My son and husband used to get their hair cut by Peanut. Best barber in the shop. Only barber that I trust to cut my boys hair.

Horrible experience. I got overcharged, low quality haircut, horrible customer service. Leaves me wondering if you guys even care about customer retention. Zero quality for the price. Im Latino and been told several times by my black friends that I needed a black barber because they are the best when it comes to taper fades. Buff older folk cut my hair. He was rude, incompetent, negative vibe. No type of concern for how I felt about his work. Its ironic because there was a younger dude cutting a customers with hair exactly how I wanted(going over the line up with a razor and shaving cream) !!!! Which leaves me with two possible conclusions you guys hate cutting Latino peoples hair (which if thats the case you guys should just refuse service instead robbing people for their money with your guys overpriced mediocre haircuts) or get rid of incompetent barbers such as the grown guy, he was pretty buff and big a little bit gray facial hair and gray hair on head hair. He is so miserable!!! Having enough incompetence in a business can really sink it.Would you guys(KUTNZONE) rather have a sustainable business with new customers coming on a consistent basis and or continue repelling future business and new customersWith incompetent individuals that call themselves barbers that infectin Kutnzones business right now?

I have been bringing my son here for a couple of years. Im a single mom so I try to stay with one barber BUT Mike was so unprofessional. Multiple times I was given a time and had to wait as he cut multiple heads at the time he had given me. This will be my LAST time giving this shop my business. SO UNPROFESSIONAL.
