For my 30th birthday i went here to get a Brazilian wax. I ended up getting a henna tattoo and my eyebrows threaded also. Sarah was fast and very polite. I will definitely be returning this is my new favorite spot for pretty much all of my beauty needs now.

The brow threading are good but I went this time to get a henna tattoo and I wasn’t what I expected. The flower design was not so great and my last henna that I got from the fair lasted 2.5 weeks. This one lasted 4days. I won’t be back for a henna.

I received a Brazilian Wax. When I left I was sore and swollen. The next day I had bruises on my middle parts and hair was still left. Not satisfied and in a lot of pain . Customer service was great though

Ive been going here for years to get my eyebrows threaded. My brows always look great after getting them done. I recently started getting individual lashes and well. They look excellent as well. The employees are friendly. The prices are reasonable. The shop location is great from Downtown Bham. Id definitely recommend Arch 4 U.

I like this place..

They use to be very friendly when u come in there but lately they have been very rude. My daughter went today and cane back and told me the same thing. They were not friendly and didn’t even acknowledge her. One of their employees does not know the craft very well because she thins your eyebrows out and every time she does my lashes they come off he next day. The other staff members seem rude after they were aware of this incident. People are paying them, they should be more friendly and respectful. Just saying 🤷🏽‍♀️

Ive been going to this place for 2 years now to get my eye brows threaded. I used to get them waxed, but threading is the way to go. My eye brows look so much better after threading instead of waxing. This place always does a job.

Ashley and Sarah are my go to estheticians. They were a bit busy today around lunch time (which isnt my regular time) but I still went and only waited 20 min. There were 4 ppl ahead of me. Once, Ashley got to me, she thanked me for waiting and took her time to make sure my service was great.Will always come back.They do great work and are efficient.

I found out about Arch 4 U through Groupon. Everyone was friendly and I had no problem at all using my Groupon. I got my eyebrows threaded and they looked amazing! I also got a brazillian wax. Pooja did an amazing job! My only issue is that there isnt a whole lot of privacy in the area where they do the waxing- so if they figure that out; then its 5 stars all the way!

I’ve had my eyebrows threaded here about 5 times now (by 2 different women) and I’ve had consistently good service. I used to go to Jasmine Arch but their would be long waits and I wouldn’t always get good results (i.e. uneven/not shaped well). Only complaint is that the price ($10) is a bit higher relative to some other places I’ve been.

I’m sorry, but the girl who did my eyebrows clearly doesn’t have experience— in customer service nor threading. Not only was she very disrespectful and treated me like an inconvenience, but she went very slow (which is very painful) and shaped them very unevenly. I don’t know her name, and hopefully the THREE times I have given her a chance were just off days but I unfortunately won’t be recommending this place to any of my friends.

The staff work in a quick and efficient manner. Even if there are several people waiting, it doesnt take long to get waited on.
