Absolutely amazing community. We found the perfect place to live and couldn’t be more happy. The management here is like a breath of fresh air. Cynthia and the rest of the team are outstanding. They will go out of their way to help us when we need them and couldn’t be more kind about it. The pool is fabulous and we enjoy grilling and talking with all of our nice neighbors. Would highly recommend stopping in if you’re looking for an apartment in this area. A++

Been here over 2 years, loved the complex up until a couple months ago. When we leased the apt we were sold an additional parking sticker as they only provide one. Cool, we paid for an additional sticker, no problem. But how is it that people are parking MULTIPLE vehicles; even work vehicles in resident parking without parking permits whatsoever? Is no tow truck checking permits like they did before? It’s completely unfair coming home from work and seeing so many cars park all day/night as “residents” yet they don’t even have parking permits to park in the resident parking. I shouldn’t have to be leaving my car outside the complex while others FREELY park multiple cars inside. Now that these people are not finding visitors parking available they have started taking over the residents parking as well and it’s just NOT FAIR! Please fix the issue: i understand we have the option to pay for secured parking but why would I pay MORE than what I’ve paid PLUS my monthly rent while “visitors” are mooching off residents benefits

Liz made our apartment search such a breeze. She went above and beyond helping us every step of the way! She’s so sweet. We had so many questions and she answered all of them. She was super patient with us and she didn’t mind going the extra mile. The whole staff is amazing, you feel the sincere happiness they share with you, in our case a new chapter in our lives. You can tell they love their job. The whole process took less than a day to get approved and we moved in within a week of that. We love it here!

This place has really gone downhill since the name change. I normally dont leave reviews. I have been a resident of this complex for almost seven years. I moved out for two weeks and moved right back in that is how uncomfortable I was where I had moved to. Did I have to come back here? no, however, I liked the complex and the area the first time around. Which was a mistake If you have kids you better move on the first floor because your kids cant play with each other the downstairs neighbor just beats on the ceiling all day long, I understand at night but when the sun is up they have to sit and be quiet and what the front office offer oh we have a park they can play on like covid 19 doesnt exist when was the last time you wipe that playground down? The entrance gate stay broke, you will be waiting on a maintenance request for two weeks or more, however, maintenance will get the job done once they get to your unit. The only buildings that are kept clean are the front ones, the ones they have to show to get you to move in. All the other buildings are dirty, theres always trash on the grounds and throughout the walkways. One of the reasons one of my friends moved out. Moving time to move out they got me for my entire deposit which is BS. When someone moves out you know you have to clean up. These people charged me over 200.00 dollars to paint, The last time I checked paint at the paint store doesnt even cost that much, The lady that I spoke to said you have to be there for some years to not be charged for paint. They charged me to clean the unit which I had already used my own cleaning supplies to clean the unit. Which from my understanding the unit has to be cleaned by the complex anyway to get it ready for the next person to move in. Just like some of the other reviews they just want your money they dont care about you. These are pictures of my unit once I moved out. Why was I charged for painting and cleaning. Yes the paint needed touch up in some areas. Just be careful with your decision.

Shoutout to Liz in the front office! Great job! She made the leasing process extremely easy! She was also very patient in answering all of my questions and getting everything set up and good to go for me. Since I have been here the office staff has been very flexible, understanding, and accommodating to ensure all their tenants needs are met! They never make you feel like you are a bother and are extremely helpful in all situations. I would also like to add that maintenance is extremely quick, helpful, and kind! Great place to live! Didn’t like living there I was barely home the office staff is beyond rude the property is filthy trash everywhere and I got beat out of my $750 refundable deposit when my lease finally ended I cleaned the apartment very well even tho I didn’t have much to clean cause I was barely home and they still came up with some bogus cleaning fees to keep my deposit don’t move here there is way better go further down the beltway and you’ll see

Had a few minor concerns with my initial walk through which were addressed promptly. The maintenance man finished the job quickly and correctly. The complex is very responsive to maintenance requests and does a wonderful job keeping the community updated about any delays.

After a bad experience at another property, I was left with only 36 hours to find a new apartment to move to. I met Lauren who got all my info and went above and beyond to accommodate my last minute move. She has been incredibly knowledgeable and extremely patient with me through this stressful process. The whole front office staff has been above the line in customer service and courtesy. Every time I walked into the office I’ve been greeted with smiles. Warren has been very informative and has answered every question without hesitation. Great job!!

I’m moving soon and I’d like to share my experience here. First please document and get a copy of everything you receive and turn into the office. The staff have a way of gaining up on you and making up a story saying you didn’t turn in important documents when you know you did. Especially if you’re planning on moving make sure you make them print out copies of your written 60 day lease termination letter. Second if you are moving most importantly please take pictures and videos of your apartment once you finish cleaning. I’ve talked to a old neighbor who moved out a month ago and they ripped them off out of their deposit. When you move in they make you feel very welcomed hints on why all the 5 star reviews are from people who just moved in. Once you become a residents you start seeing the place for what it really is. I’ll start with noise level the walls are so thin you think somebody in your house. It’s been plenty of nights I’ve waken up in the middle of the night frighten that somebody was in my house. I sleep with the tv off because I like silence but it’ll be 4 am and I’ll hear people loud conversations going through the hallways. A couple of times I woke up out my sleep to somebody turning my doorknob trying to come in. I reported it to the staff and all they said was they’ll send out emails to my building regarding the privacy and safety of neighbors.... REALLY!!! I had to convince myself after the third time it was just my neighbor’s guest who throw parties all the time going to the wrong door. That’s another thing everybody in my building has moved out because of this one particular neighbor and I’m next to go. Most of us got along for the most part. We come together and talk about issues with the staff and we all agreed after our lease up we are out of here!!!! The parking is a big issue there’s never nowhere to park you have to walk 5 buildings down just to get to your apartment. The wrong cars always get towed. Cars that don’t work been sitting in the same spot for months but they tow residents vehicles instead. Maintenance are very friendly but they don’t know what their doing. My toilet been running and clogged up he come out and “fix it” the next day it’s back doing the same thing. You pay for pest control but I’m always stepping on spiders. The hallways, parking lots, and entry gate is full of trash. The dog park is full of dog sh*t. Have your packages delivered somewhere else they do not have the lockers most places have. I’ve had a package delivered thinking it’ll go to the office but instead went to my door and was stolen by the time I got off work. Please carry mace the gates are always broken so when walking to and from your vehicle at night be safe. People ride through all the time driving fast music loud and you just never know so PLEASE BE SAFE!!!! The Overall I give the place 4/10.

Going on my 4th month living here and I absolutely love it. Warren helped me and my boyfriend throughout the whole moving in process. He was the sweetest and answered all questions that we asked. He still continues to check in and make sure everything is going good. It took me a while to realize that the light switches controlled the outlets so I made maintenance requests a lot and they came super fast and made sure things were working. Glad we picked these apartments to live in for our first apartment.

Elizabeth helped me with the move-in process. This is actually my first apartment that I moved into & she was very helpful. Communicated everything that was suppose to be done prior to my move in. Being that I was in a completely different state, her and staff members were nice and helpful. The day I arrived, I got my key, the apartment was exactly how they described, & I plan on upgrading & extending my 3 month lease. I would recommend these apartments.

Upon applying for a apartment my nerves were really bad and I was searching high and low for the perfect apartment.. When I left a inquiry with Advenir at Wystone it was probably the 6th or 7th apartment complex at the time... I got a call back almost right away and spoke with Warren. I cant even put into words how welcoming and smart and warm he was. In our first conversation ALONE I experienced a friendship I had not experienced in any other call prior with any other agent! He was extremely helpful and communicative. He right away knew exactly what I was looking for and made the decision fairly easy for me. I figured if someone like him worked for the complex Why would I not want to call it home?! He showed me around, moved everything along very quickly and went above and beyond to make me comfortable. Love love love him... So happy to say I am moving in soon and will be looking forward to interact with the positive energy that he is.

Moved in a little over a week ago. So far so good. Area is quiet, well kept and the exercise room is nice. I do wish the other residents would bring their trash cans in and not leave out for days but not a huge deal overall. Apartment and complex are clean, everything works fine.

I had a couple of routine maintenence issues with my apartment since moving in, which were immediately resolved. When my dishwasher wouldnt drain, Hector and Rene checked in multiple times to ensure the problem was fixed. The helpful staff is what makes this place great!

Just resigned my lease in November, big mistake.When you come to tour they will make you feel like they are the best, but once they have your money things change.To begin, when i toured the complex and discussed the leasing process I was made aware that renters insurance was required. I actually had a really good policy from my previous apartment that covered, liability and personal property damage. Upon the recommendation of the leasing agent, I cancelled that policy and took the policy that was offered from Advenir, not being made aware it was only liability insurance.Fast forward to summer 2019, we had our first leak,due to a neighbors issue that leaked in to our apartment. Maintenance did take care of it but it was still a big inconvenience. Now about 6 months later we are dealing with our second major leak in this unit. The unit has mold on the closet walls due to the leaking and when asked to change units due to health concerns, I was told I may have to pay more for a new unit. While i understand how policies work, I also believe companies have to have some type of accountability. Advenir continues to avoid taking ownership of the problem. My Husband has lost hundreds of dollars in property damage, and we are literally asking to switch to another one bedroom apartment that is not mold ridden. But no, they are more concerned with having us pay more rent then trying to accommodate us.So while the rent may be a little cheaper, please consider paying the extra rent else where versus dealing with this poor service when an incident occurs.

To begin, Id like to say that the rating that is shown by google is highly inflated because this neighborhood uses questionable motives to get positive reviews. (Like the time my husband asked them to print something in the office, because the resident printer wasnt working of course, and the agents said sure well print it if you give us a good review online) Joking or not, that says a lot about what they do for reviews.This is the first of a what Id like to call a series in my stride to ensure that no hardworking individual moves into the Advenir and is forced to fall victim to some of the things Ive experienced in my 2 years living here.This post specifically is in regard to the notice process when nonrenewing your lease. In late october I contacted the office in regards to my lease because I was switching to month to month since I am in the process of buying a house (thank god, because Id go crazy if I had to live another year here). During the phone call (which the office has a recording of) I was casually told that I just needed to provide written notice. I specifically told the leasing agent when I planned to move out, and she never said make sure you submit by ___ date nor did she notify me that there was a form that needed to me filled out. Fast forward to November 7, I received a much more specific email that included a form to fill out and notification that the notice needed to be provided 60 days in advance. I filled this form out and emailed it back, but never received any response. On 11/13 I went to the office to follow up. The agent found my notice and attempted to enter my noticed based on the date he opened the email instead of the date I sent it. That action in itself tells you the type of people you are dealing with here. If I was not someone that advocates for myself I would have easily been taken advantage of in this situation. I was advised to follow up during business days with a manager. Today I went to follow up again and I was sad to say as screwed up as this entire living situation has been, this is really takes the cake. The manager, with her smug attitude and no empathy or sympathy, sat and told me that there was no way possible to accept the notice based on the recorded phone call because it has to be put in writing. Based on this I would have to keep the apartment for an additional 7 days which is about $300 in fees. During COVID, a time when money is scarce and people can barely put food on their table, this complex is so money hungry that they cannot show their tenants any grace. I mentioned this to her and all she could do was agree.So the key take away is there is no wiggle room from policy in this neighborhood. I fully acknowledge that I could have sent the email the same day I called, but I didnt. I am an educator, I work all day, I am drained any time I am not at work and I dropped the ball. I was hoping that after 2 years of paying my rent on time and never giving any problems, despite the fact that my apartment has flooded twice, I wouldve been afforded the same grace that I gave.Some may find it petty that I am going to make multiple post with various email addresses but I think this will help to balance the highly inflated rating that i mentioned before.Some of the topics to follow include:1. The piles of trash that flood the front of the neighborhood.2. Towing residents cars within 24 hours of purchase for not having a resident tag. (i literally just bought the car)3. Dirt stains so thick on the doors it cannot be removed, but magically the doors near the model apartment are sparkly clean.4. The persistent mold issue (looks like black mold to me) due to poor ventilation in the unit.Talk to you later,XOXO gossip girl

The front desk is great, and can almost always help you with every problem you have! Work orders get done in a timely manner, and the apartments are very clean and up to date. Its also great being close to the park as well as having a gym and pool in house. Would give 5 stars, but sometimes the valet trash doesnt come at night, and every once in a while the car gate will be stuck open

I have lived here coming up on 5 years now when it was Alta Crossing. When it was bought by Advenir it was a rough start going forward. I can say after a couple years in with Advenir starting with Mark as the Manager, I seen much improvement. Now going forward, with new staff members Cynthia, Shamara, Ashley and Isabelle Ive known quite some time and the great maintenance men, it has been a pleasure living here. I know that the staff care about the tenants and the community. I would like to see the other tenants care for their homes with the respect of this being community property. Yes, parking can be an issue, but that too has improved from the times before. Im thankful to God for placing me in a good community where I call my home!! My boyfriend lives here and when I come to visit him it’s always super hard to find a visitor spot. My boyfriend says he sees the same cars parked in the visitor area, and I’m pretty sure they belong to residents who have multiple cars and don’t want to pay for additional parking. The apartment complex should do a better job at managing the amount of days cars are parked in the visitor areas, or they should work on adding more. I’ve never been to an apartment complex that makes parking such a nightmare. I’m glad I convinced my boyfriend to move out when his lease ends. If someone tells me they want to live here, I will definitely tell them to reconsider.

Great staff and management. Always handle issues promptly and efficiently. Generally clean with some exceptions of tenets leaving trash out in walkways of buildings. Sometimes neighbors can be a bit noisy but the apartment staff always sends out friendly reminders to be respectful of all tenets. Overall, a good place to live.

When I had submitted for maintenance, which was once because everything in the unit is modern, the job was completed very quickly. We like the convenience of trash pick-up at the unit door. Like really, how convenience is that! I appreciate that they always maintain the property, such as picking up the trash and keeping the lawn mowed and green in this HOT Texas weather, and its quiet and safe. Also, with a park and movie/bowling theater in walking distance, thats a bonus too.

I LOVE living here! The staff is amazing! During Harvey we experienced some flooding. The staff were very informative and quickly started handling the repairs. Every time I come in to the office I am greeted with a smile. I cant forget the maintenance team. They are always so prompt and handle repairs swiftly. I never have to send follow up email or call. Thank you Advenir for making me feel like part of a real community.

The maintainence staff is very friendly and helpful, especially René. My a/c went out and he went above and beyond to get it working again. It required him to make several trips to my unit to troubleshoot. He even came to check on me to make sure my a/c was still working after he fixed it. René really cares about people and it shows by how he presents himself and his work ethic. Because of staff like René, it makes me enjoy living at Advenir at Wynstone because I know they truly care about their residents.

Worst place to live. They have a serious issue with trash. The trash container, which by the way is in the main entrance of the apartment complex, is always flooded, always nasty. The hallways are awful, there are gross trash stains next to the apartment doors, because neighbors dont care of using a trash can when taking out their garbage. The people that live in this apartments are also terrible, they dont even respect reserved parking lot. The units are old and overpriced. They have roaches. The main gates are always open, they never work. The only thing good about this complex is the lady named Isabel in the front office. Other than that, nothing is good but the location. Turn around and move somewhere else!

This is like a Hotel!!! I can leave my review after 15 month ago be here, My experience is very good, the maintenance is very quick at my request, Hector and Rene walked in to my home to fixed whatever I requested. They leave everything very clean like they are never been there. I NEVER SAW A ROACH IN MY KITCHEN, also I’m very clean in that area. All staff are very polite and ethical and they go above to the beyond to accomplish the job. The green area always is beautiful. The administration is responsable and they have a great communication. I paid my rent to the “Resident Portal app”The pool and amenities always very clean, also they weeks ago upgrade the pool with brand new chair and tables! From my balcony looks like a Hotel!! I so glad i had a great experienced with my children. I recommended to people like to live good. Tha apartment is huge for the amount of rent and everything works perfect my king set bed room and my daughter queen one set fit there so great!Thank you so much for everything!!

I LOVE my apartment. The ladies in the office are FANTASTIC! They are so friendly and greet me by name. When you need a repair, they are prompt and efficient. The amenities are great and the pool and landscaping is always neat and clean. I am very happy and proud to call Advenir my home.

Great place to live. Maintenance team and office staff provide an excellent service. They make feel at home. Facilities are clean, great gym and recreational room. Next to Gene Green Park. And this Advenir complex is truly a pet friendly complex.

Office staff and maintenance staff are so very nice and professional,I like the pool here,is very crystal clean, and I also like going to the gym while my kid goes in the play room and play pool and video games ,plus I can’t forget about the nice hot coffee they offer us inside the office while we can chill and watch tv for a while I like it here, this I call home, very nice place.

I recently moved in and both Daisys have been so great! Anything that myself & my family needs, they do whatever possible to make it happen. They sincerely do care about you. Im up for my renewal, and I cant see myself leaving unless I purchase a home. If you want to live somewhere, where the office & maintenance REALLY cares, this is where you want to live.

The residents is very quiet and the area. I love my apartment and have lived here since February. The staff is very patient and nice. I had several issues occur in my home but they were quick to resolve the problems. I love me home and do not plan to leave anytime soon.

The only reason I am extending the courtesy of giving this complex 1 star is because of the location. We moved in the beginning of September after Harvey. We were drawn to the adorable apartment layouts and the year round pool. Upon signing the lease we were told the pool would be reopened in a few weeks, and was not opened until 8 months later. Management and staff overall continues to change frequently, resulting in a terrible lack of communication. No one seems to know how to resolve any issues. We have not received our mail in about 5 months due to a broken mailbox. We were not even notified that the mailbox was broken and the office staff assured us that we simply must not have had anything sent to us if we weren’t receiving mail. I finally called the post office and they said they had made the manager aware that the mailbox was broken months prior. We are still currently being tossed back and forth between management and the post office because nobody seems to know what to do in order to resolve this issue or doesn’t care. Furthermore I have packages frequently go missing, and I just received an opened package with missing items. These are just the beginning of the many problems with this complex we have experienced and we haven’t even been here for our full lease. Needless to say we will not be renewing and strongly encourage Advenir to get their act together because this could be a very nice place to live if they did so.Was told someone would be reaching out, so far... nothing. So grossly obvious they only responded to save face.
