What is it with the dollar tree stores in homestead and miami. Dont they pay their electric bills. All the stores are always super hot. How would that be applying to customers. I mean the place is always pack.

I was shocked when I had to walk in with my child into this bathroom. No toilet paper to use and smelled horrible has not been cleaned in a long time.

The store was hot, a/c wasnt working.The shopping carts are not working properly,Staff very friendly, store very clean, and well stocked.Would love to see fish sandwich in the fridge...

This particular Dollar Tree is pretty empty. The shelves are same for the past two months. Like what’s up with that. And they had the employees working about three weeks ago with no air conditioner. That could be a serious issue if someone has a compromised health problem. 🤷🏽‍♀️

We visit this place almost every day, excellent ubication, nice attention, its a very clean place.

Hot inside...but has the Right prices. Excellent staff. I had fun shopping.

They have everything here and employees are excellent and pleasant. Their boss should chill out a bit with the screaming. How is anyone going to perform to their best potential when their boss is screaming at them in front of customer, Seriously.

Isnt big but have a lots of thingsAlways you can expect some new for less than others places.If you see things that you like buy now because you cant get a next time .

The store and its employees are nice but the Manager Gus lacks Customer Service Skills he is always yelling at his employees in front of their Co-workers and Custumers. I witnessed this again this morning when I went to pick up some things, I didnt even get to finish my shopping bcz it was so disturbing people were looking at him like he was crazy. I had to leave, I wanted to tell him how unprofessional he was but decided to leave instead.

The store was very clean. They had employees on the isle to assist the customers. Employees were very respectful very concerned with customer needs. There was wide variety of merchandise for consumers to choose from. Cashiers were working efficiently with short staff as usual. Enjoyed shopping experience at Dollar Tree.

BEWARE! When I paying the cashier said $9.56 when I was about to accept the amount he told me the computer said to OK $30.56. I told him the amount was wrong and he said I picked cash back. I told him no I did not and he was very nervous he got caught trying to scamMe. Make sure you SEE and VERIFY the amount on the screen before you pay. Sadly, I am sure this happens on a daily in this place . Be on the look out for a cashier male names Alexis.

Every time I go in this store to spend 20 dollars I always spend 100 dollars every thing is a 1 dollar and I pick up everything I can think of and get to the register and be looking like🙄 I done over spent again what can I say I love the dollar store they have every thing Im looking for at cheap prices and the store always clean and the staff friendly no matter which 1 I go to 😁

No one nknows where things are and the lines are always long. Usually only have 1 register open. Need more people working.

Found what I needed, but systems were acting up so a 5 minute visit turned to 40.

This store has frozen food. Not all have. I found frozen mix vegetables, icecream cones, eggs, cold cuts and many different things. The shells were packed of products. Very neat.

Please beware they accept no returns or future store credit you have to exchange what your returning and pick what you want right there at that moment. Its a little chaotic but everything is still a 1.00 It does get lots of seasonal things that are worth buying. They carry some Disney toys and its great for crafts supplies. Also a lot of variety for kids party gift bags. A lot to offer for a dollar but be sure you want what your buying because of the return policy.

Very busy store with lots of Christmas crafts, decorations , boxes and paper.

A standard busy Dollar Tree store with a freezer section. Friendly service. Often gets very busy, especially at noon and on weekends. Unfortunately they never have enough registers open to handle the long lines.

Love the 18 pack medium eggs for $1. Sure beats supermarket prices. Bread brands are hit or miss but still a great deal.UPDATE: now its a 6 pack of eggs for $1.

This dollar tree located at 2552 NE 10th Ct in Homestead, FL it is not in my neighborhood how ever I would visit it because of the variety of stuff to choose from. Specially the birthday gift bags and all of the occasions balloons. Today, out of many other times that I have come to buy birthday goodies and specially on a Saturday, I find my self very disappointing to leave empty handed because nothing that I wanted to buy I found available. I approached the manager of the store, Gustavo and told him how I felt and asked him what was happening that the store has graded down so much comparing it to many months before. They had almost no selections on almost anything. He was filling the shelves with merchandise while I was talking to him but didnt pay too much attention to my concern and responded that they are changing vendors and that itll take about 3 months before they get back to the store the variaty of birthday items. No interest in finding out what was I looking for specifically. Not one smile in his face nor a gesture of apology. No customer service manners whatsoever.

Always have what I need. They also sell the pack of 18 eggs for $1. The staff is great but the lines are long.

Its your standard fair dollar store. Sometimes it looks great. Most of the time it does not. Everything is a buck dont expect the Ritz.

Always a wonderful experience at this store I love it even more when they had Tony as the manager of the store everything was so much nicer and the clerk seems so much more nice than the ones before .

Terrible customer service!!! the manager is some non English speaking rude sob who thinks too highly of himself!!! Dont go to this Dollar Tree because youll be in there forever since they have only one cashier available all day and like 10 unattended cash registers!!! The manager is doing a terrible job of running this place!!! Stop being cheap hire more employees!!!

I went for some balloons but they didnt have I dont know why they dont have merchandise lately I always liked to go because I found a variety of merchandise for birthday parties but they didnt have anything the shelves were completely empty and not even birthday balloons had I left disappointed 😞
