They do wonderful work there. Linda does my nails beautifully I recommend this place 110%!

Highly disappointed with the services and the money that I wasted at this Spa. Firstly, I was there with an appointment but they made us wait for 25mins before having us sit for pedicure. The pedicure personnel was good though and did her work gently/carefully, but the dip powder manicure personnel was, may be in some kind of hurry, she finished my Dip in about 20mins!! SERIOUSLY! She did not even put the nails (towards the end) in the ultralight machine. The faster that she applied the DIP, the faster the nails came out. It was hardly a week, that my right hand index finger dip just chipped off! later all fingers one by one started getting the DIP looser and started chipping off. by 2 weeks, 4 fingers dip are gone! Historically, the DIP that I did at other places stayed atleast for 4 weeks, with all the house work I do. I AM NEVER VISITING THIS PLACE AGAIN and wasting my hard-earned money. Not recommended at all.

I went there and short notice I called and they said they close at 7:30 they took me at 645 they (the young man) did such a great job on my pedicure and I went back a second time and it did an equally great job will definitely be going back and they give you a $2 discount if you use cash!

I am very unhappy with what Mai did to.my nails. I like liquid gel and the normal.polish. she gave a real.hard.time insisting I had acrylic and need acrylic to fill. Then she did the gel and its been 2 days and my nails are snapping off down to the nubs. I will never go back. Shame.on you Mai.

Excellent service 👏 07/20/20. Got a mani/pedi today and the women who did my pedicure was off the charts amazing and did exactly what I wanted. Do to reopening after the pandemic, they properly executed social distancing and other protocols. Very satisfied with the service I received. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

I really enjoy Ideal Nails, I go here regularly only visiting other salons when traveling for work. They listen to how I prefer my nails filed and take care to make sure they are evenly balanced on both hands and check during the process that I like their work. I take my nail care seriously preferring to have clean nails so I can continue active lifestyle and professional work. I have been going here since they opened 😊.

I was able to get right in, no waiting! Though my appointment took a little longer than at other salons, my nails were done with great care. One of the best manicures Ive received. Im certain it will last a long time. Ill definitely return.

Best manicure/pedicure ever and reasonably priced! They take their time so its not super quick but so worth it! They last forever and look SO good! I will never go anywhere else

Ive been to a million different nail salon. This is my go-to nail spot for the past 3 years. Very nice staff as well as clean surroundings. Also... they have color changing gel polish! The only downside (not that Ideal Nails can do anything about it) is that the parking lot is small as it is shared with a bank and Starbucks, and at a busy time you might not find parking.

So thorough with my pedicure! She fixed what another woman at a different salon had messed up on my toe and I am so impressed at the time and effort put into my nails and toenails for a reasonable place.

Best Nail Salon in Hopkinton and there are many! They take their with you, your not in and out like some places. Ive never had a bad Mani or Pedi...!

I asked for a simple manicure. Somehow I ended up doing damage control after her inability to use a cuticle cutter. Basic Nail Tech 101 stuff.By the end of that experience, I felt sick to my stomach having to pay for such an inadequate service. They should have paid me instead
