Very rude and unprofessional. We overpaid and have the receipts to prove what was paid. The person that works in there can’t count and the owners daughter is rude. They will argue with you about your money and trying to get in touch with the owner is hard to do.

I expected this place to have a sense of organization, but it does not. I was on bond with this company from 02/2018 until 07/2018. I would have to call numerous times just to have a clear expectation of my conditions with this company. I was first signing in with this company in person on Thursdays. One day my paperwork was not out with the rest of the bails. The sassy guy who works their was very unprofessional, he has a nasty attitude, and thought he could talk to me anyway because I called him out on loosing my sign in sheet. If my sign in sheet was lost what made him think I was going to sign in on a blank sheet so they can penalized me? Everyone who goes to jail are not dumb and horrible people but he talked to me in that manner. He also apologized in a joking manner, so I told him save the games for somebody who got time to play with his ass. Because he was busy I stayed until another woman found my profile in the wrong spot 30 mins or so. I did like the fact that I could check in on my cell phone by taking a photo. My case was recently dismissed, spoke to 4 different individuals, never got in touched with the manager to let them know to update my profile. I called the next day at 9 AM called back at 4 pm because I had a feeling it was not done. People do not take pride in their work, or complete their job. Everyone had a different answer for probing questions. You have to stay on them! Now I will send an email, to make sure I aware them of the dismissal since no one act like they can do whats supposed to be done.

They tell you what you want to hear then tell you something else, no communication in the office so your told different rates and even if you brought a well 1000 they want more okay brought more now its an issue. Not worth it went else where and now my love one is waiting to be process out.
