My truck has been at this place since July 19, 2021…my insurance paid them $17k to fix my truck and it’s still not ready. Every other week I’m told that it’s going to be another week. This morning I spoke to Joleen the owner/whatever she’s suppose to be about getting a loaner car she was very rude and disrespectful. I told her my situation regarding my personal inconvenience that it’s cost me and she was rude she raised her voice and all she could say was AND..I will never ever recommend anyone to go there.. they blame everything on Covid. I’ve taken another vehicle to a collision place on hwy6 during Covid when everything was shut down and my vehicle was ready in 3 weeks running exactly how it should have been.It’s been there since July 19, I got into the accident 07/17 and it was there the next day. I paid for the tow myself.

I was so excited and happy when I got my vehicle back from Bammel Collision. It looked like Id just purchased a brand new vehicle. I appreciated the staff, especially Armando, when being updated promptly about any information regarding my vehicle. I originally got my car towed there in march, it is now the end of April and they still have not fixed my car, i call every week and it’s the same answer “we have to fix ... so it’ll be another week” i call after that week is up and it’s the same thing, this is by far the most unprofessional place i have ever dealt with in my entire life, DO NOT bring your car here !!!!

My experience at Bammel Collision Center was a nightmare! My vehicle was hitched to a wrecker at the scene of an accident and move from the medium. I was told nothing but positive things about their service by the wrecker so I had the car taken there. After my car was there 8 days (racking up fees) without them giving me an estimate I was told by the insurance company after they were told by Bammel that the car was a total loss. All along I was told by Armando, the repair guy that the car could be repaired. The airbag didnt deploy, the frame bar has a very slight bend on it, all four wheels are in tact and no fluids are leaking. None of the factors that constitute a total loss are present with my vehicle. On the day I took the car from the shop which, btw was driveable the older caucasian office worker was very negative and perturbed by the fact that I wanted to take my vehicle. She gave me a bill of over 1,600.00 and lied and said the card machine was down so I had to get a cashiers check from my bank. I got the cashiers check and took my car away from there. The shop I took the car to gave me a totally different estimate in terms of the amount to repair the vehicle than what Bammel provided. Bammels labor fees were astronomical. It seems like they are scamming people for their cars-buying the salvaged cars and re-selling them or keeping them for the loner cars they provide. I have never had a body shop offer me a loner car ond no one I know has either. Something is not quite right with this establishment.

Great customer service, and great quality of work. My truck was involved in an accident, and they did all the repair work. All the parts that were used were OEM, they were quick with repairing my vehicle, and were always helpful when I had questions.

Had my car fixed here from an accident I had recently and they did an AMAZING job!! From Chris towing my car to the shop and Rudy being so helpful in our situation. My car looks brand new and they were fast, I had my whole front bumper and hood replaced in less than two weeks! They even let me use their loaner car! I would recommend Bammel Collision to everyone I know. Their staff is super nice, they do quality work and are very professional!

I just dropped off the loaner they provided for me. These are the most kind hearted understanding people I have ever encountered. My family appreciates them so much for helping us in such a confusing and difficult time and making this an easy process. These guys are a scam. If your car gets towed here, good luck. They will overcharged your insurance for any work do e if you try and move it. Take your car elsewhere!!! My wife was in an accident and the car was towed there. The very next morning contacted them to instruct the car would be moved and not to begin work. They said they had not started. When our body shop tow arrived they would release the car because they began working on it. If they claim no record of me as a customer, more lies.

Great experience! My car was here after an accident. Bammel collision was highly recommended by the officer and tow truck driver plus Im a woman so I know nothing about collision facilities. The process when I got there was fast they even offered a loaner car no charge just for doing business with them great especially for people with insurance that dont offer rentals Ive never heard of a place like this I was amazed. The day of pick up my car looked amazing and drives great . I definitely recommend this place they also communicated with me through everything.

The estimated time given before service is how long my truck stayed at the shop nothing more nothing less. Owner gave me a loaner car so I never felt the impact of the accident able to still do what I normally do as far as transportation. Armando kept me updated the progression on my vehicle. My vehicle was washed and returned back to me as expected. This my 2nd time dealing with the company & im highly satisfied don’t hesitate coming to Bammel.

Dealing with complications with your car is very stressful. Your guys do such a great job at communicating and working with the customers to find economical solutions. The are knowledgable about all aspects of my car. I feel confident that Im not getting ripped off by someone whos more interested in selling me a new vehicle rather than assisting me to keep the one I have in the best condition.

DO NOT TAKE YOUR VEHICLE HERE. You wont get whats promised and even possibly put in danger. They fixed my car after I was involved in an accident. They assured me they wouldnt and didnt uses after market parts (which they did) and Ive had nothing but issues with my car ever since i got it back ( about 6 months ago) and just now realized they replaced my rotor with a used one and now im also finding out they didnt even put on the right parts to keep my brake pad from rubbing against my rotor. So now im having to take it to my actual dealership service center to get it fixed properly. They legitimately put me in danger by not putting in/on the right parts. If you do take your vehicle here, i pray you have a better experience than i did.

Bammel Collision provided A-1 service to my husband and I and took real good care of my car when it was wrecked. They took their time and made sure that everything was top notch. Armando gets five stars & the excellent repair job they did on my vehicle. The professionalism of the office staff particularly Jolene, however was horrible and quite off putting. Long story short they gave me a loaner car until the insurance company accepted responsibility. On the day that we were to return the car, my fiance was surrounded by several tow truck drivers who tried to intimidate him about the car we were given to drive. I called and spoke with Jolene who stated it was a mistake, that the wrong GPS tracker was on the wrong car (how you confuse a Chevy Cruz with a Toyota Corolla is beyond me) and apologized to me. When my fiance got home he was upset & rightfully so because he felt harassed in that the tow truck driver implied he had stolen the vehicle that was loaned to us. The insurance company accepted liability and we picked up the rental car. The following morning while dropping the loaner car off, we noticed again several tow trucks following us. When we got to Bammel Collision, my fiance enters the reception area and put the key on the desk and walked out. The receptionist asked what that was about, and I told her that he was upset about being surrounded by five tow trucks the previous day. Jolene then stated at least it wasnt the police I immediately told her that was a rude thing to say, she then said I spoke with Ms. What The? and apologized to her I told her I was Ms. What The? and the apology should go to my fiance. Subsequent calls to Jolene got worse and I asked for a quote so I could have another repair shop come get my car. Instead of extending customer service, she extended disrespect & attitude. I had no choice but to allow them to repair my car and was so glad that I wasnt forced to have to deal a rude employee. Armando was respectful, walked me through every step of the repair of my car and even apologize on behalf of Jolene. I will probably never use them again and I hope Armandos professionalism inspires others to follow his lead.

I had to come back and update! These guys are great, I just noticed they put a new better rear view camera in my car . Armando you are the man! I was rear-ended and had a lot of damage to my brand new vehicle. Bammel Collision made it look brand new again. Absolutely horrible experience! The older woman who I guess is management (I didnt get her name) just blows my mind with not just how rude she is, but how mean she is.They WILL take advantage of you in your time of need which in our case was minutes after a serious accident. My brand new Subaru suffered serious damage from a bad rear end collision. They made it look and drive like new again! Im really happy with their work. Ive driven a thousand miles since their repairs and everything is indeed like new. Thank you Bammel Collision!

Horrible service, they say they will work with you but they just want your money. I got in a bad wreck and they did everything they could to keep my car for 3 months and I was unable to work. 7 months later the problems they “fixed” are still occurring. If you see a guy named Rudy at the scene of your accident don’t trust him! It’s all about money in their industry not taking care of the customers.

I love this place . I have a 2015 Smart Brabus and I was rear ended and I couldn’t find a shop that would repair it . Then I found Bammel Collision . Everybody there was so awesome and helpful . I never had to deal with the insurance company they did it all and my little Smartie look like it was brand new when I got it back . I recommended Bammel Collision to everybody I talk to . Plus there wrecker drivers are awesome also . Bammel Collison makes you feel like family love love love this place there so awesome .

Edit: Exhibit A of the rudeness her reply!Wasted my time and my wallet. Long story short they were/are holding my car hostage until I gave them the key to a loaner car they towed away from me. All because I wanted to take my car to a repair shop. I texted one of their drivers on where I could put the key since it was after hours, he told me to put it in the cup holder. I did this the same day they had called me about the car key. So around 7 or 8 ish pm, I put it in the cup holder, and make sure to tell one of the folks in the body shop by the office since the office was closed. Side note, theyre planning on charging me 400 for saran wrap on my car, though I guess insurance will hopefully cover that. Before the inspector came to check my car damage, they took off the bumper and battery. I had to climb through the car to get to the back because of this inconvenience, just to get my stuff out of the car. All over broken glass and such. The next day I call the tow company of the repair place I want, only to find out later he wasnt able to pick it up because of poor communication. The owner was telling him we didnt give the key, so they couldnt authorize him taking the car.Im getting charged for that driver even though he couldnt grab my car, because he went out over there. The key was in the cup holder, it has been there this ENTIRE time.Only reason Im leaving my car at this place with poor communication and a rude owner, is because I got a text from insurance that the car is a total loss/unable to be repaired. So yall can just bill Allstate for the car like yall said. Poor communication has made an innocent victim of a car accident suffer even more.And yes, I am calling the owner rude, she insulted my mother for lack of English. When I was in her office, she saw me translating to my mother. On the phone I was translating to better understand what was going on, and she had to be snippity about it. I dont like throwing the racist word around but honestly in that moment it really felt like she was. I am still upset about that. You can disrespect me and call me childish, I dont care, but disrespecting my mother is something I cannot accept. You lied to me saying she was yelling and all, but I know my mother, she had you on speaker so that the other auto place could talk to you, and she wasnt yelling. Either way, that interaction had nothing to do with ours, so when you called me and Im there trying to translate to my mother and you sass me on it? Entirely unacceptable.One thing you need to learn Jolene, is customer service. It doesnt matter if you think a customer is rude, or loud, or childish. You should always be polite, even if your stance is firm or if you dont agree with them. Kindness goes a long way maam, and emotions tend to be on the fritz when people are in pain from car accidents/still in shock from the whole ordeal/and feel intentionally misled.Patience is another thing you need to learn, back at the office you kept huff-sighing at my mom whenever she spoke because she didnt under stand what you were saying, thats why I intervened to translate. You need to be patient and polite to customers. Backreading through all of the previous comments, Im not the only person who put a one star. You have friends piling up 5 star reviews but I see the ones were you sent drivers to harass people over GPS issues on cars and such. Its really unsettling, and some people cant tell whats a real review and what isnt.Learn from your reviews, learn to be patient and understanding to your customers. Even if they are right or wrong or have an attitude, you need to learn to keep your attitude in check as a business owner. Its very unprofessional of you to sass someone, especially when theyre in a time of need and are suffering.Your drivers have a lot of good in them, they understand people and are really great, I felt like they were family, even when I was getting my stuff from the car one of them offered to help me carry some of the bags to my car. Learn from them how to be a decent human being.

Oh my my my....feb 9th I was in a car wreck. First time ever! It was a battle at first dealing with my car lot coast to coast bc my keys were nowhere to be found. Took some days for the collision center to get my car. Well March 27th I was able to pick my baby up. The word is no one is PERFECT. Tuhhh, Bammel Collision Center is PERFECT for me. My car looks brand spankin NEW. This my first experiencing this and I pray my last. But if it comes down to it again this is where I want my car to be.
