Adam was our driver. He was on time and extremely professional. He was very polite and a great driver! He drove us to dinner and promptly opened the door for us. He made sure to give us his contact information and let us know to text him before we were ready to leave as to be sure he would be right out front waiting on us and he was. He drove us around downtown and showed us the beauty of our city then to our second destination. I can not stress enough that when you book with them, ask for Adam!! We will always request him when we need limo service!

Royal Carriages took my husband and I to our hotel after our wedding and we could not recommend them more! From our venue to the hotel we stayed in was a 1.5 hour drive. My cousin and his now wife used this company and the bride was furious with the service and lack of professionalism. The driver dropped the ball big time. Three trips were needed but did not make sure who was supposed to go when....after bride was delivered driver never went back for the rest of the wedding party one of which was the grooms sister. And basically rode the clock til end of booked time. The groom was transported via a grooms men to venue from hotel in a personal vehicle minutes before the bride left. HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE service all around.

Me and my associates went on a charter bus to North Carolina for an International Training event. (An 18 Hour Trip) (Anyone interested in learning about different ways of making extra money please contact me.) Our bus driver was named Emanuel and he was a sweet hardworking guy. We put all our bags in the storage area and got on the bus. Very comfortable and they had outlets to charge electronics and wifi. (The wifi was pretty basic and as many people were using it is was not effective for watching videos but you could open websites and do non intensive activities with the wifi.) There was a restroom on the back of the bus but only for relieving fluids. We stopped periodically to eat and clean ourselves up and I was able to sleep comfortable not worrying about accidents or extreme driving. Overall it was a great experience and I would definitely recommend them to others.

After searching high and low for the perfect private transportation for my sons wedding, I decided on Royal Carriages. Unlike many others, this company was willing to work with my unique requests. Even when I would drop by their office to ask questions, Ester was always happy to see me and gave me tours of the vehicles I would be using each time. They handled the wedding party shuttle and wedding guests transportation needs flawlessly! The vehicles were spotless & in perfect mechanical condition, the drivers were uniformed, courteous & professional and the communication was outstanding! I received emails regarding my reservation as soon as I committed to them; I received reminder emails a few days prior to the events; I received texts the day of the event with the name & contact information of the drivers as well as a reminder of the schedule; and I received texts when the drivers departed their garage with an ETA and then texts upon their arrival. Honestly, transportation was my biggest worry of the entire wedding event and they pulled it off flawlessly! My newlywed son was so impressed, he requested that I book them for their transportation to/from their honeymoon airport departure. Thanks so much to the entire staff for a GREAT experience!

Worst experience ever. A half hour late picking us up. Therefore making us late for our next event. Dirty Limo. Driver Jennifer J. Unprofessional. When management contacted they make excuses and blamed others for their ineptness. Imagine renting a limo from them for your wedding and them being late. Edited 01/25/20 after owner comment. That’s not what your manager said when we contacted him about our experience. He went so far at to suggest I submit a fraudulent claim against another company because of your employees ineptness.

I put down a deposit of $2600 for a large group of 200 people for a sailing out of Galveston on June 14, 2020. Due to COVID 19, the cruise line cancelled the sailing. Hotel refunded my money, cruise line refunded my money. Cant get Royal Carriage to respond to emails and phone calls to get the deposit back on my group. PLEASE do the right thing and refund my $2600 deposit

We used Royal Carriages for our Limo services for New Years eve. The rates were extremely reasonable (no price gouging given the night), and the driver was courteous. Sam (manager/owner?) was great to work with. This will be my go to service provider while in Houston here on out.

I wish I had read these reviews BEFORE booking with Royal Carriage.I have had two experiences with this company. One was fine. The transportation services were provided adequately.Unfortunately, that experience was far outweighed by the second one. Trouble began when we had a weather-related delay. Although we called hours in advance to notify the company of the delay, they send a driver at the previously scheduled time anyhow. Despite this being the companys error, they gave us a choice of sending him home, paying a cancellation fee, and receiving no transportation OR paying a wait fee. Worse yet, even after being notified that there would now be a wait, the driver simply left without calling both numbers we had provided, leaving us stranded. The kicker is that they then made an unauthorized credit card charge for the wait time and the cancellation fee, even though the waiting was caused by their failed internal communications and service was never cancelled.These folks are very nice on the phone, but after several calls it is apparent that they are disorganized and do not communicate well internally. If there are no changes, disruptions, or problems, they are competent to provide you a ride. I will avoid this company at all costs. When there is a problem they nicely tell you they will look into it and return your call... and then they do neither.

We rented 5 buses from royal carriages limousine and charter for our company event during super bowel weekend! I really enjoyed the service and the buses, the chauffeur were knowledgeable about the city. They were also very friendly and professional. I would recommend anyone that has an event in Houston to use them for any transportation needs.

Our Corporate office at Texas Oil Inc, got us a Sprinter and stretch limo to go to the Super Bowl show at Minute Maid downtown, it was very hectic but the drivers pulled it like magic out of a hat, great service Clean vehicles, what was great is the timing our drivers were ready when we are and they did know the city. more than the average joe.had a great time thanks.

Used Royal Carriages from the George Bush Airport to the Galveston port. The ride from the airport was great, van was really nice, driver fantastic and polite. The return ride from the port to the Airport was a disaster. When making our arrangements for the trip we made sure dispatch knew we needed to be picked up promptly at 9:45 AM to make our flight. The return driver was late, lied to dispatch and said he was in the port, when we told him he was 30 min late he said he had no commitment on a pick-up time and started arguing with us about if he was even going to take us to the airport. I could not believe this guy. Once we were finally on the road the drive took several detours that added an additional 10 minutes to the typical hour and a half trip to the airport. The only reason we made the flight is because we were lucky enough to have TSA pre check and we ran to the E terminal. There are too many great charter groups out there... dont use these guys. Keep looking.

Very disappointed experience. The picture of the car they text us was nothing like the car that showed up. The driver didnt make it any better. This was supposed to be the grand exit for my daughters wedding the ride was from the venue to the hotel one straight shot about a seven minute ride. The driver went the wrong way, I should of order Uber Lux cars. I was embarrassed for my daughter. If only they would had use the car in the picture. The car didnt even look detailed, you know that shiny fresh look, none of that. Completely false advertised .

Bad experience! Had a bachelorette party. Hummer limo picked us up and the AC in the Hummer limo was not working!! It is the middle of August and 15 ladies sweating in the back of the limo....it was not good. The driver took us to our restaurant and dropped us off TWO blocks from the restaurant downtown! I felt like they were not prepared for us at all!! This limo was booked a month and a half prior. The limo drove us from Kingwood to downtown and then back to Kingwood. When I spoke to a manager about our bad experience she told me the best she could do was to take $150 off....Really??!!! Ridiculous! Use another Limousine service...not worth it!

ATROCIOUS!!! If I could give this company 0 stars, I would! Where do I even begin?!We used this company for shuttle buses to bring our wedding guests to and from the venue and hotels. We got word from our guests of the awful service this company provided.. (ie. door of the bus was flapping open and close on the freeway, bus driver used profanity and offensive language while responding to a family member who was asking where they were, my husbands grandmother fell getting off the bus due to the bus driver not getting the step out to help her down, the list goes on and on). BUT, the story really gets bad when I chose to call the company and speak to the manager about the service. After a handful of times trying to get a hold of the manager, he (who told me his name was Tony by the way) finally called me back and we spoke about how I was a disappointed customer and this company prides themself on excellent service. After having to basically convince him (which I was shocked that he didnt do what he could to make a customer happy who would then refer more business to him), he verbally agreed to reimburse us for a portion of the amount we spent (we paid almost $1500). Days went by, and we didnt hear back after he told me hed call me back 2 hours later and email me the paper work to do the reimbursement. My husband and I both called multiple times and when Tony was never available, we decided to speak with another man who was available. He told us his name was Carlos and that he was a bus driver and couldnt really help us with the current situation. We reminded him of the situation and how unhappy we were. Well, he proceeded to put us on hold and then put us through to another representative who Id already spoken with. BUT, heres where the story gets unbelievable. Come to find out, through the representative who wasnt the sharpest or the best at keep up with her bosss lying schemes, the man we spoke with WAS TONY and not only that, HE WAS THE OWNER OF THE COMPANY, and his real name is HUSSEIN!!! So, recap: The OWNER of the company has lied multiple times, pretended he was 2 other people while never claiming responsibility for who he was and the mistakes his own company had made, and repeatedly still did not honor his original promise of the reimbursement.My husband and I were livid! Who runs a company and is so much of a coward that he can not even be honest about who he is?! It wasnt until we told them at the end of the convo that we knew exactly who that was that we were talking to and we were going to get our attorney involved, that they finally sent us a release form that next Monday in order to reimburse us. Here we are 3 weeks later from the time we signed and submitted the reimbursement form (4 weeks from the original conversation with Tony) and we still have not been given our money!To be totally honest, I am not one to put down anothers business when a right is wronged, because I know everyone makes mistakes from time to time. However, after being played for a month now and being completely appalled that a business would be run this way, I want EVERYONE to know who they are dealing with! There are plenty of other limo companies that are great to use in Houston, so whatever you do, DO NOT USE ROYAL CARRIAGE LIMOUSINE!!!!

I was supposed to be charged 990 with the tip, but 3 days after the party they have charged me 1515.

On the weeding day they send me an old limo with the a/c not working in August it took them 90 min to replace with an older limo not worth what i paid for they charged the groomsman extra$240 for the party bus for being late for two hours because there mess-up with the limos they give you the run around most important day of my life they stewed it up bad and still got charged for it
