articulating the pros and cons of each option.We set up our appointment and showed up at the appointed time. Since we werent 100% sure how dark we wanted our tint to be, Thao greeted us, gave us a quick demo of the different tints and then showed us around the shop and some of the vehicles with tint on them to help us make a decision.Overall, we are currently very happy with both the professional installation and the customer service. Time will tell on the longevity and durability of the tint, but given the high quality product and professional installation, I expect it to age quite well.

I met the service advisor, Thao Nguyen, here. He is so annoying that Id already told him I could not talk on the phone, but he just kept on calling my phone number. I asked for email communication but in vain. The whole process really upset me. There are many more dealers around with so much better customer service. Vive Auto Detailing is definitely NOT a recommended one.Further, the owner will not even be telling the truth. They kept calling me soon after I asked them to talk in detail via email. Its just because I did not pick up the phone call.If you dont want to suffer from being treated rudely. Dont ever think about this store for your own vehicle.

I dont own an exotic car or expensive car, so it was very intimidating contacting them at first. However, after talking to their knowledgeable staff, I really appreciated their above and beyond customer service and how they took their time to explain all their services to me. I shopped around, and no other shop provided the detailed explanation like they did.I am a perfectionist, and although I dont own a six figure car, I get anxiety letting anyone work on it. I cant say enough good things about everyone at Vive. I had my Tesla protected with Suntek protection film, window tint and Modesta ceramic coating.The paint looks amazing, the interior looks awesome and smells great, the window tint is awesome. I came across Vive after doing tons of research on PPF and ceramic coating. Originally, I planned on getting my car completely covered with PPF but I didnt realize how expensive this could get. After looking up a few reputable places I read review after review and narrowed down my choice to Vive. I filled out the form online and Anson contacted me the following day. He sent me an email full of information on both PPF and ceramic coating that I honestly never took into consideration. He actually suggested what came out to be a cheaper option and that was to go with PPF in the front where the most impact from road debris is taken and ceramic coating to complement that for the remainder of the car. He actually saved me tons of money with the idea so I am very thankful to that.The day of drop off all Kappy and the staff were very hospitable. She took me outside to do a walk around the car to make sure I pointed out any areas I felt may need extra attention prior to film and coating. She was very knowledgeable! Upon picking up the car Kappy explained how to maintain the coating with the products provided. I love the fact Anson is readily available to take care of any issues that arise.I will be honest and say I hate leaving five star reviews because most places dont deserve them. If you dont believe me go stalk my other reviews on Google or Yelp! The fact that Anson and his staff actually care about their customers is what made me leave a full five stars. I will definitely be bringing my future vehicles to Vive.As far as the STEK Dynoshield on the front end and Modesta BC04 coating goes I will let the photos speak for themselves!

WOW!! I had the EXO Shield put on the windshield and the polish wash. I was not sure what to expect personally (read all the reviews) and boy was I thrilled when I picked up the vehicle. Have had partial front protection film installed, Powder coating of wheels and chrome delete of window trim and roof rack. They also polished out spots on the hood that would not hand polish out. They are a bit high on price but quality and customer service has been outstanding. Would recommend and if any more works is desired, I will ask them first.

Made an appointment for a general car wash with my new 2019 Genesis G70. Awesome work. I did not wash my car for close to a month now and it had dead bugs and stuff at the front of the car from long distance highway driving. Well they do some great in depth hand washing for sure and it was some damn good work!Props to the team for the fast yet quality experience. Will be sure to visit again for other services! They do not disappoint!

Amazing job! I took my Vanderhall Venice here to get a paint correction to have the marring removed that is factory flaw. Melissa responded to me very quickly, they went over all my questions. When I picked up my Venice the work was flawless, I am so impressed as it looks like a damn bowling ball. Brought my brand-new 2020 Pearl White Nissan GT-R to Vive; and I am glad I did. I picked it up yesterday and was blown away! If it is even possible to say, Anson and his crew somehow made my car look more newer.I researched a lot about ceramic coatings and there is a reason why Vive is the only Modesta installer in Houston: they are the best!Nothing comes close to the Modesta brand in my opinion. I got a front-end SunTek PPF, and a full body Modesta BC-04 coating and the candy-like gloss, especially in direct sunlight, is beyond aesthetically pleasing.Everyone was professional. They answered all my questions without hesitation. Their punctuality shocked me, too, as they seem booked during the Summer time; but, nevertheless, I was able to pick up my car at my scheduled date.Easily, this is the best auto detailer in Houston. My experience with Vive has been nothing but excellence and high standards. Booking an appointment was a breeze, and the receptionist was professional and friendly. When I drove my car in to get a quick wash. I saw that the business was booming with cars already being washed/detailed in the garage while many other cars lined up, waiting to go in. But the moment I checked in my car, an employee took my car to the back to get worked on. While I was waiting, the owner came out and took his time to explain to me about all the different car detailing products he sold in his shop. With less than an hour of a wait (promise time was 1 hour), my car was returned! It looked pristine and better than it looked when I got it from the dealer. This place is Great!! The staff was very professional and knowledgeable. They seem to work on a wide range of cars. I saw classics to exotic cars. I have a 2017 Ford Raptor which they did a Amazing job putting ceramic coating. I would highly recommend them to anyone who is looking for a high quality job and not just your everyday car wash.

Things that they promise could be done werent done probably because I didnt pay for that service. Make sure you re-quote their quote to make sure you are both on the same page and go over those quotes with them after the work is complete. Even for a detailed person like myself, anything shinny is going to make you forget things. I did catch that there was still quite a bit of wax on the bumper. Other than that, they do great work. I believe you have to have a high end car to get the best out of them. But, they do good work. They even let me check out there facilities which was cool. The best part is that they contacted me to address and correct my concerns. Customer service at Vive is 5 star all the way.

Vive has done an incredible job on my car! They put a clear bra on it and it looks absolutely flawless! The ceramic coating keeps the car looking immaculate after being rained on and splattered with mud, this stuff really keeps water and dirt off. This was worth the investment to keep my car looking clean at all time. This is my 3nd car that Ive brought to Vive and they never disappoint!

Everyone knows that rock chips, door scuffs, & any debris is easily noticeable on a dark car. That’s why I had to find the right place to get paint protection film applied to my black car. I had my Tesla Model S previous detailed, paint corrected and coated with Ceramic Pro by a reputable shop here in Houston. The coating failed after one week and my paint looked horrible. I wasted almost $1000 withi this high end shop and they wouldnt give me money back.The team at Vive did a fabulous job re-coating my Tesla with Modesta and I had them wrap the front end with paint protection film or known as clear bra. Modesta outshines Ceramic Pro 10x, not even joking. Theres a reason why Vive is the only reason for this product. My car looks amazing at every angle.Their customer service was above and beyond, their work is the best in Houston and I love their attention to detail.Save yourself the heartache and bring it to Vive, cheap doesnt mean is always better.

Found Vivë when I noticed they are the only detail shop certified with Modesta coatings. I decided to take my new truck with them for paint correction and a BC-04 Modesta ceramic coating and I really glad that I did. I was in frequent contact with Carson, who was wonderful and helpful through the whole process. They left a outstanding job on my truck and they will be the only detail shop I take it to from now on.

Theres a difference between detailing a car and running a business. There are many talented detailers in the Houston area, but talent doesnt necessarily mean they can run a business properly. Theres a reason why Vive has been in business for so many years, their quality is top notch but their customer service is unmatched. I have tried many shops in Houston, and while they may do a good job, but their customer service is horrible. If you just want to drop off your keys and not worry, this is the shop to go.

Took my vehicle to attempt to remove some hard water spots and paid a few hundred to get the stage 2 paint correction. It look a week to do the car which is fine. It looked great when I got the car but leaving it out for just one day in the sun revealed the same water spots. I called them and they told me there is no warranty, basically just spent a few hundred dollars and youre SOL. I took it to another detail shop and they took care of it. Spots did not return after a day, or week. Would not recommend this detail shop unless you want to hemorrhage money, might as well donate it to a better cause.

After careful review of all the detail companies in Houston, I decided on Vivë. I took my brand new LX there for a full exterior detail. They did an excellent job. Customer service was top notch and the paint looked like you could swim in it. Liquid smooth!

They did a fantastic job and is priced fairly.I had my previous cars worked on by another well known shop, but their work was not up to standards. If you had read my previous review on Vive for my purchase of their Tier 3 Nano ceramic coating, Initially I gave a 3 star review on the business end of Vives services not their finished product. Its still too early to give a finished product review. As of now my car looks great, however I will give it a few months and wash my car a few times to see how the ceramic coating is holding up. In that first review I was happy with everything other than the car took longer to be finished than I was originally told.Since my review I was contacted by Carson so that she could follow up with me on the review. She was very apologetic and did agree that the car took longer than it should. Basically a tinting service was going to be done to my car by a neighboring shop and there was a complete breakdown of communication. If it had not been for that, they would have gotten a 5 start rating, but at the end of the day I have to call it like it is.Even with my previous 3 star rating, I still recommended friends that were interested in ceramic coatings to Vive and will continue to do so !! Attached are a couple pictures of my 2019 Mustang GT. Im very hopeful and optimistic that my car will look as good in 6 months as it does now ..!!

Excellent interior detail on my old truck.

I went in for the $90 mini-exterior package, and came out less than impressed with the job. In the initial walk around of the car, they noticed a few lines on the back of my car and rubbed them a few times, but didnt say anything about it. I should have spoken up, but I thought that them taking note of it on their own was enough. We didnt see anything else on the rest of the walk around, so they took the car in for the service. I was quoted 2 - 3 hours, backed up by the website, but the car came out right around the 1 hour mark. Most of the surface dirt was removed from the car, and it was very smooth after the waxing, but the lines on the back were still there. I asked why and he said that because they were scratches he couldnt get them out. I disagreed, so he came out with detailing spray and a cloth to prove it, but when he rubbed them they got lighter. The message then changed to the lines being scuffs that could easily be buffed out, but because they already waxed it it would be a waste to redo it. I was told that next time I come in I can tell them and theyll do it, and the lady inside said I could also upgrade to a more expensive package next time. Based on this, Im not sure they even tried to get the lines out when they saw them and just assumed that they were scratches. The lines also got lighter when they wiped them later, so Im not sure how thorough the wash is. When I got in to leave, I also noticed streak marks on my interior screen, and a few residue spots on the windshield and on the hood of my car. I wiped these down at home and they came off easily enough, but in the process I also noticed that the area around my badges werent touched at all during the whole detail process. I dont expect a super-detailed look between the numbers and lettering for a mini-package, but the logo is just a circle that could easily have been wiped down. It took me about 2 seconds to wipe the circle around the circular badge.Overall, based on my experience I felt the job was very rushed, as it didnt seem very thorough and took an hour less than the shortest quoted time. The car did feel very smooth after the wax which was nice, but there was wax residue left on the hood and windshield and streak marks on the interior glass. I made an appointment a week ahead of time for this, so if they did not have time, they should have put me in a different time slot.I realize that I purchased one of the cheaper packages, but even so, I dont think I should have to clean up residue/dirt from a detail.

I found vive by searching and going through reviews, and they live up to the high rating they have. Excellent customer service. Theyll spend as much time with you as you ned, explaining all their services, going over options and costs. They stand by their time commitments. My car was even finished an hour before they said they would be AND i had asked for extra work done.Hands down the BEST value for your money with regards to their exterior refresh. My car has not looked this good since I drove it off the lot.

I have a Toyota Camry and was intimidated by all the Ferraris and Lamborghinis they had up front. As I walked in to their shop, I was immediately greeted and the staff was very helpful with what I needed for my car. They were also very honest about what I should and shouldnt get to make sure I was completely satisfied before they proceed with the service.The detail service took 1 day and I am very happy with the result. Its better than brand new. In my opinion, this is Houstons best detail shop. From start to finish - customer service, identifying my needs, honest opinions, progress updates, customer waiting room and of course, the detail service itself is A+!

I’ll give a 1 star simply because I just read 2 reviews that were exactly the same with different names. If they aren’t honest about their reviews maybe their work won’t be honest in cars that aren’t “high end”, I’ll take my business somewhere else
