So while our trip was sadly cancelled due to weather conditions, emerald air folks were super friendly and professional. I did a lot of research before choosing these folks as I wanted a float plane experience and I appreciated their safety first attitude with the pilot explaining why they couldnt make the trip. They helped us find an alternate provider who could land on wheels on the beach (cool, but not as cool as float plane).They credited back my fees without a hitch. So I cant speak for the tour experience, but wanted to speak up about their professionalism. I hope to get back up there for this trip.Note the office is now at 1344 Lakeshore drive.

What a great experience! First, safety! I’m not the calmest flyer even on big planes, but with my daughter in tow we got on this float plane and felt safe with our pilot and this great Dehavillian Beaver. Our guide Lance was great with us and the bears. Never felt unsafe. It was a day to remember! Thanks Emerald Air!

We’ve had amazing experiences on the 3 bear viewing trips we’ve gone on with Emerald Air Services. Our pilots and guides have been fantastic - friendly and knowledgeable. The staff in the office was a pleasure to work with and made booking and trip prep really easy. Highly recommend!

Very friendly staff and unique little cabins with nice amenities. Convenient to downtown and the spit.
