I had a good experience here with Sean. He fixed my hair line and cleaned me up nicely. I haven’t seen my beard looking this good before. I am thankful for booking it via class pass. I highly recommend this barber and facility.

Sean took an out of control beard and transformed it! He styled my beard just how I wanted and even gave me some of his own style to set it apart. I will definitely be coming back to see Sean for keeping my beard looking great.

Before coming to Finleys I would typically go to places like Great Clips and I would occasionally get a decent haircut at an okay price. But that was my biggest issue - consistency. I was tired of having a garbage haircut every other visit.Finleys Barbershop was an amazing experience, specifically Adrian! With the little direction I provided him he was able to give me easily my best haircut and beard trim ever. Ive already booked my next appointment (which is a complimentary clean-up, lengthening the time I need to go back for a full cut) and plan on coming back indefinitely!

Just moved to Houston a couple weeks ago and my husband needed a place to go to. Some of my coworkers suggested Adrian at Finleys so I decided to book him a haircut and a beard trim. All I have to say is outstanding work! The attention to detail was the thing that sold us and they even offer clean ups for in between appointments. Definitely will be sending my husband back! I have been going to Finley’s for a year now and have always had amazing cuts. I have had Samantha aka Sammy for the last 5-6 months and she is amazing. Always in a good mood and easy to talk with but the thing that really matters is the killer cut! Thank you Sammy and Finley’s for keeping me sharp.

This place is banana bonkers in a really good way. Really nice aesthetic, too notch barbers that did a really decent skin fade and then a full wash. Its a little pricey, about twice what I usually pay but who cares, you get free beer.

First time out here. Jonathan was very attentive and listened to what I wanted. One of the best haircuts and beard trims I had in a while. All the staff was very friendly as well. Will definitely be back to see Jonathan.

I came in on Friday for a haircut and was really excited to try this place. Ever since moving to Houston it’s been hard finding a new barber to trust. It’s a nice place and the staff are friendly however, don’t think the quality is worth it.I just didn’t leave feeling confident in my haircut. Uneven blending, and just overall did not meet my requests. To top it off, after getting my brows waxed, I was burned and a thin layer of skin was peeled off. Was told it was just irritated. Definitely not what I wanted and I’m embarrassed.

Very nice place! Staff is courteous and attentive. Good selection of products as well. Jonathan always does a great job, is meticulous and is consistent with his hair cuts. Always leave completely satisfied.

This place used to be good, but not anymore. For $50 I can get a much better haircut experience somewhere else. Stylists or whatever they are called here don’t listen to your request and do their own thing. My whole haircut was less then 10 minutes. And at the end this guy cut my hair way too short, as like I was his last client or something and just wanted to get rid of me fast. The stylists are not professional they mess up a lot, I had experienced issues before. But I come here because they have always taken me in with no appointment needed, the front desk staff are friendly, plus they offer you drinks. For that I give them A+. But just because they give you a 30 sec back massage with a machine or a drink won’t justify what they charge. All around this experience was not even 2 star. Done with them for ever.

The haircut was just ok, nothing special. Not smoothed out and a touch uneven. They raised the prices and even though they promised a free touchup wouldnt give one and wouldnt even respond to my messages. All in all, not bad, but not worth the price.

I visited this barbershop today and had Jonathan as my barber. I was extremely happy with Jonathans work and attitude. I highly recommend getting a shave by him... Hes an expert at his craft. I will be back to this barbershop!!

I have been going to Sport Clips for almost 4 years thinking it was the best value. After having gone to Finleys once I know that I have been sorely mistaken. Finleys is $5 more expensive, but the quality and experience were well worth it. This is now my go-to spot!

Great service, really friendly. Free drinks while you wait (beer, soda, coffee). Minimal waits with appointment. Claire cut my hair and had the rare barbers talent of understanding what I said I wanted and delivering it. She always asked questions to make sure she didnt make an unwanted cut, offered good suggestions, and made good conversation without being pushy. Would get my hair cut here again.

Cool place with an old school barber shop look and feel. Adult refreshments, hot towel service, straight razor shaves and neck massages. Claire cut my hair, did a great job, was very friendly and gave me some good advice. Will definitely go back.

A barber shop that doesn’t know a simple fade with an edge up. The worst place to spend money for a haircut. Horrible service. Never coming back.

Had a great experience with my barber and her recommendations. I usually go to places like great clips, but I feel I got a better cut here. The fade the barber produced was less abrupt and pronounced.

Second time visiting this location. First visit I will excuse the poor haircut as it was a hairstylist and not an actual barber. This time I specifically asked for a barber as I was going for a full head shave and a beard shaping with a light beard trim. So for $75 bucks it took over two hours to shave my head. I did this time receive a straight razor edge up for which I was charged the full price of a clean straight razor shave. My edge up was terrible. Visibly bad to the naked eye. I get home take off my shirt and there’s still a ton of hair on my neck. I tip well in any scenario so I spent $90 for the worst barber experience of my life. I feel violated. As somebody who has been more than happy every time I’ve visited a Finley’s location in Austin I am pretty disgusted with how this haircut went for me at the Houston location. My shaved head is stubbly as if it was done with clippers. My beard edge up and trim are uneven and unsightly. The girl cutting my hair was slower than cold molasses and the way she went about shaving my head made me ask if she’d ever shaved somebody’s head before. Still have hair on my neck. Come on man. $90 later and I get to spend money on razors and shaving cream to complete my head shave and I get to go to my regular barber across town to get them to fix my edge up. Completely ripped me off and wasted a ton of my time in the process. I have never been this disturbed with customer service to the point of leaving a negative review.

You get a beer on arrival if you want, and your half hour appointment usually takes twenty minutes. After two visits, no complaints.

Scheduled an appointment for 11:30, arrived 10 mins early and waited till 11:55 to finally walk to the front desk to see what the ETA was. I couldn’t find anyone and the barbers were ignoring me, then 5 minutes later someone approached me and apologized. She said 5-10 more minutes max, I’m the only person in the waiting section. Then someone walks in and they instantly sit them down in a chair. Extremely unprofessional, 45 minutes past a scheduled appointment and they could care less.

Overpriced for the service. Hair cut was on par with greatclips, for 35 dollars I expect skilled stylists. Beard trim was alright but there was no straight razor. Started texting me after; super annoying. People were nice;2 stars.
