Im all about helping small businesses and the hall itself is nice, but man that lady is extemely RUDE!!! Poor customer service. I dont know if that day she was in a bad mood, but she kicked me out because I said she was in bad mood 😅🤷‍♀️El luegar esta muy bonito pero la señora es muy maleducada. Muy mal service al cliente. Nose si ese dia estaba de malas, pero me saco del lugar por decir que andaba de malas😅🤷‍♀️

Don’t do business whit the lady from this banquet hall she will take your money and not do what the contract says also she tells u one thing and them changes everything she is a fraud i made a police report on her save your time and money so somewhere else.

They hall looks very nice with the new renovation! I had my 15 here 7 years ago, it was so much fun and it was a smooth process for my mom. My sister also had her party here almost a month ago and it was great.

An excellent event venue for any occasion. Cordial staff, amazing decorations, well attended to by staff, the owner is very nice guy Overall, an amazing experience. Will definitely use the place again.

I only put one star because i cant put 0 but thats what it deserves the wife is a b**** the husband is nice but shes so extra my sister had her party here and the lady tried to charge us more than we had agreed. the day of the party the cake that was included in the packet she gave us she showed us a big cake and the day of the party we got a very small cake all dried up. She also stole a whole bunch of our beer so do not do business with this nasty lady

Do NOT waste your money here. The owners stole the food I paid for and collected the fruit table early. My guests were left hungry because the woman (owner) stole MY food and MY cake for herself. There was no toilet paper or hand soap in the restrooms! I paid thousands of dollars only to get robbed!!!I had outside catering. Luckily, I had a reliable guest whom caught the owner loading my food into her vehicle near a back exit.

This place is horrible they dont care about customer satisfaction at all the husband is a really nice and understanding personbut the wife is not a qood person for this type of business.! She hasa very nasty attitude and is not bery understandable.! Alot of people talk bad about this place but now i know why because of her .! The photography has to be whenever she is available for whatever reason . Bottom line its all about the money not the customers .!!!

The owner has a very bad attitude. He wants the party to be his way. I dont think the a / c works because it was super hot. If I could give it a zero.

Living room with a large dance floor. Stage for the musical group or D.J. This room is clean and spacious with capacity for 350 people. Packages at a very good price.

The Hispanic owners do not use this room apart from what a shame they see your face they take advantage of these times and according to them very polite and they will give you service and not anything to see they want to sell you the whole package that everything stays between them until the food is cooked them and the service call of years and is not proffesional at all
