After delaying my wedding a year I was happy to finally walk down the aisle…. I was extremely pleased with my wedding celebration on July 18, 2021. Sergio was AMAZING he kept the event on track and was extremely responsive when I had questions. The wait staff, bartender & even security was so polite and professional. The meal was delicious the cake was to die for. I couldn’t have asked for a better outcome…. Everyone was Impressed with the elegant decorations and had an AMAZING time!!!!!! Thank you so much!!! I would recommend this venue without hesitation!!!!

Excellent time. Staff was great and prompt. Pricing wasnt bad even for a full rental on a Saturday for 8 hours.

If I could give this hall a higher rating I would!!! I am having my wedding at the original hall in December and I couldn’t be happier with the service I’ve received thus far. Alex has been amazing throughout the process and everyone on staff has been so helpful and flexible. The food is amazing, the staff, in both decor and service, are above and beyond exceptional. The hall itself is gorgeous and perfect for any occasion. I’m feeling comfortable and confident that my wedding day will run smoothly thanks to them. I will definitely be recommending and booking them for any future events that I have.

I went here to an open house looking for a hall for my daughters 15. Kennedy helped us out and was very informative about all the perks that come with the hall. He never rushed us nor pushed us into getting the hall. Instead we schedule a meeting to go into detail about packages and prices. We decided to go with the VIP B because it is big an elegant. Great customer service. My party is next year so I will be coming back to review the hall once I have my event to see how things go.

Such a lovely venue halls and Samantha was the greatest! Was able to meet and sample food drinks, photo booth and cakes from the vendors that cater the venue!

Thank You so so much for the amazing work yall do. I looked at many other venues and did attend several Quince Expos but this venue was by far the best choice we could have ever made. Many thanks to their entire staff especially Alex and Cristian who helped make my daughters day so very special and amazing. From start to finish it was excellent Customer Service and a pleasure to have met such an amazing staff. The food and all the accommodations they recommended and helped with was simply wonderful. I highly recommend it you will not be disappointed.

I attended my cousins wedding here last weekend and everything was amazing. Staff is definitely a 5 star staff, i loved the food it was really good. The person in charge of the event I believe his name was Sergio he was very attentive and was making sure at all times that the event ran smooth! I would recommend this place to my friends and family!

The hall is beautiful, a little over priced but the staff were great. The receptionist was really sweet and bubbly, she led me to a lady named Guadalupe if Im not mistaking and she was really helpful. She showed me different decorations and ideas and helped me out with color matching. After the customer service i experienced the prices didnt even matter to me, totally recommend!

Great reception hall for your wedding or quinceanera event in the north side of Houston. Very spacious parking lot and great indoor facilities with a superb set of stairs for the main entrance. All this paired up with the usual great, detailed oriented service they provide makes this venue one of the best options in this side of the city.

LA FOUNTAIN IS THE MOST AMAZING PLACE.I last minute decided to throw my mom a 50th birthday party and immediately called La Fountain. Growing up, a lot of my classmates had done their events there so it was very easy to come here since I had always heard great things. My event was small, 50 people, and Samantha and Natalia were amazing. They worked with my budget and Samantha kept me on schedule all night to make sure everything we wanted to do got done. I received a lot of compliments on the food. We chose the the Chicken Poblano with the Ceasar Salad and mixed vegetables. It was all so good. Definitely considering this place for my wedding since the service was so wonderful

Veronica CoronadoSep 28 (3 days ago)I had my wedding in August 2012, the initial plan/contract was to have the event at the new V.I.P Reception Hall, but one 3 weeks before the wedding I received a call from the manager. I had the feeling something was not right, he said that the construction of the new hall was NOT finished and that it would NOT be ready for the day of my event. I was very frustrated and disappointed. The options I had ahead of me were very limited and the time was against me.In the beginning I was upset, but they were able to make me trust them again and resolve the issue in the best way possible. They offered me a new hall, Crown Plaza Hotel, and they were able to transfer all the services, and took care of everything, I didn’t have to do anything just change the vision of my wedding into this new place. The BIG day finally came and I have to say that I was very impressed by the way everything looked. I loved the decorations, the colors, the bows on the chairs, the color lights on the walls (extra charge). I loved the professionalism of all personnel and my guests where very impressed. I was happy with the cake, the music, and photography, all referred by LA Fontaine. Camilo, Estevan and Elvia, really took care of every little detail in my wedding. I was happy to see them supervising the event and making sure everything was going great. All the personnel made sure dinner was well served along with the cake later that night, drinks were served all night. The wedding planner was very professional; days before the event she helped me put together all the sequence of the event, and drew a layout for all the tables, main table and chairs. I was very impressed by the fruit table or the stage, but the rest I loved it!

I was extremely pleased with the level of customer service provided to me by Poleth. She answered all my questions and made sure I felt welcomed the entire time. Hall is stunning and worth every penny!

La Fontaine is a very beautiful place to have wedding or a birthday party. One more thing the people that work there are so friendly and they all ways have a smile.

On a Sunday night, no one is here.Waited 25 minutes for a drink. Not acceptable.Was told our food is on the counter.Was not delivered.4 people in our party received there food,3 people still waiting.The service is horribleWill NEVER COME BACK.

We had our wedding here and the coordinator didnt show up. The lady didnt speak English... Im white so thank you for ruining it by giving me a person that didnt know any English. Cyndy Salazar and her family wrote fake good reviews and deleted my wives review. The lady that listed all about cold food bad service etc is 100% correct. That happen to us and more. What a waste.
