Worst auto shop in Houston! Incompetence at its finest!

Wish I could give less than 1 star. Came to pick up my husbands truck that had been illegally towed on Thanksgiving Day. $260.45 for overnight storage, he cursed my husband and threatened to call the police on him because I asked him why we had to pay a $50 certified letter fee for a letter that WAS NOT sent on Thanksgiving Day, or even the day after. He told us on the phone that he was closing at 1 pm, but when we came at 4 pm, he was still open. I guess he lied so that he could collect extra storage fees for weekend storage since theyre closed on Saturday and Sunday. He also charged an additional $50 tow fee for a total of $310.45 to tow the truck across the street to Klein Forest high school because he said my husband was not allowed to come on the property and drive it off, nor was AAA or any other tow company allowed to come on the property and tow it away. He was very rude and his business practices are BEYOND SHADY. BUYER BEWARE!!!!

The guys at stance are always a great help.My car was had tossed a piston and rod out the bottom of the engine and needed help asap. Faisal and his team had helped me get a motor, put it in, found out I had a radiator leak and helped me get that repaired as well. 6 years later the car is still working fine.

Im giving a review on your driving. Today (8/5) around 9:30am. You red tow truck and black tow truck were racing down Louette. They past me going really fast and cut in front of me then swerved in front of another vehicle in the other lane. Then cut off to get back in the lane I was in.. All to just have fun I guess....so sadI was in the car with my 6 year old son. You need to think of others and their families. Those tow trucks could do a lot of damage to a regular car or SUV.

THESE PEOPLE ARE ABSOLUTE SCAMMERS!!Got into my first accident of my life and was assured by two 7duece tow truck drivers that they would take care of me.They towed my vehicle to Stance auto works where I was hit with a 2000 dollar bill when I walked In the door and was told I had no other option than to get my vehicle repaired here. They held my vehicle hostage and it took a lawyer to get my personal belongings out of my vehicle. HAVING MY CAR TOWED HERE WAS THE WORST MISTAKE OF MY LIFE, DO NOT LET YOUR VEHICLE GET TOWED HERE. THEY WILL COST YOU THOUSANDS OF DOLLARS!!

I went to Stance Auto Works, and I am a happy customer! Fazel are friendly yet professional. My car looks like brand new inside and out, and it was finished in just the time they told me. I found Stance Auto just driving by, and I am so glad I found them. Prices are reasonable and the finished product is beyond my expectations. I would recommend their service to anyone who needs top-quality, timely service.

This place is horrible!!! They stole items out of my car. Gave my insurance company the run around for over a week so they could collect as much money as possible. They put new scratches all over the back of my car. The person working the front desk gives out the wrong number to the tow yard so its impossible to find your car. This whole business is a scam! It doesnt even deserve 1 star. Everyone that works at this establishment is a thief! If you bring your car here you will be in for a world of trouble after getting back. Do not believe any of the good reviews on here as they were posted by friends of the business. Get it together Stance Autoworks. You guys should not even be in business and Ill be seeing you in court.

Hope my reviews went in great place got towed to the shop was hit by a driver they filed the claim. Next day got me a rental ray picked me up personally to get the rental. Im a elderly gentleman but I read these reviews and cant believe what I see call me any time and Ill gladly tell you about my experience. Went smooth and easy with the folks at stance.

They did an amazing job on our car. They took their time, did it right and the owner kept me up to date beautifully when I called. Highly recommended. They even put our new plates on for us before we left. And the car was cleaner than when we dropped it off. Doesnt even look like it was in an accident.

I was referred to Stance autoworks after I got into my first accident last month. When I went to pick my vehicle back up after a couple weeks, I thought I was getting a new vehicle from a car lot! The best work I’ve seen done on a vehicle, and thanks to ray for making that happen. Great job! I’ll continue to refer everyone I know to go here and get their vehicle worked on!

I would give them a negative five star rating if I could. This place is the absolute worst. They blew out my transmission and cost me $3300 once I took it to an actual legit mechanic. I tried to sue this place but I can’t find an attorney that will take on the case. I hope they go out of business. This was the worst experience. They lie and are unprofessional on top of everything else. They replaced my bumper and it’s still crooked. I’m going to still attempt to find an attorney to get my money back. I wish I would’ve read the reviews bf I took my car here.

The only reason I’m giving them one star, is because negative stars aren’t an option.After my son wrecked my van Nov. 6, 2018, a wrecker driver shows up with my van and my kid at work. He talks me into letting him take the van to his shop. He promises a loaner car (which I didn’t get until they’d had it 3 weeks), waived deductible (which didn’t happen, but whatever), and that the vehicle would be properly repaired. Against my better judgment and reviews left by other people, I decided to give them a chance. I understand that most people don’t leave reviews unless they have a bad experience, so I had hoped they would rise above them.I finally got the van back at the beginning of this month. Last week, I took it in to a local shop that I know and trust. They found that there are parts that never got put on to the van, parts that are loose etc. It’s one thing to mess up a vehicle. Everyone is human and mistakes will happen. It’s quite another to be unapologetic and act like the customer owes it to you to bring it back to the ghetto for you to fix what should have already been fixed. Blaming the insurance company for how long it took to get the repairs done doesn’t hold water when the repairs are not even done. I’d rather spend the money to take it to a shop I know and trust to take care of me and my family, than risk having them “fix” it again.P.S. sorry for cussing at you. I get upset when someone puts my kids in danger.

Well well well I read the reviews ray at stance did a great job. Aside from what seems to be said on the over all reviews. the process went as smooth as could I spoke to ray 2 weeks while the repairs were going on. Got the car back a1 plus ray even touched up the other side for me. Over all great experience. Will be bringing back the next car hopefully I dont crash but If I do Ill call ray...thanks stance for handling our repairs.

This business is a scam.They tow your car from accident site and tell you where it will be. You go to pick up the things out of your cars and its packed into the middle of a ton of cars all rammed into each other. Before getting your stuff, you have to sign a paper (which is not very well explained to you), and you list your information. Found out much later that it meant that this place had to fix my car and I did not have the option to fix it where I wanted to. Every time you call this place-- either no one answers, they answer and say that they will call back (but never do), or they say it will be done soon (also never the case). Geico estimated 16 days repair and damage was still under total values (not sure how). 3 months later after them telling me each time I was able to get in touch with someone that it would be done by the end of the week, I have my car. When I picked it up, the guy that checked me out told me that it starts sometimes and doesnt start others. Said to take it for maintenance to get a new battery (an issue that I did not have previously), and also that the maintenance light was on, probably because I needed an oil change.Read the previous reviews. DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE.

Do not have your vehicle towed here EVER! The people who work here are unprofessional, ignorant & rude. My vehicle was towed here automatically after an accident & I had no say so. It took a week to finally get my car back. One of the days my insurance sent a wrecker to pick my vehicle up & take it to Lexus & Stance made the wrecker wait for over 2 hours only to advise they were too busy to release my vehicle. How are you too busy to release property that isn’t yours? I made a complaint through the sheriff’s office who allowed them to tow my vehicle. I wish I could give them 0 stars. Stance is a sorry excuse for a business. Based off of the other reviews I’ve read & my own experience I cannot understand how they’re still in business.

Faisal came and scooped me up when I was in a bad state. Towed my car to his shop, which is very close to my home. Tracked down the parts I needed, got it fixed in a few days and gave me a good price for the work done. I appreciated everything he did for me and made a friend in the process.

Absolutely love this place. Great people and environment. Someone hit my car and Jake and Chris showed up. Told me not to worry about a thing. I went in the next day to talk to Fazel the owner and Mrs. Holly and they were wonderful and got me in my rental with in an hour. Even with having all the stress from my car being in the shop I felt safe and secure with this company.

They do good work, they have worked on my SUV twice and both times stuff was stolen out of my SUV. My great nephews clothes, change that was in my center console, my umbrella, sun glasses. The last time they worked on SUV there was trash all in my suv and I now have this bad odor, I also think they took a joy ride after they fixed it last, when I got my SUV back I had a quarter of a tank and I know I had half a tank when I took it to them. I dont appreciate them going through my stuff and stealing from me.

I have no idea how anyone can rate these guys anything below 5 stars! I had 2 blown out tires at 2:30 in the morning and had no idea who to call and they showed up just because they saw me on the side of the road. I had never been in this situation before and had no idea how to handle it and the owner stayed with me and practically held my hand through the whole ordeal; even at the tire shop when I had no idea what to do, he stayed and made sure I was taken care of. He even offered the best price i could find for a tow and he texted me to make sure i was all set and taken care of. They set the bar for customer service and every other company should strive to be as helpful and outgoing as they are. I know exactly who I will recommend and call when this happens again.

Over all great experience was upset because of the accident i was involved in the wrecker driver took me to the shop and introduced me to Faisal. Faisal took care of us got us in a rental and did a great job in the repair. i got my car back a few days ago and am happy with the repair. the only down side to the deal was repair took a few weeks but end result was great. good group of people wrecker and all.sincerelyfrank chaves

Do not let them tow your car to their shop. They will paint you into a corner and that will cost you a lot of money. Even though they screwed me out of a decent chunk of cash, Im happy knowing they didnt repair my car. The quality of work Ive seen coming out of that place is not even sub par. Spare yourself the headache and get your car fixed somewhere else. If you dont know where, put your wreck in your driveway until you do...

Hey I had an awkward experience, First after my truck was pulled to the shop,me being real brand new to Texas from Mississippi,i was sceptical of course. So to fast forward a little i was a little upset because i felt they keep it longer than usual,,well come to find out there was a miss communication with the insurance (no apartment number on the FREAKING check) so the check was mailed back to the insurance which caused a delay....but after that ..it was all good ...they even detailed it 100%!!!!!! I would recommend this shop to you because the work is QUALITY!

The only 5 star review is from the owner. This place is a joke. Crappy work! Also they work in conjunction with 7 deuce towing. Will have unsuspecting people sign a repair order at the scene of an accident. Tow your vehicle and charge $2,000 to $3,000 for a TOW TO A SHOP! Put a lien on your vehicle when if you dont do what they say. Scam scam scam! Stay away!

This place is horrible!!!! My boyfriend got his car towed here ,and when he came to pick his car up they made him wait 2 hours telling him they were under staff and giving him the run around . The lady in the front office was lying they had actually lost his keys. These people are rude, and unprofessional. And when he asked the lady in the front office for the managers phone number she gave him the number back to storage place & she answered the phone . So basically he had to wait the next day so they could get him another key made. And when he arrived to pick his car up he notice they tore his car up ,they tore the panels off both side of the doors & stole items out his car .. Do Not Come Here ... Thieves & Scammers

Faisal and staff did a great job on my sons car after his tire separated on him on the highway causing a lot of damage. Faisal was actually not far behind him when it happened and helped him off the highway and hung out to make sure he was ok and till I got on site. He asked for nothing in return so I felt he was being a good citizen and business man. After we got our appraisal from insurance company I called Faisal and discussed the repair and time. I sent my sons car to Stance and they did a great job and took care of everything and some to make sure we got his car back better than what is was already. Thanks guys for all your hard work

Crashed stance pulled up talked to neal a wrecker driver for stance. He took pictures and helped me to the shop. We filed the claim and everything went smooth. Found out I could get a rental ray took me down to enterprise and helped me get a rental. Insurance company paid to fix it took a week to finish. So happy with it all people had bad reviews. Im a older guy but I read them all people can call me and Ill tell them how decent the owner was about helping me threw all the head ache. Smooth and easy is all I can say. Thanks stance appreciate the help.

Had a blow out car towed. $1100. For towing. Wont release car. Payed storage. Repair using used parts $1300 more. Over two weeks to fix. Horrible experience. Total scam.

Just finished our repairs with them through USAA. We are very happy with the over all repair, the car came out great. The repair time was a little long but at the end it turned out great. They got us a rental at drop off which really helped out.

It was an easy experience from the time my wreck happened until I received my car. They towed it to their shop, called statefarm for me, and set me up in rental within an hour of the incident. I had complications with my rental and they quickly came out to assist me at no extra charge(they had to send a driver in his truck halfway across town to help me). When I received my car there were still a few issues with it, they listened to my problems, put me in another rental, and fixed everything state farm would allow them too. Received my car today and couldnt be happier with Stance. They did everything they could to make this ordeal easier on me.

I am leaving Stance Auto Works right now and they took EXCELLENT CARE OF ME. I dont know what these other people are talking about but he even resolved some issues with my insurance conpany, kept me updated about the status of my. The gentleman called Ray was GREAT!....definitely going back there....just not ant time soon since I never wanna have an accident again 😊😊😊. I 100% recimmend this shop.

Done a great job on my wife car with repairs and paint looks better than it did when we bought it new in 2016 this is my second vehicle to take to them they sid a awesome job on botb and treated me great

The customer service skills need a tune up, however, they did do everything they said for the bill of services rendered.

The worst service I have ever experienced in my life.This shop has literally performed every single cliche, stereotype, and nightmare you could think of with a smile on their face. Faisal undershot the estimate by months. MONTHS. Incredibly sloppy work. Constant redoes. The employees are BARELY qualified to do any work. Faisal tries to speak very technical with people but assumes no one has common sense or logic. There is no QA check whatsoever for anything. Once the insurance approves what they want, the smoke and mirrors disappear. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE PEOPLE. YOU ARE NOT OBLIGATED TO REPAIR YOUR CAR HERE. Pay the storage and towing and leave some where else. Your sanity and pocketbook will thank you later.

Just thinking about this place gives me a migraine. Got into my first car accident, no knowledge of what to do. Tow guy made it seem like we’d be in good hands taking my brand new car to his autoshop. BIGGEST mistake I’ve ever made.They had my car for 1.5 months. ONE AND A HALF MONTHS. Fortunately, the other party’s insurance paid for it and I had a rental for a month so I paid no heed. Then had to return the rental and found myself without a car. Had to keep calling for updates, which I basically got a bunch of sorry excuses for why my car wasn’t ready. Insurance said it should’ve only taken EIGHT days. How the freak does this sorry excuse for an autoshop keep my car for A MONTH AND A HALF.Not until I screamed at the shady employee to get my car ready did he finally have it done. ONLY for my AC to freaking break over the next week which They of course has to fix. AND they returned my car to me in a dusty, crusty state with a scratch on it that looks like they just buffed it to minimize the appearance. I’m taking it to the dealership—WHICH I should’ve done in the freaking first place— to make sure they didn’t damage my car even more.These people are the worst. No sense of professionalism, honesty, or morale in this dump. Possibly my biggest life regret meeting the scumbag who towed my car.

Never go to STANCE Auto towing they are the biggest shisters I’ve ever met. So fasil the scammer aka the owner, stated disassembling my truck even before the claim adjuster came, the also truck you by putting in a illegible clause to work on it. So I go to the yard and he said ok I can record him, that changed when we went inside, he called the cops. The whole time the women was sitting there calling me names and a liar. He is a rude scammer and gets you by tricking u into the work order instead of a release from the tow yard, I ask y’all to spread the word and shut down evil unethical businesses such as this one. The consumer report says he has done this hundreds of times and this must be stopped. He cost me 2200 and will screw you too. Also if there was a option for no stars I’d do that as wells

My car needed to be towed after a wreck and my Tow driver Nick from Aggresive Towing recommended Stance Auto Works, well I am so glad he did! This place is amazing, the owner Fazel was so helpful on what would happen next with the insurance and great communication on the status of my car. I Highly recommend this place!!!

I got into an accident on Thursday Feb. 8, 2018, at first I was so in shock because this was my first accident and i did not know exactly what to do. The tow truck happened to pass by and said that he knows a body shop nearby. I said No im going to wait for my mom. After she got there we were so overwhelmed and everything happened so fast they had me sign some papers saying they would hold it for me, and we kept trying to get a hold of them because my insurance said they will tow it from that area but nobody was answering. Then when i called my insurance the next day they said that they couldnt tow my car from that area because they started tearing down broken parts and demanded $1600 for the tear-down fee...but we didnt sign anything to start working on it...we called the insurance and that body shop and the guy was RUDE and VERY CONDENSING...Absolutely disrespectful, and terrible service i recommend those who need to go to a body shop and Collision center to NEVER EVER THERE

By far the worst experience EVER!!! If I could give -5 stars, thats what I would give this place. They kept my vehicle in storage and didnt call to let me know my vehicle was ready just to accumulate more money (STORAGE FEES). Then they left all of my windows down on my vehicle which causes water damage inside my vehicle. They didnt put my plates on my vehicle and they left the interior a mess. They began ignoring my phones when I would call. I would never go here or recommend this place. STAY FAR FAR AWAY FROM THESE SCAMMERS!

I was involved in a car wreck paid $470 from a different storage where my car was towed only to take it to this place for a so called free estimate .. yet when I decided not to keep it there for repairs due to a $6,000 estimate I was not allowed to have my car back until I paid $1,700 for no repairs done to the car $1700 was for storage...administrative... and for *** tear down... which nothing at all was done to the car.... its not even the removal of the bumper or the vendor to see what was actually wrong ....it was actually in the same spot that my AAA guy left it .....I specifically told the *** assistant that I left it with dont touch the car in any repairs before I decide to keep it here at stance...my car is only worth $4,000 so the $6,000 estimate sas way more than i expected ...I I advise anyone and everyone to stay stay away from this place... stay away from stance Autoworks and take your business elsewhere hes a crook scam artist

Absolutely do not allow you car to be towed here. The place is a rip off and they charged storage fees of $50/day. I had to get a tow truck to remove from their premises and they tried to charge a notification fee that the state rejected. Give zero stars if possible.

DO NOT allow tow truck driver to tow your vehicle here. I have had nothing but problems with them. When i went to pick up my car it wasnt even fixed all the way but they were charging me for stuff that wasnt even completed and when i said something they were like oh im sorry we were looking at the wrong estimate and had to order part. I had to wait yet another day. They gave insurance the wrong date that it would be ready that caused me to have to pay for rental coverage for remaining days. After i received my care i have found broken stuff that i have had to replace. They did a crappy job and my back up sensors are jacked up now. The people are very rude and do not say what they are going to say. I would give them 0 stars

If your ok not having your car for 2 months, given the run around in those 2 months, then when you get your car, stuff is missing and a chemical was spilled on your car and it not mentioned to you.....thats what youll get here! Did a terrible job rolling fenders. Cracked all the paint and came out wavy. Very bad attention to detail. Would not bring my vehicle here for any type of work.

Horrible customer service. Front desk receptionist has no manners! Disrespectful, sarcastic and rude. It only comes to show why shes working there and why thats the best job she can get. Highly recommend using a different towing company, vehicles are tightly squeezed in together, and my vehicles bumper was tucked under another truck, damaging the trunk. Owners accusing us of criminal trespassing was their way of getting out of paying for the damages.

Once your car is towed you are pretty much F****ed. if you want to get your car fixed or get your car out of there they will punish you by delaying the transfer process as much as they can, then squeezing the insurance or you for all they can get because you did not choose them for repair. dont trust me just google stance autoworks in google, there are many victims of this place.

The overall experience was disappointing. They refused to let us see our vehicle 3 times. When we got it back not only was it completely full of dust (on leather seats) but my wifes $200 shades were gone!! Dont let me get started on the owner that THINKS he grew up with Rap-a-lot Records.... PLEASE STAY AWAY !!!

Do not even think of going here. Provides ZERO customer service. Dropped my car off on tuesday morning, kept calling to find out abt car, FAISAL never answers the phone nor calls back. Didnt return my car till saturday afternoon. Lost 5 days of work. He messed up my car, now need more work to be done which will be done at a different workshop.On Saturday, when i went to pick up the car, he was so rude and even pushed me when i asked for reciept of the parts. His employee even showed me the knife. All i asked for was the reciept because i felt he was over charging me. He Doesnt know how to deal with customers. Think twice before going him. He is a nasty man and has no common sense on how to deal with customers.

DO NOT GO HERE!! I was in an accident in January and its now July and my car still is not fixed. I gave them numerous chances to make it right and they failed every single time. They basically stole $13,000 from Statefarm to just sit around and play. And now I have to pay out of pocket to have my car fixed properly. So please do not waste your time or money going here. Even though I was reluctant because of the reviews, I absolutely love the staff at Stance. The atmosphere is wonderful and the people are very helpful and pleasant. I love to see young people make it in this commercial world. I had my vehicle towed to the storage facility and then moved it to the body shop. Allstate fixed my 2014 Nissan Maxima and it came out the same as before the wreck. They replaced my doors as I was side swiped by a texting driver. The paint matched perfectly. I would absolutely return to Stance for more repairs.I made this to write a good review but Im new to this review on the internet concept so excuse any technical errors.

WTH? My daughter had a car wreck and the tow guy took her car there. After we realized her car wouldnt be covered by the insurance to be fixed we tried to go that same day to get it and they close by 5pm. On Saturdays just 11-2pm. So we went and got charged 2 DAYS of storage because after 12pm they start counting another day, so $40!?! Then $50 for a letter of notice because according to them the state mandates they do that, $50?!? Dont even get me started on their tow charges! Which Im not surprised because I know tow charges are expensive but $70 for dumb crap! Then they had the nerve to tell us that our car was not fixable anyways, we could just sign over the title to them and we wouldnt have to pay anything-- Thieves!! Thats what they are!

PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE DO NOT LEAVE YOUR VEHICLE HERE!!!!!!!!!!!!!! This has been the absolute most stressful/terrible experience of my life. On June 30th the drive shaft of my truck snapped on the grand parkway overpass- well to my own misfortune this hell hole is where the wrecker took my truck. Went in the next day to pay the tow/storage fee and get my truck (which only has 70,000 miles on it) to the Dodge dealership to be repaired. Well out walks the owner/fraud Faisal...he starts the scare tactics of dodge isnt going to cover this because blah blah blah...dont take it to dodge I swear youre going to have to pay out of pocket..let me fix it Ill get it covered by your secondary warranty/insurance..so I agreed to leave the vehicle there since I was certain he was going to be in my corner and help me out..well I called him frequently for updates in which I was told that he made a claim with the warranty company and it was going to be covered 100% and not to worry...well every time I called after that I got the run around and the Ill call you back (never happened btw..so I started to worry and called the warranty company myself to see what was going on...not to my surprise HE HADNT EVEN CONTACTED THEM!!! At this point it had been 2 weeks since my truck was there, called dodge that Monday and they told me it would 100% be covered by the power train warranty and that I needed to get my vehicle to them..I called stance and told Faisal that I decided I need to move my vehicle due to his lying about what was going on. Here starts the worst part....I went to sign the release for insurance to be able to pick my truck up and take it to Dodge and they REFUSED TO LET MY TRUCK GO FOR OVER A WEEK!!! State Farm broght a wrecker 4 times and Dodge sent a wrecker 3 times (with checks to pay the storage and tow fees from the original tow)..THERE WAS ABSOLUTELY NO REASON MY TRUCK SHOULD HAVE BEEN KEPT FOR OVER ANOTHER WEEK!!!! They came up with any and every excuse to keep it and not let it go. This place is a disgrace and I wish I never stepped foot in that place!

I was in a front end accident with my 2016 Honda HRV and the tow truck that towed me reccomended Stance Autowork. I was sceptical at first because of all the reviews but I took a chance and Faisal really worked with my mom and I. We had to pay for the repairs completely out of pocket and he really made it reasonable. Even when I received the car the first time and I noticed something not right we got in touch with Faisal and he told us to bring it back in and hed fix it. And he did personally made sure everything was working until everything was fix correctly. Only thing I can say is they need to work on communication and calling back a little faster I know they are extremely busy but it can get frustrating without having a idea of whats going on. Overall Ill say that they really try to accomadte you and work with you and do good work, Id recommended them especially if your insurance doesnt cover and your paying out of pocket Faisal really trys to work with coming up with a reasonable number and uses new parts.

OMG! These people are horrible! I am not going to get into it here because I am scared of the reprisals. Do yourself a favor and pass this one by.

Zero stars! I cant be forthright about the circumstances because of fear of reprisal, but trust me and all the other reviewers that have one star. Wish I had not been in shock after being in a bad accident and had my car towed to my home by a tower of my choice. Its a sad, sad world we live it.

Extremely rude especially some huge girl name candace and some so called owner ashley , not even worth me capitalizing there names . Trailer park trash at its best right there smh. This is the 2nd time Ive brought my vehicle here for major repair, and I will never go anywhere else again. I went to Mac Haik 1st. They held my car for 13 days and did nothing. I called Fazel and he picked up my vehicle and started working on it immediately.

Please do not go here.I have been out of a car for a month due to lack of corporation from Stance Autoworks with my insurance company USAA. They have held my car in storage from 8/22 till 9/29 with no work done with the exception of a tear down. My insurance company provided Stance Autoworks with an estimate on 9/9 and sent me a check for $4000 of work. In which in the normal procedure the shop would work on the car, however, Stance Autoworks did not touch my car for two weeks and when asked by the insurance company why has the car not been repaired, they replied because they needed a supplement. However, USAA never received a supplement from them until 9/23 after I have to physically go up to the shop and request for Stance Autoworks to do so. The shop owner then told me that he would cover any additional rental charges since USAA told me that my time was up on the rental. On 9/26 I called the insurance company to find out that no pictures were submitted to with supplement causing it to be incomplete. I returned to the office that same day to again ask they to do their job and take the pictures needed. The pictures taken were of my car untouched not of the additional parts they allegedly purchased. This caused a red flag to the insurance company because not insurance fraud is suspected. I went back up to the shop on 9/28/16 where the show owner yelled, cussing, and called the cops on me for asking questions. My car is being held hostage now because the shop owner filed a no trespassing order on me and refuses to work on my car. I would like my car out of the shop and my rental to be paid for as promised.

I usually dont like like leaving bad reviews but i feel like i was had. First of all I was involved in a front end collision near this place so i thought it would be convenient. They kept my vehicle for a full month and when my rental car allowance ran out my truck still wasnt ready. I needed to go back to them to make adjustments to my hood and the parts didnt match up correctly. i finally got my truck back and my horn sounds girly due to faulty wire connection and the washer wiper fluid tank that was obvious would be replaced because of the accident leaks everywhere and cant hold fluid. It wasnt touched. I just dont even want to go back there anymore and would rather pay out of pocket for some one else to fix. The owner Faisal is a nice guy and im sure he tries. But his team is horrible.

I was in an accident on December 15th 2017 and I was told to stance Autoworks until I could decide whether I wanted it fix there or at a place of my choosing well I chose to go somewhere else and now my vehicle is stuck there because theyre charging the insurance company of the lady who hit me $2,200 and some of the charges arent even realistic theyre not even true because they shouldnt have even done anything like a tear down fee so please do yourself a favor and avoid this place like the plague

It took over a month to get my car back. When I called in they either would not answer or they would ask to call me back after they looked into it (Never got a call back on over 10 tries). After receiving my car back it still wasnt running right. I ended up taking it to the dealership and its going to require an additional $1500 in repairs. Worst decision to take it to stance.

Went there to fix headlight last week, upon asking for the name of the brand of replaced bulb he started so rude used nasty words, such an a**h*** don’t know the customer service, the owner Mr. Faisal think he is a Don, stay away from this ugly Pig.
