We had a pipe burst in our basement and a few inches of water flooded in. We were away and our neighbor found the leak. We called ServPro to clean up the basement and restore it. ServPro immediately responded and got the work done while we were away. Their quality of work and their service was phenomenal. I would definitely recommend them

I cannot say enough wonderful things about our experience with the ServPro team. Our water damage took place around 5pm on a weekday and I spoke to Brian within 60 minutes of the initial incident. After I described the situation, Brian agreed that it was OK to wait until morning to assess/address the damage (which turned out to be 100% the right call, and ultimately saved us the extra charge of an emergency visit -- which I very much appreciated!).Carlos and his team arrived first thing the next morning and were incredibly kind, professional and competent. They erred on the side of caution while also making me feel like I was in the loop on the whole process. They took a situation that was otherwise very stressful (as water damage always is) and provided a swift, thorough, and ultimately effective solution.Carlos team was also very thoughtful about social distancing and wearing masks the whole time they were inside our house, which we greatly appreciated.While I would never wish water damage on anyone, they will be my first call should I ever need their services again. I highly recommend Servpro of Newton/Wellesley. We had a flood in a downstairs bathroom and needed help with mold remediation. We were really nervous about the whole process and what would be found. I first had contact with Shawn, the service manager, and he is terrific, knowledgeable and patient. I had a million questions. He immediately put my mind at ease as he explained the entire process. Omar and Ricardo came to do the work and they too, explained what they were going to do. They left the equipment to dry out the two rooms. They were incredibly careful and wanted to make sure we wouldnt have any issues with a power surge or breaker issue and after they plugged everything in they waited and then came back after 15 minutes to ensure it was working properly. Walter came back on Friday, said everything was dry after he checked the moisture readings with me and the project was finished that day, 3 days after they started. I had a few questions while the rooms were drying and Shawn was available during that time too. They made a very worrisome situation much better for us. Shawn and his team did a terrific job from beginning to end. We couldnt be happier or more relieved. I would not hesitate in calling Servpro of Newton/Wellesley if we needed this kind of service in the future.

After being away for the summer on vacation, I returned to my house to find a few inches of water covering my basement floor. Our home (west of Boston) flooded in Nov 2019 with 6000 gallons of hot water from a bathtub hose, flooding from the second floor to the first floor to the basement. We were out of town at a wedding when we got an email alerting us to the situation. Our HVAC person came to the house and called ServPro who came right out and started the water remediation process. Ben was our project manager with Ryan as the day to day cleanup crew manager. ServPro treated our home as if it were there own home. The crew is made up of a very hard working group of individuals who are neat, efficient, professional and resourceful. The cleanup process lasted over three weeks, and we were fortunate to find such a great group of workers during an unfortunate situation. We highly recommend them to anyone needing assistance. Thank you again for all of your time and hard work in helping us with our water flood in our home.

A pipe burst caused my 98-year-old mom’s 2-unit home in Belmont to rain water from the top floor kitchen through her 1st floor ceiling and wall all the way to the basement. I live in California and had to manage this initially from a distance and then by coming out to live with my mother - from start to finish!The insurance adjuster referred us to Dave Kurzontkowski owner of SERVPRO of Framingham/Newton/Wellesley to mitigate the water damage. Turns out we had to clean up the mess, dry and properly treat the walls and then rebuild. Well it happens that Dave’s company can do the construction – anything you need in a home. Once I met him, I didn’t need to meet anyone else. When he asked if I wanted to use our plumber or his, my response was: I only want to talk with you and I want the insurance to cover the cost.Dave fully understood our unique situation. With an elderly lady and her one daughter coming to stay until done – we had a 7-week time limit once the cabinets arrived. On 4/1 they started demolishing my mom’s kitchen and on 5/11, I’m sitting in a beautiful kitchen, which is fully put together. All the work is done!Dave was amazing at communication. I felt like I was his only client and was shocked to hear his company was managing about 30 projects. He responded to every call, text, and email. We sent pictures and questions back and forth. He showed up regularly and was fully present. Every sub-contractor that worked on our project was expert at their part: demolition, drywall & plaster, cabinet installation, tiles, plumbing, electrical, painting, post construction clean up, and the final details… yes, my door pulls are all level. I honestly had a project partner throughout. There were no wasted days – it all went smoothly.I couldn’t have done this without Dave going above and beyond since February when we met. I give Dave my highest referral and I feel you would be fortunate to have SERVPRO of Framingham/Newton/Wellesley manage your chaos and beautiful remodel.
