Nancy is amazing! She did my nails in hnder and hour and I had severe damage. They were constantly cleaning the store. I will be a loyal customer.

Have only been once but it was very clean, and the best dip manicure Ive ever gotten! My friend set up a surprise appointment for me and I was definitely catered to wonderfully.

Went to get my nails done, and specifically told the nail tech that I one of my nails is breaking off. Didn’t seem to care and as he vigorously removed the polish from my nail he ripped half of my nail clean off. Very painful. Also he used dirty, used tools. Not a fresh pack for me.Super unprofessional as well. FaceTimed with someone as he was working with me and ordered pizza. The whole staff was sweeping around me and shutting the store down before 7, which didn’t make for an enjoyable environment. My tech even left before I was done checking out.I get my nails done frequently, and this place is in a convenient location for me, but I’ll never return.

My happy place! I only do the dip manicures now having switched from acrylics to dip based on the recommendation of the manicurist and I have to say my nails typically last 3 weeks with the French. I don’t spend that kind of money on anything but it’s well worth it. The salon has a good vibe; very zen -like and no nasty fumes. Only downside is there is never any parking and they can never take walk ins. Also I wish they would consider taking tips on cards.

Wendy, Mike and Christine are the best. They are friendly, caring and professional. I have been a client for the past 10 years. On occasion I have tried new salons (location convenience). But I always come back. They are more then technicians, theyre friends. Thank you for so many years of fabulous service. SK

Mike, Christine and Wendy are wonderful people. They all do such a fantastic job. They treat everyone like family. Then salon is very peaceful and clean. I always leave feeling refreshed.

Stay away from this place. PRICEY and the nail technician never stopped looking at her phone and not my pedicure lasted only for a week.Horrible horrible.I didnt get my manicure done just because of her attitude.If you want to look at your phone please do so after the client leaves.No Air conditioning in such hot weather.Never ever going back and I will not recommend this place to anyone.

One of the worst manicures I’ve gotten. My nail shape and length are all inconsistent. In addition, my cuticles were bleeding. The only good thing was the color application. Would not recommend

Had a gel manicure and pedicure here. Came on a freezing day and walked out feeling great. The salon is beautiful and modern. Didn’t feel like I was in a meat market. Will be returning!

I have been going to Christine for years and was thrilled when she joined Zen. Mike and her are always very professional.

They are amazing , it only took about 20 minutes-1 hour to get my acrylics on and they are so nice and clean and it was a fast pain free appoitment defintly recoomned

Terrible experience. It seemed like I was an inconvenience the entire time that I was there. I didnt want my nails cut super short, and they are very short and way too square. Wont be going back.

I booked my appointment easily and was seated in a timely manner. My pedicure was lovely on a prep front and the polish was nicely applied. My manicure was badly rushed. No work was done on my cuticles and several nails were shaped cookedly. I selected an ombre color scheme and she ignored my request to use a sheer base and insisted upon a full coverage color. The manicurist seemed frustrated when I requested that she correct for the shaping issues. The next day my cuticles hurt from having layers of product applied over them, and I asked the owner to please find time to have someone correct for the problems. When I returned, he gave a second chance to the original manicurist...that was a terrible idea. She was rushed again, she did cuticle work and then was shocked that I wanted the nail color to cover the huge amount of exposed nail. She poorly applied a layer of color which has since lifted and caused weird broken areas all along the edges. Two days later, I noted that the edges of my toe nails were ragged & upon inspection, were totally unfiled. In short, the unnamed manicurist needs a lot of training and the owners need to take her out of service until she gets it.
