Best place for my girls sweet16 & quinceñera everything was exactly as promised.Jessica the owner goes beyond and above to make everything as perfect as possible very polite and caring person.My girls had an awesome time and friends and family loved the decoration the place itself.Thank you Jessica very highly recommended thumbs up.

I booked this venue for my little sisters sweet 16. The price when making the contract is reasonable for a nice hall in the hood, by far the best venue around the area. the reason for the 3 stars is her lack communication and professionalism. We agree on one thing and then totally forgets what we discussed. I added 3 tables with chairs and she charged me $200 which I thought was ridiculous !!! The only reason I added those tables for the guest to not feel cluttered due to Covid-19. She also charged me an extra $50 for the frame holder when you walk which is insane to me. At the end every little thing you want changed has a price tag ! She needs to be upfront with everything when the contract is being done instead of adding all these charges, I understand this is her business and she has bills to pay but that is not fair to the customers, she needs to do better.

The lady was real nice, the Royal Banquet Hall was clean. I enjoyed myself, I would be glad to refer them to someone else. Everything was nicely set up, looking forward to having another event there.

The owner Jessica is fraudulently attempting to keep my deposit. I have to file a civil lawsuit to get my deposit back. She misrepresented the situation and called the police on me. Jessica and her husband Rios Gerardo were rude and unprofessional. DO NOT RENT THIS VENUE!!!! I have attached screenshots from the last conversation with her.

This is very SAD! Mrs.Jones rented the hall to me last Friday for her daughter graduation wich I did not know that they were party planners involved in here anyways this is what happened. Mrs.Jones came to my office to finalized a contract with me wich I had told her that I willing to help her out because she said that she had another hall that canceled on her so I said what I do for you so you have your event just give me $800 but you will have to provide the security and cleaning it only includes hall tables and chairs and she was very mad that day because she whanted me to set all her tables and chairs her way but that was not included so I gave her Thursday to start decorating they all were very rude to me Jessica and Gerardo while me and Gerardo were putting the clean cover seat on chairs they were just acting up until they left, also every time they call me they just hung up on me is fine I’m not going make a big deal out of it So Friday came at 8am I gave them the key they had a remaining balance of $75 for using other equipments not in contract I did not whanted to charge her there I was like well tomorrow we can talk on that. SO I handed her the key FRIDAY at 8 am and left the ac on and left her and the building on her own that was MY huge mistake! Now Friday everything was going smooth until she call me to tell me she was ready to leave the facility I told her if she wanted she can lock the door or drop off the key the next day at 8 am she got very mad started screaming on the phone and hung up on me so I head to the hall I got there like 12:40 and the event was going end at 1am and I did not see no security in facility when I got thereSo we got there parked on the side on the front of the hall and my husband Gerardo got off to lock the facility but Mrs.Jones was very mad that she came and open the door of the truck wich me and my daughter that was sleep at 1 am she literally came and open the drivers doors and started screaming at me that she whanted her deposit back NOW! I was like seriously you just scared my daughter can we talk tomorrow wich I believe she was on something after that Gerardo came back to the truck and we just stayed in the truck and like 30-40 people don’t know how many but were a few came around our truck and started screaming at us I was scared that they will do something so I called the police and when the police got there they all left the parking I believe she was drunk or idk because she was wearing some dark sunglasses and was very mad and just because she works for the city of Houston she don’t have the right to talk to me like this! I believe she don’t deserve no deposit back due to her attitude and for the cleaning I respect the lady that does my cleaning she a Hispanic nice lady that she does a very good job In her cleaning but I don’t understand how If it was that dirty that they saying why they did not say anything before the event.

This place was gross! From spiders on the stage to bugs in the light fixtures. Need to do better!!!

Owner is very rude and highly unprofessional. Im surprised this place is still in business. This was definitely horrible experience and I wouldnt recommend this venue to ANYONE

My sister hosted a Graduation Party last night for my niece and the owner is fraud. She want return my sister deposit saying no security guard was on site. How, if the security guard was escorting occupants where to park and walking the grounds. Do not use this Place. Do not book!

This owner is not a good person to rent from she is dishonest and a liar. She did not have Hall ready at appointment time claimed there was no security and there was. Then she refused to give deposit back whereas the place was cleaner when left than it was when we arrived. She did not want to come get her key and husband was using foul language and extremely rude. We will never use this place again and recommend none else use them either.
