I am a new local to the area as of last year and has been looking for a mechanic on this side of town and I was very impressed with my first time experience at TNY Auto. Brought my 2006 F-150 in because I was having issues with my a/c. Tranh greeted me with a very friendly, customer service oriented demeanor and was able listened to the sound my truck was making and diagnose the problem. He gave me an exact quote of what it would be to fix and the next day when I brought it in first thing in the morning, he the team had it fixed in 6 hours, on a Saturday! Their prices were about a 1/3 of what a big time local competitor had quoted me for the work! I will definitely use them next time I need work done to my truck. Highly recommend!

Highly recommend TNY Auto Repair!! I brought my car in without an appointment and Nghia helped me right away. His customer service was impeccable and I knew I could trust him on what the issue was with my Jeep as well as pricing. I had to leave my car there for a couple of days due to the amount of work they had, and when I said I didnt live far and that I would walk home they offered to give me a lift back- so nice!! The issue was resolved and my car USB port was also fixed on the fly, which had be driving me crazy for ages. If you live in the area and youre looking for a shop to bring your car into, call up these guys- they were great!

These guys are the best. Run by a Dad and his sons, a vietnamese family, so they are honest as the day is long. So honest and will go beyond to get your car fixed at a more than fair price. Here its not about a buck, its about family pride and integrity and humbleness. I have been coming Here for about 3 years now and every time I take my car to a closer place because its more convenient I regret it every single time. These guys are great . They replaced the fan for ac and heating on my ford truck . In a out 2 hours. For a great price . This is my 4th or 5th visit here on 2 of my vehicles.

TNY has been my shop of choice for years now. They have never failed to impress me with their transparency (heres a breakdown of the cost), their honesty (you dont need to replace your brakes yet, but theyre at about 30%), and their commitment to communication (phone calls, texts, emails). Ive taken my car to them for everything from suspension issues, to inspections, to tire repair, to oil changes, and leave every time feeling like they treated me right.

Came in for a repair last year. Paid Nearly $700 to have the ceiling light fixed and the problem returned a week later. We brought the car back since we had the warranty and they did a band-aid job because the problem returned immediately. That money was a complete waste.

The owner and mechanics here are so knowledgeable. They often give me full explanations of car repairs an maintenance tips. My 10yo car is in great shape thanks to these great honest people!

THIS PLACE IS AMAZING!!!!! I have gone here numerous of times and always left ecstatically pleased. I have gotten inspection stickers, brake pads, oil changes, and even detail work done! Im not sure if there is anything they cant do. Also, not only is the staff super nice and effective, but theyre really fast at getting the work done.

Easily the best repair shop I have ever done business with. Ive roughed up my car a few times since Ive had it and TNY has taken care of me on more than one occasion. They work extremely fast and get your vehicle back to you as swiftly as possible. Recently I had frustratingly difficult time locating a leak in the trunk of my car, and nobody else was able to find it. This shop was the only place that was able to actually find the leak and repair it. On top of the fantastic job on their repairs, they showed me great customer care and made sure I was always comfortable while I waited to get my car fixed. This is definitely my go to shop for any cars at my house that need to be worked on!

Con artists. They wanted to charge me $1,000 to replace a starter and alternater (shouldnt be more then $600) The starter is new I knew there was nothing wrong with it. Then they charged me $125 just to release the vehicle to me. I towed it to a different and much more honest mechanic. It was only the alternater. $380 flat. If you dont know about auto mechanics they will try to rip you off all day long.

Trust me on this folks as I know auto repair but just dont want to myself anymore. like most, I want to save $$ on somewhat old car repairs. after 18 months, 3 major repairs at nearly $3000, Tran would not even meet half way to keep me as a customer happy doing biz with tny. he sells unjustified high-end parts and promises to warranty...just experienced he does not if just a short time out of his warranty period. says hes a biz man and policy is policy. If anyone has repairs with tiny just insist on least expensive parts as there is no negotiating as a customer when the expensive part fails. read the negative reviews and take seriously. also, he does not do any repairs only tnys unqualified shade trees.
