Absolutely beautiful place to live & the staff is amazing! Cute little dog park, gym, and nice quiet community. I love living here

From our move in to our current stay at 555 Flats all has gone extremely well and we feel as though we could not have made a better choice for our new apartment living. All of he staff at 555 Flats does an outstanding job addressing all of the needs of its residents. We love it here!

I really appreciate how proactive the staff has been in dealing with request and or any other concerns. Stefanie has been extremely helpful with answering any questions and ensuring that we are completely satisfied. Of course there are some flaws, however, the staff are quick to remedy the situation. I definitely appreciate Stefanie for being so wonderful in assisting and Casey for helping us find the perfect unit and moving in!

I just paid security deposit with this beautiful property and I have some issues with the leasing associate today. What I wanted to ask is that I am moving in here on july and tried to ask whether I could move my belongings early before july and I understand that I confused the lady because she understood as I am changing the actual move-in date. That is my mistake. After I was informed that I cannot move my belongings before july, It was totally understandable for me because I am not in the lease yet. But, I am just asking the questions as a future resident here which I dont think I am not allowed to ask even a question. I dont think I deserve to receive an attitude from her. To be honest, I also did an apartment tour in promenade which is owned by the same company as 555 flats but at least, the leasing associate knew where all the amenities are located at and never hesitated to answer the questions or felt any discomfort. But here, I am asking questions about where the trash rooms, elevators are located and where the specific rooms are located. I dont get the definite answers right away. I really love this property and excited to live here but I do not wish to ruin my day because of the leasing office.Feedback: I spoke with the leasing manager and I was grateful to speak with her and resolved what was misunderstanding. I was happy for the responsiveness from here.
