Not that anyone should be in a position to require a bail bonds establishment. But they have gone above and beyond to help in my situation.very friendly and professional I highly recommend them to anyone in need.

Very helpful company! A couple of days ago we couldnt find my little brother and we didnt know where to look for him, until this company called me to notify me that he was in Jail! They made everything so much easier for me by taking my payment and avoiding having to drive to downtown to get my brother out of jail they did everything for me! I just want to thank all the lovely ladies in the office for their help! I totally recommend!!!!

The reviews about SOPHIA are all true. DONT DO BUSINESS with this company. I know youre in a rush to help your family member but check another company to verify. Sophia is rude unprofessional and likes to talk down to you. Im not that person! Understand you are the customer and DO NOT have to tolerate her behavior. Find another company Im warning you its in your BEST interest. Blackwood needs to part ways with sophia, she is NOT good for business.

Unprofessional! I received a call from Sophia saying I have a warrant for my arrest so I asked for all the information and the necessary steps to take. She bombards me via text wanting to know when I was planning on getting there. She refuses to give me a copy of the police report and said she would provide it when I got there. Then she calls me AGAIN to ask the same question...when I was coming. I can understand her sense of urgency because they want the money but theres a professional way to go about it. Your asking me to drive Downtown on a work day for me. She definitely needs some additional training because texting in slang, and being passive aggressive is completely unacceptable. She text me after I ended the call I hope you dont get arrested, laughing face emoji...UNPROFESSIONAL!!! Im more than happy to contact another bail bonds company.

I glad I never gave this place money based on other reviews it would be bad.I was arrested for theft, I left a domestic violence situation a few weeks ago and have no money so i stole something to sell to get money. I know it was wrong but sometimes you do anything to get away from abuser.This bonding company contacted my abusive ex to tell him I was in jail and needed to be bonded.I dont know how they found out about me or found him to contact, I have no money so no way to bond. So my ex did the bond and they released me but they want money from me now to finish paying it. Now my ex wont leave me alone saying i owe him some of my time for him paying me out and that he wont finish paying if i dont see him so i just have to turn myself back in now or go to someone abusive. I wish they will leave me alone and not contact anyone. I will rather be in jail then abused. I have no family or friends here so i dont know why or how this place got involved but they have put me back in danger and should leave people alone. Thank you.

1 star because I can’t leave ZEROFRAUD FRAUD FRAUD!!!Please do not go to these people!They will extort you even if you’ve done nothing to approve or sign papers with them.Look out for their phone number as they will call you with wrong information or before information is even in the system approved by a judge when it comes down to bonds and conditions!!They end up making scenarios worse!

When my husband was arrested and I needed to get him out, I didnt know which way to turn. There were so many questions and concerns I needed answered. All the while wanting my husband out as soon as possible. Blackwood was the only company that I talked to that took the time to answer my questions with out making me feel inadequate They walked me thru all the steps and provided me with the best service in this crazy time. I feel they looked at me as a person not just a wallet. I would refer them to anyone in the same position.

These people are crooks. They gave me a call letting me know that I had a friend in jail, and asked me to pay the fee of $200. I paid and later received a text saying that another bail bond company beat them to it so they would be reimbursing me $120 but I still had to pay $80 because somebody went and waited in line. Essentially they had me pay $80 to have somebody wait in line for no reason. Scam artists.

I payed 4,000 dollars for a bond , without knowing my uncle had a immigration hold only they knew and still proceed into putting the bond so when i went to hpd to try take him not knowing about the hold they told me he wasent going to be let out .i came back to the bond trying to get my money back and they refused to return the money my uncle was never let out once and they kept my money . worst experience ever all they want is your money just be careful what you sigh .
