Rip off! I was with them for 10 years and found better coverage at Farmers for half the price. They would not negotiate and the woman at the agency tried to compare the coverage of my brand new BMW M to her pick up truck. SMH. I highly recommend getting your insurance elsewhere.

Your agency has been helpful over the years and have gone above and beyond what I expected. In addition, you dont contact me unless there is something of importance or something in which I may be interested. There when I need you, not when I dont. :)

The agents at this location are very rude. when theyre working from home the talk to you as if youre one of their kids.I will cancel my auto coverage because of the following so called agents: Brenda, Karla, Aleyda and my last call today(07/08 /20 was hellish. Forwarded by Aleyda. She got annoyed because i kept updating my policy as if she is the one that is paying for it.My call today at 2:38 pm was useless and regretful.The lady called Brandy or Brenda was unprofessional and impolite.I asked her simply question about my policy then she got into my personal life. This is the second time she has put on the same attitude.I can’t pay my insurance in full and have this kind of person as an agent that is of no fit.

Always stays in touch to be sure Ins. Needs are met. Pleasant staff...each time Ive contacted it has either been resolved of implemented. Good people...
