This auto repair shop is is terrible! Stay away from this place unless you want to be taken advantage of! Took my 1999 Saturn in on a Wednesday because the check engine light was on. They called me and told me it would require two parts and two connectors to get the check engine light to go off. This would cost $702.00. Three days later they called and said the car was ready. I paid them drove 1 block and the light was back on. I returned the car to the repair shop and they indicated that I should drive the car for 2 or 3 days and the light would turn itself off. Drove the car from Saturday to Wednesday and returned it to the repair shop since it was suppose to be under a three year warranty. They. Had the car from Wednesday to Monday and no repair. (A week and a half) When I called to see why the car was not ready they told me that they had a lot of cars they did not have time to look at it. I called them and told them I would get the car today since they did not have time. I took the car to my retired mechanic to look at what they had done for $700.00 and discovered that I had been over charged for the labor by $200. The work they did should not have been that expensive. And the check engine light was still on.These people are money hungry and once they get your money they have no intention of honoring their warranty.EditSince the above review the owner has gotten involved and has made every effort to resolve the problems discussed above! I appreciate the effort he has made and his honesty in solving the problems with the car. Although It has taken a while to determine the issue that caused the check engine light to come on, the owner has had me return the car as many times as necessary to resolve the problem.In my opinion, the owner really cares about his business and does what he can to resolve problems when made aware of the issue. I will use their services again!

Worst experience with this company! They don’t have great customer service, they kept my vehicle for a week and kept telling they have been to busy to get my car, I’d rather you tell me not to bring it then day by day I’m calling asking if my car is ready. Then they told me the problem they apparently fixed 2 years ago is the same occurring problem now?! So did you even fix it! And the front desk lady does her best to not allow you to speak with the head manager!! The new owner needs to consider getting more professional that know how to deal with customer, it’s a paid service! It’s really sad

I drove by this tire repair shop while in Houston with my son who was receiving radiation for cancer. They noticed my out of town address and asked if I was in town receiving treatment by chance. When I confirmed my son was, they informed me there would be no charge for my repair because we already have enough to worry about. This Business deserves to be blessed abundantly. Even during hard times with covid they are still being generous to their fellow man. I was touched!

Although the front desk typically seems to be understanding and patient and easily explains most of the issues, I have taken my vehicle here 3x to have my engine light fixed. It keeps saying cylinder 2 misfire. Every time I go, they keep my car for more than 5 hrs and reset the code. I explained to them my car already had a tune up and they charged me and replaced the same parts again. Then when that didnt work supposedly put seafoam on it, and repaired another part, but I honestly think they just reset the code. The engine light came right back on. Im tired of spending hundreds of dollars for this engine light and they cant tell me why the same code keeps coming on.

Helped me inspect a 2012 Chevy volt that I was going to buy and saved me the thousands I would’ve spent on repairs!

After getting my oil changed (at a different business) 2 days ago, the undercarriage plastic cover fell off on the highway. I hurriedly made it to this shop.When I got it - I spoke with the owner and let him know the issue I was having. He immediately got one of his guys to help me out and got my car back on the road.THANK YOU for your urgency and diligence to customer service. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE! I used to go here on and off for about 5 year and I will never go back. They were close to my dorm and school. The old management was great, now they have some ladies Tammy and Raquel who have no professional manners at all very rude, they act like they were doing me a favor working on my car. They also told me that they can do my job for cash but I wouldn’t get a receipt. Wow so glad I didn’t do that, because I had to take my car back 5 times to fix the same problem. I don’t leave reviews. But I thought it was necessary. This place just isn’t it anymore. Save your money and save yourself the headache. Wish I could leave 0 stars.

This is the place to go if you want someone to keep you in the loop of what is going on with your car. My car stopped when we were moving. We arrived to place after they were closed. We did not need to call them in the morning to get start working on the car. They were proactive and able to tell us what was wrong with the care before 11 am. We all know it is expensive to get parts for a car. They searched around for the cheapest offer for the part I needed. Everything was fixed and done by 3 pm. Now this is the type of service I want.

Owner opened a shop in a mostly black neighborhood and then charged them more, because they he believes they are not tech savvy. He asked me many times to lie to the customers to get a sale. I believe that, you havent have a lie to get job, just do a great job and honest. And Ali was not either one.

I’m an engineering student at UH. I came to this establishment for a potential senior project, which involves studying the workflow of the shop. The owner, Ali, granted access to scope out his shop in hopes to form a valid project. He was very informative when he spoke of his business model and field of automotive. I appreciated his time. After our visit, this is a shop I will bring my car to be serviced in the future.

They were amazing! We had a tire leak and were passing through Houston heading back to New Mexico. I was concerned about our situation. They fixed it for free! Are you kidding me, who does that. I have came to this place for one year to oil change and always was good the service and the price, but this last time I send my wife and the lady set her the most spencil oil that was 60 dollards more than the synthetic oil that she always comend us before for the same car, it was a total of 110 $ just for change of oil of a Chrysler 200, at least me never going to come back to this place, and if I were you I ask for the price before.

Absolutely amazing experience! My car needed 60k mile service. I have never had a car more than two years (I always buy new), this was my first time ever needing this type of service. I didn’t know where to take my car. The dealership was not able to give me an appt for 2 weeks. A friend recommended A N A automotive. They were able to get my car in fast! It took only 3-4 hours to get all the work completed. The staff is so friendly and professional. They explained everything I needed and it was affordable! I have never been so happy with a mechanic shop. Definitely will return for all of my car repairs and will refer everyone I know! If I could give this place 20 stars I would!!

Nice folks, clean and comfortable waiting area, quick service. No hassle BS either. I asked for an inspection and oil change and got exactly that. They didnt bring me a list of alleged repairs needing fixing. I even witnessed a customer come in needing air in their tires and they aired up at no charge! Quality experience all the way around!

New to the area and didn’t know any mechanics around. Had a check engine light where I had a good idea of what the issues was. The guys there nailed the diag on the spot and gave an honest opinion to what was needed. Had issues with the some faulty parts that were put in but then was told to come back at my convenience for them to take care of it. Dropped my Jeep off in the morning and got it back good as new at no charge. Every time I went in there it seemed like it was repeat customers each time, always a good sign for a mechanic. Recommend and will use them again!

My experience with Ana Tire & Automotive was a pleasant one. I was prepared to leave my truck and come back later that day to pick it up. However, there was no wait. They started on my truck immediately. The location is perfect for college students in the area. The staff was courteous and the facility was clean. Guys,I would not trust this shop. I called just for an estimate and the attitude i received was that of their way or no way When i asked for an estimate anyway she gave one which was MORE THAN DOUBLE that of other shops I had already called. When i told her this she sarcastically said Well have a good day and hung up. This shop seems like money money money. AVOID

A business that still has no soap and dispenser in the men’s room for NEARLY A MONTH after notification from a customer tells you all you need to know about its professionalism, attention to detail, business culture, customer service - and hygiene. Oh, they overcharge for inferior service, too.

Highly recommend this store! Until One Day->Edit: some mechanics are professional and friendly. That’s why I came back trying to get my vehicle aligned.HOWEVER, there is ONE mechanic are MEAN and rude! The way he look at people makes you feel uncomfortable and It took me three times until they fixed the alignment problem of my friend’s suv. The problem was simple just the crooked steering wheel that’s it. After he’s done alignment and return the key back to me. I can still literally tell that the problem is not fixed and steering wheel is still crooked(to the left). I don’t understand his purposes of wasting time and pretending to ‘test drive’ the vehicle. After the second failure, one of his colleagues fixed that problem.Bad experience.

Quoted almost 800 for a break job (breaks, calibers, and labor). After dropping my car off I got a call saying only my front breaks need work and noticed my oil needed changing and my air filter. Honest people are hard to find in this industry and they do it right. Saved me a bunch of money and told me about other issues that needed work. Even noticed I just bought the car and recomended I take it back to the dealership for them to fix it. Unfortunately, I bought from an independent seller but they took care of me. Will definitely be back

I have been coming to AnA Tire & Automotive since I moved to Houston 4 years ago and have NEVER been dissatisfied! Their technicians knowledge of automotive science is wonderful and they explain everything to you. There were a few times when they could have told me I needed something and made money, but instead they told the truth and have a loyal customer who has referred them many times. My partner used to go to the Toyota dealership, but will return to AnA. They caught things the dealership did not! Id give them 10 stars if I could.

I got water in my car in Houstons flood. I took the car to this shop only because they are across the street from my place and they recommended that I use my insurance. The communicated with my insurance company very smoothly and effectively, repaired my car, change the oil and car-washed the car inside and outside and gave it back to me a bit earlier than what they had predicted. So far I havent had any problem. This was one of my best car-shop experiences.

My mother and I have been taking our vehicles here for years very kind reasonably priced ppl here. They also get the work done in a very timely manner. I never have to worry about them ripping me off.

I have been going here for approx. 4 yrs. Staff is always pleasant, and they greet you as you enter. Service has been good, ready when they promised, only 1 problem in 4 yrs, and they promised to take care of it. I havent had a chance to get back yet, so you know the problem is minor. Price is reasonable, facility is clean and comfortable for waiting. I intend to continue for many more years and I have and will continue to recommend them to my family and friends.

The guys here saved my car, literally. I went a long time without changing my oil. My car started killing at low idle so I finally took it in. The guy who runs the shop is super professional and explains everything that needs to be done to the car in great detail. After two or three oil flushes, a fuel injection cleaning and other minor maintenance my car is running like the day I bought it. Amazing service and fair pricing all broken down before and after service. Shop is walking distance from my 🏠 so Ill be coming here for service as long as I have this Camry. Dealership service without the long waits and BS.

I have lived in this area for many years and EVERY time I attempt to patronize this business the mechanics in the bays are disgustingly rude or they just completely ignore you.I had a flat tire, pulled up to the bay early morning, no other customers in site, my son got out to speak to the mechanic in the bay...the man looked at my son...completely ignored him and turned away to go get in a vehicle that was parked on the other other side of the bay.The man began backing the vehicle up across the length of the bay to where I was park and just sat there as if her was waiting on me to move. He then began blowing the horn as I sat there and my son trying to speak to him. He got out the van and hollered for me to move out the way...Never asked if he could help me or to go inside where someone else could help me...nothing.I have gone to many small tire shops, big name tire shops, mom and pop tire shops and NEVER have I ever been treated like this. I called the establishment to make a complaint and the person on the other end of the phone condoned the behavior and said, We do not have curb side service...never once apologizing or attempting to make amends.Never was I on a curb or near it. I was directly in front of the open bay and was the ONLY customer at the location that time of morning, a woman and a 12 year old child in a car...with a flat tire.Sadly, this is not the first time Ive received such rude service at this location. Only because my tire was flat did I stop at this location again...itll never happen again...lesson learned.

Repaired my tire for a great price and everything was perfect. I asked if I should get new tires for about 100+ rah, and they were very honest and told me my tires were otherwise in great shape, and I only needed to patch one of them up due to a puncture.

Ive come here for all my service issues in the last three years for both my hondas. Ive appreciated the customer service and efficiency and continue to come here for my car servicing. What kept me from giving 5 stars is that I once had a mysterious issue with my brakes and they couldnt figure it out. They told me everything was fine - another repairman showed me that the inner brake had worn down and thankfully was able to show me and replace it for me quickly. this was a minor issue however, so Ive continue to rely on AnA for my servicing needs and am rarely disappointed!

AnA is amazing the customer service is A++. They are the fastest and they have the cheapest prices in town. Once, my girlfriend went outside and her car wouldnt start we called up AnA and they sent a mechanic right over to try to fix the car at my Apt. close by. They were not able to fix it there, so they got a tow truck to bring it over to the shop and fixed the problem very quickly and was very inexpensive compared to a dealership or other shops. I have and will always recommend AnA to my friends and family.

I got introduced to this business maybe a few months ago moving here from Louisiana. I had an little issue with my friend car & they help tell me exactly what was wrong. Granted, I did all of the prep work by making sure the front end was sound before taking it in for an alignment but the truck now drives like a brand new vehicle! It was delivered on time as promised.

I have been to many other shops for service and after being referred here I am never going anywhere else. First impressions are a huge deal when you leave your car with someone. I was greeted by the manager Heider who was handsome, well dressed and very professional. He answered all my questions and kept me updated on the repairs. I was referred because I wanted a second opinion about my car, and he actually ended up saving me from having to do repairs that I didnt need. I am so happy I listened to several of my friends who have been going to Heider for a long time. I have finally found a mechanic I can trust. Cheers!

Honest and efficient. Went in for a mystery problem with my electrical system; wasnt sure if my alternator was out or what. The techs discovered that corrosion was the issue and fixed it. They could have told me anything and I wouldnt have known the difference.
