Great price, on time, free shipping. I read the reviews online before I made my decision. I was ready for a folded bumper in the shipping box and I knew based on the comments exactly how to reconstitute the rear bumper. Just left it out in the sun for a few hours and it was instantly reshaped. The color was not 100% exact, but it was so close you can not tell by just looking at it. Definitely worth the price! My local body shop quoted me more than double what I paid here. That quote included labor as well. If you know anything about most Subaru parts, most are pretty easy to install yourself.

I saw all the good reviews and quickly needed a new bumper for my Honda Civic. I had seen that they offer pre-painted bumpers for cheaper than other car parts stores including eBay.They said it takes up to 3 weeks to receive but it was actually less than 2 which was nice. The reason I didnt give 5 stars was because the place was difficult to find. Hardly any signage I had to call the place 3 times to get exact location. Also there were some minor paint imperfections. Otherwise I would recommend

I ordered a painted bumper for my wifes 2018 Honda Civic from Paint-A-Part after seeing their fantastic price - the best price I could find anywhere - and their customer satisfaction guarantee. I sent in the exact paint code from the door sticker with my order and expected to wait 3 weeks before it shipped. However, it ended up being shipped within less than a week! After I installed the bumper on the car, I noticed the paint was noticeably darker than the rest of the car. I called customer service, and they promptly made it right. I would definitely do business with them again.

I just bought a Nissan Rogue and didnt even make my first payment when I backed into a light pole. I didnt want my insurance to go up so I went online and found Paint A Part. They not only had the rear bumper cover I dented, they painted it. The color matched perfectly and the bumper cover fit exact. To be honest I was pretty wary of a ore painted bumper BUT I was beyond surprised when I received it in a small box and let it sit outside in the Texas heat and it went back into shape absolutely insane! Very little orange peel (as I expected didn’t really expect a “show car” paint job) BUT it looks great and you can hardly tell and for the price?! Couldn’t beat it that minor imperfection can be overlooked and does not hinder the 5 stars I gave, bumper came quickly with zero damage and I’m not only impressed but also super happy. I ordered a bumper for my car. I also paid for it to be painted. It came folded and cracked in multiple locations. It came with instruction to sit the bumper na the sun and it would return to its natural form. It never did. I had to send them a picture of the bumper cut in half to prove that I wouldn’t use it in order to get a refund. If you buy a bumper from them do not take there standard shipping that involves them folding the bumper in numerous locations.

This was the first car body part I’ve ever ordered and would do it again through Paint A Part in a heartbeat. The ordering process was easy, the shipping was quick, the paint color matched perfectly and the customer service was personal and helpful. When I received the painted bumper, I thought I was getting scammed because of how the package came (bumper was folded every which way!) but after contacting customer service, with their suggestion, I put the bumper in the sun and after a couple days it popped right back to “bumper shape”. Install was easy and looks stock! Couldn’t be more pleased.

Ordered a bumper for a 2018 Honda Civic it took only two weeks to process and few days to ship. It came and the paint was a perfect match. Unfortunately there was some issues with craftsmanship. I reached out to the company and they apologized and offered a partial refund so I can get the issues fixed on my own.Even with the issues, overall with the part and the professional of the company I am completely satisfied and will look to using them in the future.

Buyer Beware! I recently purchased a fender for a 2016 Jetta and the paint was way off and part had swirl marks on it as well as dents. Total rip off! Was past the time to ship back from California so I had to swallow Tom he lesson learned. Don’t waste your money with this place. For me it was $300 down the drain. I also called them in the past to check on order and they where extremely rude. Best to just take it to a professional shop and get the work done.

Wow! I am impressed. Now, I will admit, I dont believe folding it for shipment is the best idea, but, it didnt seem to hurt it so I guess Im wrong about that. I opened the box, unfolded the skin, and let it sit overnight in room temp before I installed. Installation was SO easy. 20 minutes I was putting away my tools. I am beyond satisfied. I purchased a painted bumper from them for my 2016 Honda Civic. Unfortunately, when it arrived, the paint color was darker than that of my car, and clearly did not match once I attached it to my car. But I wrote an email to them and explained the issue, and they issued me a refund no problem, all I had to do was send them a photo of the bumper cut in half and they refunded the full amount back to my card. The refund process was easy and it shipped way sooner than expected (like, one week instead of three). My only disappointment was that it didnt match, and although the representative insisted they used the correct color, Im confident Honda did not paint my vehicle incorrectly as he seemed to insinuate. But I do recommend giving them a try for the price! (I paid a promotional price of ~$300)

Ordered a bumper for a 2004 Honda Accord. Very very very impressed with the level of service I have received from this company. I have never installed a bumper before... but google and a brain can get the job done! I was skeptical at first with how it was shipped, but trust me it will be fine if you use a space heater like I did and just kind of let it do its thing while carefully trying to help it back in its original form. The price was very good , think I paid just a little over 300 and got the better clear coat! All in all... the product arrived on time, was what I wanted and the price I wanted! Pictures dont lie.... I was wary of ordering a painted replacement fender for my ‘15 Jeep Wrangler online, fearing poor fit and quality. I was happily surprised. It arrived in perfect condition and the fit was perfect. Quality was as good as the original and the paint was spot on. Will definitely use again.

I can’t speak on the quality of their products because I requested a refund after almost two months of waiting for my part. Updates and communication is not good. I kept getting told my part was in the paint department and then after almost two months I got told it got lost. It makes me think they never physically checked on it. When a customer asks where their product is, get up and physically go check on that part, maybe?

Then, I started looking online after getting quotes from local shops. I found Paint a Part while searching for bumpers at ebay and I decided to buy the bumper because I was saving enough to justify the if Like what if it doesnt work out, then what?The communication is fantastic with the seller and delivery is as indicated. When I go the box, I almost used the “f” word because it didn’t look like a bumper, then I understood. The bumper came folded in at both ends but you just take your time and it goes back to regular shape(genius). The paint finish and quality is equal to anything you can expect at a pro-level. I just received the bumper cover I ordered and it arrived broken. Thats because they fold them when they ship them. In my case, that made the part fail (4 crack all the way through the plastic). This is Frank Bates, Dawns husband. I have had an excellent experience with Paint A Party. Bought the front and rear bumper for a 2006 Honda that had been seriously modified before it came into my possession. It took about 3 hours total time to make the transformation from a beat up 14 year old car to a really nice Honda Accord that looks as if it drove off the showroom floor. Really impressed with the quality of the workmanship as well as the prompt delivery. Would recommend them to anyone.

Called told them how I recieved this bumper. Bent in 3 places in a small box. Then emailed these pictures they offered a partial refund or full refund if I can manage to cut it in half and send them pictures.. you can ask yourself if youd like to spend your $ woth paint a part... im not gunna anymore.

Ordered front and rear bumpers for a Civic. Order process was easy and Tony kept me up to date on when my order would be ready for pickup. I live in the area, so I decided to stop by their facility to pick up my order. Paint matched and bumpers fit great!

The part actually was received a few days earlier than promised. When I did receive the part, it was damaged, but of no fault of Paint-a-part. Part of the formed part was missing on the back side. Once notified of the issue and with a few email communications and pictures, they were ale to send me a new part in an expedited time frame. Basically in 1/3rd of their normal stated lead time , thus allowing me to complete my repairs. The paint quality and color match on both parts was very high quality.

Paint-A-Part did a really good job getting us the part we needed in good time. Soon after putting in my order they notified us pretty quickly that the paint color I had listed was not right .Despite the lag time because of the mix-up on paint color, they got the part to us, halfway across the country in the timeframe originally promised

I was skeptical that the bumper is shipped folded, but sure enough some time in the sun returned it to its original shape. Paint looks great, just one small run visible. All these reviews about not matching color are ridiculous. Your car has been sitting in the sun for God knows how long....the color fades, of course a newly painted part is not going to match exactly. I saved almost $1000 by going through these guys. Will shop again.

I received the painted plastic bumper between the chrome and grill/headlights on a 2009 GMC Sierra in a box and was surprised to find it folded over several times. I followed the instructions and and left it outside in the sun to allow it to return to shape, my fears subsided and overall it returned shape. It arrived with several chips in the paint- which was initially a bummer because this is why I ordered the part. They offered to send me touch up paint, I refused. Then they offered a 10% refund, I said I wouldnt like that. So they then offered me a 50% refund on the part. They worked with me (over the period of about a week) to resolve the issue to my satisfaction. Overall satisfied but I would like a perfect part in the end. However at ~$161 for a painted mid bumper I can live with it. I would recommend this company to someone in the future.

Ordered a front bumper for my 2008 chevy Trailblazer, came quick and the paint matched perfectly but since it came folded certain spots were cracked and scratched specifically the bottom parts of the fender. Not worth the price I paid.

Still fighting for my bumper which I never received,supposedly delivered Aug 28 2020 to arrive in october. Its Jan 2021 No sighting.

4 YEAR UPDATE: the paint is in poor condition. I even put spray wax on my car every two months and the paint gave out. You can see in the close up picture that the almost 10 year old factory paint is in way better condition than the paint a part fender. Absolute cheap quality.You have to be a gambling person to buy from them online. My front fender was no where close to being the same color, and they will under no conditions do anything address the issue. I have a 2011 Nissan Versa with paint code K36. If you have the same color car dont buy from them, it wont even be close to matching.

However, the bumper I received from them was far from a good paint job, with imprints from the packaging, and damage from shipping. The first bumper they sent me was cracked because they folded it too much, the replacement they sent was for the wrong car.Folding the bumper seems like a terrible move for shipping, but I can see how it would work for a very basic car.The customer service was good enough though. They were fairly quick to respond, and got me my refund after it was decided they were not going to be able to satisfactorily fill my order.

Ordered a bumper for my 04 acura tsx, the paint in some areas were already starting to peel/crack, but i guess that should be expected ordering a cheap bumper that gets folded and shipped, however the color was noticeably off which is what made me disappointed, the installation was relatively easy and the fitment was ok but not perfect, admittedly probably due to user error

Update: after contacting the company they have agreed to issue me a full refund because they guarantee their flares 100%. Glad at least the refunded me and resolved this issue.These were the worst choice I could’ve made in fender flares! Less than a year on a truck that only sees highway and occasional towing the paint has managed to peel and chip away. Also one actually cracked! You definitely get what you pay for! Save yourself some headache and disappointment and save for a set of bushwhacker flares. Now I’m out the price of these and the extra I paid for the extra clear coat, and the cost that I will be paying for a quality product as this company does not stand behind their product!

I accidentally ordered a coupe, rather than the sedan part. I tried teaching out on several mediums to correct this error. I briefly doubted the legitimacy of the business. After a while, I received a call from them that calmed my fears. He informed me that they will send the corrected part, despite the order still saying coupe.I did receive it exactly 15 business days from placing my order. The bumper was wrapped and packaged neatly with printed instructions inside. The part fit on the car and seems in good quality. The color matched perfectly. I would say overall for the money saved by doing it ourselves, through the help of Paint-A-Part, was worth it. I would purchase more painted parts from them in the future.

They do not answer the phone, and if you have to return the package like a bumper it will cost you more to send it back than it is worth to fool with. I purchased a front bumper in the year range of my vehicle only to find out it was the wrong one even though it was the only option on their website. Now I have to take a $180 loss to send the bumper back on a $290 purchase. Do not use this company stick with a local auto body shop. This place is a rip off.

Getting a part already painted so you can get repairs done in your own garage is a great idea, the the paint color was spot on. Unfortunately the parts were not in great condition. The fender was wrapped in thin cardboard, and that was inside a cardboard box with no padding of any kind. The part was bent and had a paint drip. The plastic bumper cover was maybe folded up before the paint was dry and had some defects. If I werent repairing a 15 year old car, I would have returned these parts.

Ordered a Bumper online for a repair. It came in the correct color, but I received the bumper folded into 3 pieces inside of the shipping box. This caused the paint to peel in some spots and it wont align with front end correctly.I got a hold of customer support and they issued a full refund.

My bumper had paint damage but paint a part did a good job of giving a full refund and even letting me keep the bumper on case I decided to use it or sell it. I will probably throw it out but at least we do not have to deal with return shipping. Of course I wish things had gone smoother and the part had no issues, but you guys did a good job of making things right. Thank you

As all of the other reviews have stated, I ordered a bumper for an elantra that was in a minor wreck. Within a week the order was ready and since I lived in Houston I just went to go pick it up and the color matched perfectly. Every body shop said that I would have had to blend it or else it would not match and that was simply not true. The Elantra is 10 years old and I know paint fades and ages with the weather and sun but this bumper matched perfectly and hou could never tell the difference. Thank you!

This place sucks! I received my hood from them and the edges where bent and the hood wouldn’t even shut after I attempted to put it on the car. So I then emailed them thee time and called three time asking them to do something to fix it and this is week two and still no response from them. And honestly I would be cheaper to get a primer hood from some where else and just let a body shop paint it. There shipping skill sucks. And I paid almost 550.00 for this hood and they still haven’t done anything to fix it. eBay and any where else for this hood unpainted is 60.00 I seriously regret getting my hood from here. From reading other comments I’m not the only one they have done this too. This place truly sucks at life. So I will never buy from here again.

I have to give Paint A Part a rating of 1 Star for customer service due to the fact that I had to email them three times before I could get an response back and trying to get them on the phone was just as bad. When I was able to actually reach someone they were very indecisive as to how to resolve the issue. He could not make a decision, and I was told to email the company again. The fender that I received was the wrong fender for my car (which was my fault) but it did have scratches, dirt in the paint and fish eyes in the clear coat. I tried for three weeks to contact the company and work something out where I could send the part back and not have to pay a restocking fee. I also was going to pay the shipping but due to the shipping costing more than the part I asked the company if I could purchase a shipping document through their company due to the better pricing they receive in the shipping cost. Never heard anything back. The company did not want to hear from me as they already had the payment for the fender. CUSTOMER SERVICE for this company sucks let alone the paint quality/workmanship is midgrade at best. The fender cost me $260.00, I ordered a new fender from EBAY that was not painted but primed for $60.00 delivered. Get this, it actually came in a fender box which was inside a box professionally wrapped. Unlike the fender from Paint A Part which arrived in a fender box that was wrapped in plastic wrap and looked like something your ten year old kid had tried to wrap. When I took the package to UPS to get an estimate for the return shipping, they actually laughed at the packaging and couldnt believe it was aloud to be shipped in such a state. Take this for what it is but I am very disappointed with Paint A Part, I will never use them again.

Great product, fit perfectly and had no imperfections on the paint. It didnt have orange peal or runs at all. It shipped faster than they even said! It took a week and a half or so to receive it to my door! Will buy from again!

The item arrived in great condition in approximately 3 weeks and fit perfectly. Color match is very good--slightly different from the rest of the vehicle, which I expected for an 11-year-old van, but the difference is so minor I wouldnt have noticed it if I werent looking for it. Given the vans age I didnt care about a like new repair, so I was very happy to save hundreds of dollars over a body shop replacement.

Paint a Part did an excellent job on my parts. My bumper and fender look exactly like the original parts; definitely a quality paint job. The price was great, and pickup was very fast and easy. This is a great business, and they saved me a whole lot of money!
