I was involved in a accident Aug will makes 1 yr ago and still no answers!! One of their cars backed right into me at the bank Aug 11 2020 it is almost Aug 2021 they claim the lady that had my case”Anna Marie” is no longer with the company,so Kayla took over the case and only answered the phone once in the last month or so just to tell me they don’t have the pics so I tracked the appraiser and had him to resend them”I’ve already went pd for that job last yr” said the appraiser and NOW they just decided not to answer the phone for me ANYMORE!! Oh and GOOD LUCK reaching a supervisor!! If you reading this Kayla I’m still waiting could you please answer the phone or give me a call back? Aug makes 1 yr ago!!!

Never even got a chance to get my foot in the cab door before I knew they had terrible service. When calling it goes straight to answering machine and gives no confirmation or arrival eta. After waiting hours and not being able to get another ride I gave up. Will NOT call them back!

If I could rate zero stars I would. Do not use there service. The said they dispatched a vehicle four times. They had this sick man sitting at the hospital for over 8 hours. Instead of being honest and saying they didnt have any avaliable cabs they lie and say they are sending one. Then when I call to explain the guy wants to be super rude and then I get his supervisor who has zero customer service skills. As someone who worked customer service for over 5 years. He would talk over me. He accused me of yelling and I was just talking. He was so combative on the phone me I had to hang up. So I am leaving this review. Do your self a favor and get a different rife.

Very unreliable and quite disappointing. They are not on time when a booking is pre-scheduled for pick-up and even worst, once they take you to the location and you have a booking with them to come pick you up to take you back home, they never show up and keep telling you 20 minutes when you keep calling in to find out where they are. My elderly/handicapped parents were stranded twice, leaving us desperately trying to find another way for them to get home HOURS later. I DO NOT recommend this business. Definitely not worth dealing with. Due to our particular circumstances, the decision to use them occurred more than once, so this review is based on multiple experiences and not any of the experiences have been positive. Learn from our experience, Save yourself the headaches, find a more professional company to work with.

Some of the drivers need to learn customer service. When dealing with MSP customers, proper respect is expected or dont pick them up. Make sure you pick and drop them off in a safe location. Help them with there items when picking them up from grocery store. And when a customer speaks to you be courteous and speak back. Its not hard to do, you just may get a tip.

On Wednesday, I contacted Yellow Cab-Houston and scheduled a pick up for 6:00 am the upcoming Sunday morning to go to the airport. At 6:00 am, no cab. I contacted the company and finally reached a customer representative 10 minutes later who informed me that there was no cab in my area at that time. How is it possible that a driver was not scheduled? Also, no contact, either by phone, text, or email to give me this information. I obviously canceled the “so-called” service and contacted an Uber, which came immediately and the driver was excellent. Yellow Cab had the audacity to contact me at 6:45 am to say my cab was on the way. I was already art the airport, getting ready to board. They are unprofessional and will not be getting any business from me.

Guests come up to us and ask for taxis all the time and apparently there are none whenever you need one! You would think they would have some around the galleria area where everyone goes to shop and eat. Weve booked cabs for guest at certain times and they never show up on time. We get a lot of MD Anderson patients and for them to not even show up at the time that its booked is upsetting. We had a guest request a cab at 12:30pm the other day and the taxi showed up 10 minutes early. I informed the driver that he was an older gentleman that had a little trouble walking so it would take him a couple of minutes to come down. The driver said no problem. As soon as he got into his vehicle he drove off. The guest waited hours for another taxi to show but for some reason they kept canceling the order. If you have lyft or uber I would rather recommend you to them than this taxi company. Please DO NOT use this cab company they are the worst in the city!

I order I a cap for one of my Customer around 1030 pm. And the cap never showed up and they send me messages that they were still looking for a driver to send out. At 1245 AM they send me a last message saying that they cancel my order for a driver. The good thing my customer found a ride home if not he would have been waiting for ever.. just the worst

We set up a ride with Yellow Cab from a hotel to the nearby airport for 3:15 am. We were quoted the price to be $18.99 and we could use cash or credit. At 3:20 am we were calling yellow cab as the driver did not show up. We received an answering machine that went in circles. By 3:30 we received a call by some other company that he was on his way. We did not get a cab until 3:40 am and this person was an independent driver whom charged us $30 and said we had to pay cash only. He said Yellow cab usually does not have cabs available and because of the time of day and because he was a sub-contractor that we had to pay the morning rate. The airport was within 5 miles from the hotel.Very, very unhappy we were lied to about the price quote otherwise we would have taken Lyft or even Uber. Wing told we could use a card.Very unhappy about the upcharge and would have been stranded and was already running late so we did not feel we had a choice but to accept the new terms.Will never, ever use Yellow Cab again because they can not be trusted and they do not quote an accurate price.

Predatory. In downtown Houston many are serving cancer patients and their families. They are impatient, rude and pretend to not understand English. I watched one drive off because the lady was in a wheelchair and he didn’t want to wait. Hotels need to offer an extended shuttle service so that MDA patients are not required to deal with cabs that clearly do not value the short fares to MD Anderson.

I called this morning to pre-book for 5:30 this evening no one showed up! I called 7 minutes to six asking if they were lost because no one has shown up yet. They said they hadn’t even found a taxi to come get me yet! At the very least they should’ve called me to let me know they were running late finding someone to come get me! Unbelievable! They ruined my plans with my family. I am in a wheelchair and I am very sick so I don’t get to get out very often. I am very sad and angry and would never call these guys again!

I called and they said they were trying to locate a driver for me and he would be there shortly. 1015, 15 minutes late for my appt, still no cab. I called again, no answer, finally got a text at about 1100 that my ride had been cancelled.No stars for you! ( that were an option...)

This is definitely one of the worse companies in Houston. Two times and had the same results. I made reservations one day before and an hour before they messaged, your driver is on the way. Time came and no cab. I called and the response was, we can try to find a car but we cant promise.After calling twice they decided to hang up on me and just never bother to answer.If your ride is important Uber but NEVER EVER use this companys services.

I was in need of a ride called Yellow cab because I’ve used them in the past! Never had an issue until this morning! (1) gentlemen who picked me up had a car that didn’t have air conditioning(2) ask driver if he could roll windows down due to humidity in car & was told windows don’t work! But he had his windows down in front seat, mind you not a shield that protects him from Covid prevented draft from bringing air to passenger area!🤦🏻‍♂️(3) when it came time to pay I tried to use credit card & was told machine was broken! So it made an inconvenience for me bcuz I only had approximately $8 cash in pocket so I had to go in to bldg & borrow money from a co worker to pay a bill of $17 for a car ride of less than 3 miles! I would reconsider using Yellow Cab as a reference of transportation! Very poor customer service! If you know your vehicle does not have air conditioning then it shouldn’t be used in this Texas heat! Mind you not I was wearing a Suit to work & showed up sweating like I dog!Yellow cab would never be called again! They are lucky I’m leaving a one start rating bcuz it really should be at a zero & I feel I should be refunded my money for the service I wouldn’t consider service! Felt like a sweat shop! & he had the nerve to want a tip off of three dollars from the twenty I gave him! Uggh nope give me my change! Poor service all around! He couldn’t even offer me a water knowing I was dying back there yet he had himself comfortable driving10-15 miles per hour to run meter! I had to tell him to get on freeway so I could receive some type of wind! I order a cab. The automated system repeated address I gave them. No time was given. I called back which operator repeated address to me. She said would be here in 10 mins. 15 mins later driver calls back he will be here in 10 mins and as we were talking he hanged up on me. I then get a text that they are looking for a new address bc I was missing to put address was in Houston. I advised that full address was repeated to me twice. They said they will have someone here in 15 mins. 22 mins later i get a text that driver will be here in 15 mins. Very unprofessional. They will first send you a text to book online before answering. Very delayed very bad service. If you have to go to airport do not use. If you have time to spare go for it.

I am very upset and outraged at the driver that was utilized to pick up a relative. I called the company for a pick-up for my non-English speaking relative. Setting up a ride was easy and my relative felt safe. The reason I am giving one star is because the driver tried to charge my relative $100 for a ride that was supposed to be $30! Luckily, my relative knew better. The driver was trying to take advantage of my relative since they are not from the US!

Ive ridden in cabs in any number of large cities, both in the US and abroad.Do yourself a favor; DO NOT RIDE WITH THIS COMPANYGot into a Yellow at Hobby airport for a ride to a Marriott hotel and it was THE WORST experience Ive ever encountered. The driver, Michael seemed to be functionally illiterate. After repeating the hotels address to him a couple of times, I showed him the address and location on my cell phone. He entered the address into his google maps and off we went. But he was unable to turn on the A/C. From the back seat I tried to talk him through the procedure, but he couldnt get it.Once in the vicinity of the destination, he claimed he couldnt find the hotel. So, he pulled into a parking lot at a strip mall and we got out to see the high rise Marriott clearly marked in large letters on the side of the building less than a block away. Then, he refused to honor the 10% senior discount, which was clearly posted inside the steaming hot van.I called their customer service number and spoke to Mary who had a limited command of English. She promised to have her supervisor contact me. As you can probably guess, that never happened.Cab #1656Beware...

ROAD RAGING Cab #1456 (got it all on video) just tried to ram me off the highway TWICE as I was attempting to merge onto 610 from Irvington, on the I-45 exchange. He deliberately tried to close the gap on me as I merged, then failing to do so mustve ENRAGED him enough to speed up next to me, IN MY LANE, then literally turn his cab into me broadside! Failing to shove me over, he attempted again, but this time abruptly and violently that he almost rear-ended the truck in front of him.

We gave them 4 shots for what would be a steady job, 3 times a week for 8 weeks. The first ride showed up 90 mins late, and when I called and asked him where he was, thinking he was lost, he got upset and hung up on me. The ride home never did show. The third time a guy was dispatched but didnt have a wheel-chair van. When called for the ride home he was still on the wrong side of town! Anything is better than this company! Both sets of rides were given 24 hour notice as to what we needed.

Horrible. Never again. Back to Uber /Lyft. The driver came on time (car #284). I was at a drugstore. I had 4 bags and a brand new plant. He pulls up in a mini van, doesnt greet or speak to me and doesnt get out. he just pops his hatch and points at it. I tell him no thank you I will hold my bags with me. Id already placed my plant on the roof of the van. He rolls his eyes and screeches away. My plant crashes and shatters. He stops when he hears it. I threaten to report him and his demeaner changes. He hands me $12 to cover the lost plant AND APOLOGIZES for his wrongdoing and possible racial bias towards me. When we get to my home he asks for the fare, which was about--$12. I give it to him and then he demands the fare. I refuse and threaten to call the cops. AVOID THIS COMPANY LIKE COVID 19 and let this industry die a natural death.

But I was trying get the next lane and then was a big gap for me to get in front of him and as soon as the head of my car is in the lane he (cab 1137) speeds on almost hits me and even though I was already on the lane he gets on the side of me really really close like our cars can literally touch just so I won’t be in front of him, and to top it all off he was speeding like maniac after !! I would suggest you all not ride this cab (1137) he would put your lives in danger !

After the driver informed me he would arrive 10 minutes late, which turned into 30 plus, we had a roller coaster of a ride with erratic speed, unable to stay in a lane, and a driver personal hygiene freshening up while barrelling down the road. I tried my best to schedule a pickup early for a flight. I call ever day leading up to the trip. They repeatedly said we will be there on time. The morning of the pickup they never dispatched it. The cab would have been about to 1 hour late. no thanks.

I had to select a star to make a post. Im going to give Yellow Cab a try next time I need a ride. Im tired of Uber/Lyft not being regulated on trip fees. Yellow Cab, from the reviews, you should teach your drivers to be courteous, on time, and pay attention to personal hygiene. Im still going to give you a shot, but come on man, step up your game.

I must be very lucky that I had a pleasant experience with yellow cab after viewing so many negative reviews. I called the phone number of United Cab (trying to avoid yellow cab) from my hotel phone for a ride half an hour later. I got called by the cab driver saying that he was almost there 10 minutes earlier. A yellow cab showed up in front of the hotel and I was told that they are the same company (interesting). Anyway the driver was very friendly, even after waiting for me for 10 minutes. That kinda changed my impression of yellow cab. Later that day I decided to call yellow cab directly to get back to the hotel. 5 minutes later the driver called and the cab showed up shortly after that. The second day, called yellow cab from my cell phone again and theyve already had my address on file so I only need press 1 to book a ride (love this function, very convenient). The cab showed up shortly. I used three different yellow cabs and they were all good. Again maybe I am just very lucky.

If you call yellow cab there’s a 50/50 chance they’ll pick you up. You’re better off finding someone else to give you ride. Today I called for a taxi at 1:00pm and waited in the hot sun for about 45 minutes for nobody to pick me up. I tried calling back multiple times for the status of the taxi and never got an update. I ended up taking multiple buses and walking in the hot sun for about 3 hours because my taxi never came in the 20 minute wait as promised. I just got home about 10 minutes ago and could have been home HOURS AGO if someone had came. FIND SOMEONE MORE RELIABLE TO GIVE YOU A RIDE IF YOU NEED ONE!!!

It’s unfortunate that I have to give Yellow cab even one star because they deserve no stars at all. The lack of service we received today is pathetic and there’s no excuse. My mother called yesterday to have my father picked up today. She actually scheduled the appointment and was told that a large wheelchair accessible van would pick him up at a designated time. This was a special occasion to take my father out of the nursing home and out to eat for his birthday. After no one showed up or called and we had been waiting for 15 minutes I called. I was told they were trying to locate a cab for him. So, they were trying to locate the cab we already reserved yesterday? We waited and waited and when I called back I was told it would be about 10 minutes. That was the longest 10 minutes I’ve ever seen because no cab ever showed up. No one from Yellow cab called either. I called back a few hours later after we had to cancel my father’s birthday lunch at the restaurant. I asked to speak to a supervisor and was told that they kept calling me but no one answered. Lies! We will NEVER use yellow cab again. I will find a reliable transportation company that doesn’t disregard their customers. Shameful!

Awful customer service. I left my bag in one of the cars and I called to see if they ever found my bag, and everytime I called all they did was put me on hold, hang up or promise they were going to give me a call back and till now I have not received a call back. If i could give 1/2 star i would. Taxi driver number 1149 was horrible. He ran our meter up past $77! We we’re coming from IAH to our hotel which was about which was about 28 miles away. It took us over 45mins go reach our destination! I set my google maps gps to follow along and he got off the freeway early to take the street. He was missing turns and seemed to be lost the entire time. He was driving 40 in a 60 mph zone. I WILL NEVER TAKE YELLOW CAN AGAIN IN MY LIFE. This is exactly why people use Lyft and Uber.

I called a cab to pick me up at Walmart. I told them I would be outside at 215. The cab driver with a thick accent shows up at 150 gets a attitude saying I am not ready he was leaving. I told him that I told the lady 215. he hangs up. Thank goodness a nice guy who was dropping off another client saw me and asked if I needed a ride..he drives yellow cab also. They need to have customer service training for the dispatchers and the drivers.

Don’t make a reservation especially for the airport. They can’t actually fulfill your reservation and then you are stuck. Why take reservations if you can’t actually send a car at the reservation time also overpriced compared to Uber or Lyft.

I made an advance booking yesterday for Yellow Cab Houston with wheelchair accessibility via their new zTrip app for a 10 a.m. pickup this morning. At 11 a.m., still dispatching. I called customer service three times and each time received the same response about a lack wheelchair accessible taxis in the city (we live in the Houston Heights).Finally, I had to cancel because my 86 year-old mother-in-law can not be outside in the Houston heat of 95+ degrees. Unfortunately, she was not able to make the appointment for the MRI which she desperately needed.It appears cabs are readily available for able-ability people, but not so much for the elderly or those who have mobility challenges. Sad...very sad.

I have called for taxis frequently, as I need it when I go to the store, or have an emergency and need quick transportation and cant wait for Metro. I have only had one slightly rude driver. The drivers I have had do not mind helping load the groceries, or waiting patiently as they are unloaded at the end of the trip. They are, with that one exception, friendly, personable, and attentive.

I watched a son and his elderly parents go from excitement over a planned outing to sadness when they realized they coukdnt go because the cab wasnt coming to get them. This was even after 1.5 hours and 3 calls to yellow cab. I can totally see why people take uber and lyft. I will definitely let others know that yellow can is not who you want to call...ever.

Called at 3:00 pm for a ride at 3:35 pm. Taxi had never showed without an apology. I had called back twice for an estimation on how late they would be; completely understanding its a busy holiday, and the dispatch could not tell me why we hadnt been picked up and guaranteed a rush to pick us up. My girlfriend is now one half hour late to work, and could lose her job because we relied on Yellow Cab to get her there; as promised on time. DO NOT use this taxi during holiday hours if you have any reason to be on time or anything of importance.

I called this place for a taxi to go into work, First, there are no live people to talk to, its automated and they cant find your address or cant put in a name then they transfer you to a human. I waited over 5 minutes 3 times in a row to talk to someone and NO ONE answered. I work in a hotel and send these people business ALL the time. This stops today. I will not recommend this to ANYONE and will tell them about my experience. At one point I heard a human as the call was transferred but they quickly put me on hold. Horrible answering service.

HORRIBLE SERVICE!!! My father in law is in stage 4 liver cancer and we keep making appointments for this service to pick him up to take him to his Dr appointments since he is also paralyzed from the waste down. The vehicles we have cannot accommodate his needs and we are waiting to be approved for meals on wheels service. He has a appointment today with his chemo at 10am and we scheduled the pickup for 9am they have yet to pick him up!!! We had to end up cancelling his Dr appointments from August 5th due to this company. I dont even think your company deserves a star but google makes me in order to post my review.

The cab we rode in reeked and was in horrible condition. The seat belt was broken. The car shook all over when the driver got on the freeway. Not road worthy. The driver was nice.

The driver cancelled my trip and didnt tell me. He called me and asked me where i was going, i told him the galleria, and he said he would be there to pick me up in a few minutes. 30 minutes i waited for this guy! Her never showed up or called or anything! I finally called yellow can and asked them where he was, they told me he cancelled the trip. They were going to rebook me but i told them not to bother and hung up! I got an uber instead!

Liar and deceived to rip off from customer.... Initially driver told estimate 60$ for my destination but on arrival bill was 103$ then he added 20$ without any reason and then was asking me for parking fee of 20$ and then again for tip..... Liar Drivers and poor service....... My colleague travelled on another taxi service and paid only 60 $....Yellow Cab Houston charged more than double..... Totally Not Recommended

Uh, having seen all the horrible reviews, I was very hesitant to call these guys. However, I have to put a good word in for them. While visiting the Houston Medical Center recently my wife and I needed a cab for two different rides. Both rides showed up in within 10 minutes, the drivers were pleasant and courteous, and they drove safely and got us to our destination in a timely manner. Id give them 5 stars, but one of the cabs had a strong tobacco odor, so its 4 stars. Seriously, give them a try.

Worst service in the world . Called 5 hours ahead to schedule a pick at 2 am to the airport. After call 7 time every 10 mins as they requested it . A cab never show up . The customer service representatives are robot , all of them Nasser the same question. Asked for a supervisor and I got a nice answer machine . Not even 1 star

I used the service twice and the hold time before getting a dispatcher was very little. The first time I called I didnt even have the full address but told the dispatcher the street name and store I was near and she found it. I waited less than 10 minutes for a taxi which was great. The 2nd time, I also only had to wait about 10 minutes before the cab arrived. The price was reasonable compared to a different companys taxi that I had used and I didnt have any issues.

She waited anxiously for her scheduled trip it had been a couple of weeks since her last outing. It wasnt every day that she could go to the store but she had planned to go to Sams Club and do some Birthday shopping for her upcoming party. At nine she would be ready for her yellow cab pickup that was scheduled for ten. Take me outside so we can see it coming she asked. My stepdad happily obliged for he loved it when she was in this kind of mood excited as if nothing could stop her. Up at five in the morning so he could get dressed before aiding the nurse and provider in getting her showered and ready to go. Two outfits and one anxiety attack later and she was good to go. As she was waiting my sister got a call at work. What you mean your cancelling. Your fare is too little and a waste of my time I got a better offer thats gonna make me more money the cab driver says. Why did you commit to picking her up, please just do it this time my mom is waiting. So you want me to work for minium wage he stated. My sister confused what are you talking about you said you could pick her up. Several minutes of back and forth a hang up from the cab driver ,She called yellow cab to order another handicap cab hopefully someone could take her. At 11:30 She vented to me with such anger that the same man who had cancelled her pickup was picking up her other fares and saying no one was answering so they kept on closing out my moms pickup. To which my sister tried to get thru yellow cab to tell them what was going on to no avail. It is now 2:08 and my mom didnt not get to go on her outing. Instead she is sitting in her wheelchair wallowing in self pity wishing she did not have to rely on any one to take her places. We tell her sorry wish there was another way and she smiled and said its okay maybe another time.My momma suffers from ALS she has lost 90 percent of her motor functions she is on a ventilator and suffers from extreme anxiety. When she has a good day we try and make it her best day. When things like what happened today with Yellow Cab make her feel worthless it breaks my heart. Shame on you Taxi driver and shame on you Yellow Cab it makes me sick to think that my MOM is not a person but a fare that wasnt good enough. #alssucks #yellowcabsucks

Rating should be less than 1 star. I was assured of an on time pick up in a wheel chair accessible van ordered a day in advance. What they won’t tell you until they start going down their list of excuses is that they only put in the order 30 minutes ahead of the pickup time. If A van is not available at the time too bad. No pickup. No call to let you know. Nothing. Just a bunch of lame excuses. Obviously we won’t be doing business with yellow cab again and will be filing a complaint under the ADA.

I live 15 minutes from the airport, and 40 minutes after calling them because they had no arrived, I called again. They refused to give me an ETA, but said they would try their best. I called a different company and a taxi arrived 5 minutes later. Yellow Cab called me over an hour and a half after I first called to say they had arrived, sorry but you dont deserve my business.

They deserve a 0. We missed our flight because they did not pick us up after we reserved a pick up time the day before. We even called to confirm a half an hour before they were to pick us up. It cost us $150 to rebook our flight. If u need to catch a flight, take a shuttle.

Arranged to be taken to the airport. Explained that I had to be there by a certain time. 10 minutes after pick up time I called only to find out driver was still 20 minutes away. Had to drive myself and missed my flight. Thanks Yellow Cab. Its Uber from now on!

Made a reservation with Yellow Cab, but I think they contracted my ride out to someone else. Cab was not Yellow, but a Town Car Service. The driver called me ahead of time to let me know he was on his way and when he arrived was courteous and knew how to get through morning rush hour traffic. Kept cost down and got me where I needed to go quickly.

Dispatcher said cab would be right there (major downtown hotel). 20 minutes later, no cab, so yeah, I walked away. They obviously flagged my number because when I called for a cab that night the dispatchers played childish games on the phone (pretending they cannot hear me, etc.).Find ANY other way to get around Houston. These people are not in the service industry.

This is the experience ever, the driver called asked about distination and we gave it to him. Once after the driver #1683 pick us about 10 minutes he wanted fare up front with meter running. The driver refuse to drive any further without payment but he has the meter running. Then wanted to drop us off in the rain because we told him we will pay whatever the meter says. Then he called his dispatch and lied and called the police and lied. But what he failed to realize his company and the police was already called. So he could had kept his lies. This driver is so rude and disrespectful. RIP off trying to over charge.

Unreliable is too good a word to describe this can service company. Booked a Reservation for a cab to only to be disappointed when nobody called or showed up. When I called customer service, I was told that my reservation could not be found and then I was hung up on. Never again will I use this can service.

I have had pretty good luck over the years with yellow cab. Uber and Lyft are also good alternatives but yellow cab has been the most consistent. I just wished the kept their Taxis cleaner. I will continue to use them in the future

I am giving one star just because I need to give a rating else 0 stars would be my rating. It was not once but thrice I had this experience from yellow cabs. I generally call the yellow cabs either a day before or at least 12 hours in advance to reserve a cab. When I reserve the cab, everything goes well but when the time comes, no one turns up. When I call the yellow cab service, the response I get is that no driver in my area accepted the reservation. I was stunned with the response. Luckily in all these 3 scenarios, my friends came to my rescue. Since then I decided Yellow cabs contact would be deleted from my phone and would never call then again. I have seen some really good drivers in Yellow cab but as an taxi agency its not reliable. I would not recommend this to someone who gives value to their time.

One of the taxi drivers crashed into my sister & the receptionist was very rude just stalling not wanting to help. My sisters insurance kept calling them and calling them and my sister tried contacting them more than 1 month . This company keeps stalling and stalling. The lady in the front is so unprofessional and rude . Her baggy eyes tells me she is not having a good life but that doesn’t mean she has to take it out on people. THE WORST TAXI COMPANY EVER. I Hate to even give them one star. I called at 4:20 child was sick and needed to get there. I called yellow cab and the automated system said 20 minutes okay so I wait 20 minutes no one shows up I give it another 15 minutes before calling back, automated system picks up again tells me my driver will be there in 17 minutes, Wow okay so I wait another 20 minutes no cab call back and get connected to the cab driver he tells me hes on his way hes about 15 minutes away hes coming from the airport wait 15 minutes no cab driver call the automated system back its still telling me 17 minutes so I can connect it back to the driver he has attitude tells me not to call Yellow Cab anymore just called him directly he is on his way hes coming from the airport like he said before finally he calls me back 20 minutes later and tells me hes 5 minutes away he had to stop and get gas but he is on his way and hes sorry for the wait. Wait another 20 minutes,call and get: Im on my way Im on my way I will be there I got caught up doing runs from the airport I told you Ill be on my way I basically in tears at this point because now its basically two hours later and I cant get to my child so when he finally does show I told him were going to the hospital and everything is there he tells me he cannot give me a ride because I do not have cash on me or my credit card I tell him I have an app that I can pay with he tells me I cant use the app I dont want to see the app get out my cab worst experience of my life I hate Yellow Cab I will never call them I will never give them any business I will for now on use Uber and make sure I have an account with them

I dealt with yellow cab 4 times and decided to finally do a review. The first two times I personally needed a ride somewhere they took the longest way to get to my destination. The last 2 recent times were for members I booked for, the members complained for having to wait so long to get picked up. I recommend to NOT use their service!

DO NOT use this company. EVER. I would have gotten to my destination faster had I walked. I just spent an hour walking in the cold trying to find my destination because I was dropped off at the wrong place by a driver who obviously knew nothing about the city. I missed the event I was trying to get to because I was too busy trying to find it. I will NEVER use Yellow Cab again.

DANGEROUS: Horrible service and the driver wanted to steal my iPhone and even tried to be shady by asking me to leave my service dog in his van while I had to do my stop. These people are immoral and don’t know ADA federal laws. I was discriminated and assaulted by the Cab Driver #600 Ahmed when his machine messed up taking only a portion of my due balance than he attacked my service dog and me. I escaped fortunately he drove off from witnesses who heard me screaming for help. DO NOT RIDE WITH YELLOW CAB!
