This review is mainly about the owner of the hall.. event hall is great at reasonable prices. We paid for a package through an event coordinator, who was great with great staff and amazing customer service. On the other hand the owner of the hall doesnt Have good customer service at all. She is there to take your money. We paid the coordinator a good deal for a package which included mostly everything. When we got close to our event date , we were told we had to pay extra to rent the bar space which included a minimum amount of ice we had to provide our own ice to keep our drinks cool. She apparently gave us little to no ice for the bartender to make mixed drinks. Then she (owner) was charging my guest $5 for ice! Thats alot!! She had a whole ice machine there and was guarding it as if she didnt get paid a good chunk to rent that hall of. Shes pretty much there to make as much money as she can from people who rent there. Beware. Event coordinator is great! Ask all your questions before giving your money. Make sure all your coins are being used wisely. To me the owner had no business at my party but she was there harassing people.

Dont be deceived by where its located, this is a great family owned hall and the owner treats you like family. Whether a small event, or a huge party for up to 500 people, this is the place to go. Highly recommend.

Great ballroom! In fact this is the best in all of southeast Houston. Owner is amazing she works really hard to try and accommodate everyone. You wont see a more grand ballroom in all of SEHouston/Pasadene its 2-3 times as big as all the others tons of space

May have been part fault not knowing complete details of invitations. Had to pay extra for different other invitations and printing. Owner was very polite at event and on top of things during event. Dinner was wonderful, as waiters would cater to tables as guests would walk in. Please be advised the photographer has not delivered the rest of the photos as promised . Only gave me photo for hall at time of event. One year now and photographer does not respond to phone calls. I have NO photos. .

Ive been here twice and both times have been very alike. The only problem I have ar ethe candy prices in a store you could get the candy for almost 75 cents no more but theyll charge you around 1.00 or more for a small candy

Quaint place, has a bar. Just need a little more help walking around.
