Quick service. A little confused using Groupon and the mechanic made it more confusing. But overall it was all good

Went for the first time today to get an oil change and tires rotated, and it was a great experience! All the workers were friendly and helpful!

Other than being a great place for auto repair, I love how nice they are and build a relationship with the customer. Building trust with your mechanic is so important and this is definitely the place I can count on. Thanks for helping me keep my vehicle well maintained.

I came in to get the state inspection done on my car. I love that it was quick! I was only there for about 20 minutes! I gave this place a four star as I feel there may be a slight opportunity for the front desk personnel to be more personable and smile a bit more to make customers feel welcomed and that they value our service, with every customer that walks thru their door and not be selective.

Auto Star Repair is an amazing place to take your vehicles be serviced. I am a loyal customer I’ve been going to them for over a year now I only go to a Auto Star Repair for all of my car needs unless there’s something that they can’t do but everything that falls under the category of which they can fix and repair or replace I will definitely trust them to do on my vehicle on all of my vehicles.

Honest and Professional the whole staff was nice. I went in for brake replacement, there were other services that were needed and they got me in and out less than an hour. I will be back. You also get a 2 year warranty on your parts. Good deal I’m glad I found them.

Went to State Inspection. It was quick and professional. Loved it. This trip was second time for me.

The manager was able to get me in at the last minute and explained what else needed to be done.

Before going please make sure you ask them a million questions! They will tell you one thing on the phone and when you arrive they tell you a different thing. I called about an alignment told them exactly what I need to get done they told me they could do, I asked all these questions to make sure before I made the drive to them, when I get there after waiting for a bit they said they couldn’t do it. I told them I asked all these questions before coming and employee response was well we can’t do it. This is not to bash on them, they might do a great job and all but just make sure you guys call and ask all the necessary before they make you drive to there place make you waste your time and not get what’s needed done.

Tech was great BUT got cussed at and told by the owner not to come back because he made me pay a fee for paying with a card. Wasn’t told in advance and they told me to pay thru Zelle but Zelle says the shop doesn’t accept Zelle. Got called cheap. Lol. Never again.

I just replaced my rotors and break pads. This place is great. Good people and very fair price.

I called and booked an appointment for a oil change. Anna was really courteous and helpful as I additionally added the state Inspection when I reached there. They took care of it in no time. Also honored the Groupon coupon. Definitely worth the time and money. Best is to book an appointment, to make things easier for both parties. For my first time definitely a 👍🏽👏🏽.

I went in to get an alignment, and I needed some repairs. They could have just taken my money and did the service I asked for but they told me what I needed to do. They explained to me by doing the alignment without the repairs would not do anything for my car as there was a bigger issue. I really appreciate that!! They have a customer for life!!!

Used the Groupon Coupon. They were the quickest auto repair facility to get me in for a tie-rod replacement & all wheel alignment. They also installed the hardware i purchased, opposed to spending 10x as much for OEM parts. Job was quickly done. If you go, do yourself a favor & also visit the bread place next door.

After receiving my car at the end of business Saturday. I got in an instantly noticed the check engine light on, it wasnt on prior to service. When I approached the guy I was told was his shop. I asked him to hook the machine up to my car to diagnose the light. Mostly because I had an oil change done and didnt want the issue to be due to there being a mistake being made. Instead of hooking it up he argued with me about how nothing they did on my car could cause the light to come on. As he continues to argue this with me I try to tell him I simply want to know whats wrong im not blaming the shop. I just need to know whats wrong before taking my car down the road. He tells me well were closed come back Monday. At this point im in shock cause not only did my car just come out of their shop. I had sat and waited 20 plus minutes when they had already said it was done, just for him to act like he could take 5 mins to hook it up. At this point I argue back to the man letting him know a loose cap could cause a light to come on. Once I said they he felt he was going to showing just how dumb I was being. Him and 2 other mechanics all sit around the front of my car as this owner of the shop lifts my hood. They all 3 look like theyve seen a ghost. Why ? Do they look like this?!? Because after lifting the hood they all see the a cord (I believe to my air filter im not sure im not im not a car person) is not attached. So as they try to attach it with out me seeing, which they were unsuccessful in the man goes to get the machine to double check. So he hooks up to my car and sure enough thats the reason the light was on. Then to add insult to injury they owner wants to tell me its okay and they were just closed for the day and blah blah. Which I could understand if I just showed up at the end of the day wanting service. But no this shop had my car for 3 hours gave me back my car with a check engine light on then I had to fight for them just to check it cause thy wanted me to come back Monday. What horrible horrible customer service. And honestly its horrible business sense as well cause had there of been something wrong with my car I could of turned around and scheduled the appointment with that shop to have whatever fixed. Now I pray the work I had done holds out so I never have to deal with these people again!

Excellent service!! Took my vehicle in for A/C service. A/C had stopped cooling. Made an appointment, and received service immediately upon arrival. They made the repairs, and I was in and out in about 45 minutes. No extra costs or hidden fees. A/C works great now! Highly recommend!

The customer rep that attended to me was rude, unprofessional and not courteous. I went in there today,8th of June 2020 by 9.30am to have an Auto inspection done. First he quoted and mumbled three different pricing for the inspection and I challenged the quotes referencing the amount on the sign post that I saw as I was paying cash. After the inspection I gave him cash and he says he doesn’t have change and that I should go find change and all this with a dismissive attitude, and to cap it all, before I left he made a racial profiling passive comment..Against this backdrop, the customer service experience was horrible as business representatives should go above and beyond to satisfy customers because unfortunately I cannot recommend them nor go back there for any service due to the attitude of the person that attended to me in the auto repair shop.

I purchased a Groupon for a Conventional Oil Change and State Inspection, my service was quick and the staff was professional! I would definitely reccomend them for your vehicle needs... oh I would also recommend checking out their Groupon offers as well, I paid around $30 for both oil change and inspection which is a huge plus ... as a single mother Im always looking for a good deal and a way to save money!

My first time going to Auto Star Repair and would return. They were friendly and got the job done with 2 hours. Pricing was fair. I went in for a front bake pad replacement. I would have liked the mechanics to update me on the status of the back brakes, like when they should be replaced, but other than that I felt satisfied with my experience there.

Second year in a row & the service was still as great as it was the first time. Friendly staff & got my inspection done quickly.

Book my appointment at 1:30pm. Walked in at 1:3pm and he was serving someone else. Got to me around 1:33pm and said I was late for my appointment and I was fine to wait 30mins. When it gets to my turn he asked me what service do I want. I wanted to have my alightment checked first and then I choose. He said no, I have to choose the service first before he checked even thou it said free alignment check. When it gets to the report, he held my cc hostage before he said anything about my car. He knows I would not choose to perform the service since my car is still in good shape. No warranty for alignment at all.Give the store 2 stars since the service was done. No star for the way they do business at all. Very shady and pushy.

Called to make an appointment for Monday since they are closed tomorrow - the lady said sir one second, let me put you on hold. I said sure. She kept me on hold for 6 minutes, never got back to me. I tried to call again and guess what, its after business hours so I cannot make an appointment until Monday. Unprofessional.

Called and scheduled an appointment for brake pad replacement using Groupon, and they were able to get me in on the same day. Quick professional service. While I was there I had them change the oil, and couldnt be happier.

Great experience got all my 4 break pads replaced for only $124. I gave a four star because I told them if my shocks and sturts needed replacement and wanted a quote but they never checked the shocks and struts. They just said the suspension is fine after I reminded them that did you check for it. Still wanting on that quote.....

Good place for fixing your car at reasonable price. I had an alignment issue after brake pad installation. I was told that they will check it for free but I have to visit again. But when I visited later they charged me for the service. I argued but there was someone else on the counter and he didnt listen.

Went for my annual inspection and just happened to be in the area. Did not expect the staff to be extremely friendly and reasonable. Even offered beverages and snacks... Inspection was done quick. Had a wonderful time. Thanks. Only thing I can say is FREE WIFI. Not a complaint but my only suggestion for anywhere I go.

I found them on Groupon and they had really good reviews. My state inspection was due and they had a great deal. Before I even had a chance to get comfy in my seat, I was being handed my papers and told I was done.

I went in to have my brakes serviced and I was very pleased. They said it would be about 2-3 hours but it didnt even seem like I had been there 1 hour. They were very courteous and helpful and explained everything before the service and checked on me during to make sure all was still well and give me a report on the progress and then made sure I understood what all took place afterwards and answered all my questions and concerns I had. Thank you guys and lady, :) for keeping me confident in my decision to go with yall for this service.

It just took 15 mins to get the state inspection done with good discount. Even it was not a big place but they know how to get the job done. Almost no waiting time except the time taken to work on it

I have been there twice and had very good service , the employees are fast and very nice to the customers.. the oil change went good.The reason i gave them 4 stars is because they didnt rotate the tires as the package I bought said. Even when I reminded them, because my front right tire was low in air, they said of course they will rotate and fill up with air.After the service was done the tire was exactly in the same position and still low on air.

Went for state inspection. I was initially worried they may also come up with list of problems with the car, like some other repair shops I had experience with in other states. To my surprise, they did the inspection very quick even it was raining heavily and no falsified repair were recommended. I recommend them for sure, and I will surely contact them for any future repauta for my car.

I called and asked if the state inspections and they said yes. I asked if they honored the Groupon that I had and they said yes, but then all the sudden their machine was down. Why didnt she say that when I asked if the did state inspections in the first place? Yes, but our machine is down at the moment. It felt shady.I felt they deterred me because I mentioned I has a coupon. Either way, they were unable to provide the service I was seeking.

I brought my car for an oil change, and the “MeChAnIc” forgot to put the cap back on my car afterwards! He literally argued with me and said that he did put it back on when in fact he didn’t. Just be cautious wherever you take your car!

Cheap and efficient, but keep in mind that their oil changes dont include the fluid top-offs and other checks that a lot of the big companies do
