Shout out to property manager Elisa and assistant Blair!! I have lived here for 7+ years with little issue at all. Recently I had a very concerning issue and Elisa went above and beyond. I cant believe she oversees 3 complexes abd was still able to make me feel so important. She handle my issue promptly and offered me 3 different solutions, apologizing the whole way.I know people in the surrounding area who absolutely hate their apartments. I always brag about mine b/c it truly is the best in the area.The two maintenance men that work here everyday are amazing as well! All repairs are handled within 24hrs. Fantastic place to live. I will live here until I can afford a house. Love you guys!

I have lived here for 8 years. I moved here after college and absolutely love it. The staff is friendly and attentive, the maintenance men are warm and inviting, and the service is always 5 stars. This place is the best kept secret in Horsham

Best management, very efficient and friendly stuffs. I had a horrible experience with one of the neighbor, who has throw tons of cigarette butts inside my Air conditioning vent. But I know this review is not about the neighbor, it is about the apartment and management, so I give it 5 stars. It would be better if theres smoke free policy.

My fiancée and I have been living at Fair Oaks for almost 6 months. Everything from comfort level to maintenance has been fantastic.Yesterday, my fiancée and I noticed several minor imperfections (cracked blinds in 2 rooms, crack in ceiling behind washer/dryer, bathroom water not running freely and not heating, A/C issues, malfunctioning shower head). These were all brought to the attention of the rental office yesterday afternoon. Maintenance arrived early this morning and resolved each issue quickly and thoroughly. We were also advised that we would only be charged for the replacement blinds ($ 10.00 each). This would be added to our rent for the month.We were encouraged by my family to move to Fair Oaks because of the many amenities, excellent location, and reasonable monthly rent. I am thankful that we took my family’s advice.
