Peavys is really good at getting to the problem. Theyre good at trying to get you a good deal when possible and are very understanding and patient.A-1 electronics is good too fair pricing on furniture and has good deals. Smaller location but still amazing hospitality.

WARNING, I took my car to the shop for simple motor issue. The mechanic gave me back the car after he said he fixed it. The car stopped running and charged me $1500. I went to another mechanic and told me it should of only charged me $250. I called back the mechanic and told him the car wasnt working and wouldnt help at all. I felt stranded and have two kids. I was scammed and the people inside are not even mechanics. The person wearing the glasses was very rude.

I went in and asked for a tire for my dodge dart and before even looking one of the tall brown guys there already assumed he didn’t have a tire for one of the cars with me, i said it wasn’t for a corolla it was for a dart, he proceeded to not even check and said he still didn’t have a tire, 45 mins later my dad goes to get me a tire because i’m stranded on the freeway and they sell it to him apologizing saying they thought it was the wrong size. they look like lazy guys and their shop is a mess. wouldn’t go there for their ghetto used parts and accessories.

We got stranded on the side of the road and the owner of the company was so polite and courteous to help us with water for the car and invited us to come in if we needed somewhere to wait with our small daughter while we figure out what we can do with our vehicle. During our stay I noticed that this business was very clean and professional. He offered water while we waited 🙏🏼 Thank you so much for your kindness this is the kind of place where I would consider obtaining services in the future if I ever needed vehicle assistance. We are highly thankful for your help.

I have taken my cars to this team for nearly 15 years and have always received the best service. Their master mechanic, Frank, is the best. They take time to explain why you need a repair and have never treated me less than professionally. Their work is guaranteed so if something goes wrong, they make it right. All I know, is that I will continue to use them.

I gave 1 star because Mr Neil and Brother are fantastic but guess what after almost almost 10 months I stll feel the pains their services cost my car, I took my good running car in for a clean up but guess what the mechanic messed up my breaks, not kidding spent over 1k, first it was a sharp noise I went back twice for warranty he kept destroying, from ordinary noise to vibrations, just told myself to avoid the place. If you get a good repair from them probably youre lucky. My experience wasnt a good one.

I wish there was 0 star rating. This is the worst repair shop in Houston and should be the last place you bring your vehicle to. Im warning you stay away. I feel taken advantage of and I paid $900 for and a/c repair that wasnt done.They lie about what is wrong with your vehicle do not fix the issue and charge you. And when you call them on it they give you asinine excuses as to why they cant fix your vehicle that you paid for. I heard that the a/c machine is broken they need to order another to the a/c tech quit and they need to hire another one. Also I wouldnt recommend a place where the owners of the shop dont know how to repair vehicles at all. I brought my 2014 Nissan Sentra for an AC to be fixed they charge me $900 gave me back and even hotter car and made up excuses every time I try to bring it back to repair keep in mind this was in July 103 degree heat with a non working A/C that was paid for and is still not repaired in September. You picked the wrong woman to scheme, Im not done with you all by a long shot!

Charge you for parts that are far from necessary and dont even ask you if its ok to replace something. Asked just for a diagnostics which they said would cost 80 something and I come in with them telling me I have a bill way higher without my ok, not cool.Also a week or two later start figuring out theres like 6 things now wrong with my car since their diagnostics.

The owner did not keep an eye on the mechanic as he missed a few things that you would normally do at a transmission shop test drive the vehicle for one drop the transmission trans pan number to and check the condition of the fluid in the pan and if theres any particles or any broken parts or anything like that laying in the pan?,or AAMCO did all this andlo and behold I basically paid them a $190.00 to do a GB transmission flush which was needlesshad they dropped the pan and looked at the fluid and test drove it they would have an recommended a transmission rebuild and giving me options and what their prices would beI would have gone to AAMCO as a second opinion as where a transmissionuntil they tear it down which is free with AAMCOthen you can tell what parts of actually failed you cant tell just by driving a vehicle butlo and behold 2 weeks after they serviced it my transmission failedto go into reversetook a AAMCO they test drove it and drop the pan the fluid was absolutely dirty even though PEAVY replaced the fluid supposedly?Anyway went back to speak to the owner Mister PEAVYHe would not refund my money or any portion of itas he called and called and said that the clutches had locked up while this was 2 weeks after they serviced itit did not have a failure at the point when I brought it into them all they did was exacerbate the problems with the transmission to the point that it stopped going in reverse then I took it to Aamco to get the job done rightWHEREVER YOU DO STAY AWAY FROM PEAVYs AUTO CARE!Anywaymy transmission failed within two weeks of having PEAVY,S worked on it and do a BG transmission flush,they failed to test drive the vehicleand they failed to drop the pan to look at the fluid inside wish they would have noticed would have been full of grit coming from the clutch plates,so apparently they are NOT qualified to even do that based on my experience,a car Care shop that does not check your car outunless they test drive it anddrop the pan and give you a status of the shape of your transmission before they do maintenance on it,so PEAVY Automotive owes me a portion of the LABOR $190.00 I spent to have the service done excluding the BG productsWHATEVER YOU DO;DO NOT TAKE YOUR TRANSMISSION to be serviced at PEAVY AUTO REPAIR FACILITYHad Mister PEAVY looked over his mechanic while he service my Lincoln he would notice that the mechanic did not lift the car and run it the gear shift through all the gears while it was engine was running to get the cleaner and to all the valve bodies and positions required,also they would have test drove the car and checked it for a shifting and all the Gears prior to servicing it plus they should have dropped the pan and looked at the condition of the transmission oral they would have seen there was something much more serious going on at that point andthen I would have made an CHOICE to have the transmission serviced there or rebuilt or over AAMCO?But I was never offered those choices and they were never given, besides mr. PEAVY debated the fact that the transmission failed two weeks later,?UPDATE,RETURNED TO PEAVY,I showed him the paperwork for $2,400.00 spent at AAMCO andit said it was service year prior to it failing the work or service that was done was incomplete and not up to Professional Standardsotherwise I wouldnt be having my transmission failing after having it servicedtake it to AAMCO Transmission instead and get it done properly with a lifetime warrantyLifetime warrantyincludes synthetic transmission oil fluid changes and filter changerequired once a year from the date service for a lifetimethey cover the cost of the oil and filter changes parts and laboryou cant beat that no matter where you go
