Ive been coming to this office for years. I have another dental office 0.1 miles from my home and I still prefer to come here. I have been to many offices from Germany, the Netherlands, All other the Us, She is the best.I love that the Dr. Cleans your teeth herself.She is lovely, personable, and a knowledgeable Doctor. She always remembers you and your family members.I would highly recommend this office.

This place was amazing! The lady at the front desk, the assistant and the surgeon were so friendly and I had such a positive welcoming visit! It was my first time here and being to the dentist in a long time and i felt as though i was taken care of! Definitely recommended :)

Dr. Hoogar is absolutely incredible. She went above and beyond while fixing my teeth. She keeps you in the loop at all times while fixing your tooth. Doing things like grabbing a mirror midway through fixing your tooth, and showing you exactly what she needs to do. She takes you opinion above her own to make you happy. And before my series of appointments was over she asked what I personally don’t like about my teeth and went ahead to fix it all. She’s made me proud to smile and I haven’t been able to do that for years now. She has done things I’ve never experienced with a dentist and is so pleasant to deal with. Her staff is second to none. Highly recommend.

Awesome! Ive been going here since they opened. The young woman who works the front desk is incredible, her name is Becka. The office staff are always professional and explain everything before the Dr. comes in. The is very gentle and keeps you feeling relaxed the whole time? She will hand you a mirror sure you where the problem is so you understand what she is doing. Come try them out Im sure you agree this is the dentist for your family too.

Great experience at the Dental Studio. I absolutely love this office. Dr.Hoogar was friendly and explained all my options in detail. She did a fantastic job. The office was extremely accommodating. Every exam room has a TV, so it provides some means of entertainment while you wait. The Office manager at the front always has a smile on and treats you with so much respect. Overall, I am very satisfied with the dental work and the staff. I strongly recommend this facility.

By far the easiest experience Ive had with a dentist office. Got an appointment within a week. They helped look up my insurance quickly to confirm my coverage. Cleaning with Melanie was great. Not uncomfortable and quick. She was very thorough. Dr. Byrd was great too. Made time to answer all my questions. Did not make me feel like i was just a number. Will definitely be returning

Ive now been to four or five appointments at friendly dental, and I am very pleased. Their work is excellent and the entire staff is truly friendly and competent. I have the usual squeamishness around dentists and terrible teeth, but I have still been very happy here. They are also knowledgeable about insurance, which is important. Highly recommend!

Place is very clean and inviting. They were quick with the appointment and did the work that needed to be done. I wouldnt hesitate to come back for my follow up appointments.

Today was my first visit to Smile and Shine dental, the office and the staff were very nice. I was greeted warmly by everyone, my wait was short and Dr Hoogar was awesome! She was thorough, explained my treatment plan, and also performed education and teaching to help me with some issues I have been having. So glad I found this office! This practice was just recently taken over and the dentist is amazing. I had a wonderful experience, she was very thorough and I experienced the best cleaning I ever had! She was so considerate of my budget as well.

She helped put my nervous husband at ease and was so patient with all our questions. She made sure to explain all of our options for a treatment plan, which we really appreciated as not all dentists will do that. Also, Rebecca at the front desk was so friendly and accommodating! She made sure to walk my husband and I through everything along the way. The office was also very clean and homey! If you are looking for a dentist I would definitely recommend this one!

My experience with Mamata Hoogar at Smile & Shine was excellent. She was very attentive to my concerns and needs and is a very thorough and disciplined dentist. I was really happy to see the pictures of what was going on with my teeth and hear her explanation of what was the cause of the problems I had along with the recommendation for treatment. I highly recommend her!!!

My expierence was excellent. The staff was very friendly. My wait time was minimal and my treatment was pain free. The hygienist was gentle and explained my treatment to me very well. I would recommend Friendly Dental Group to family and friends.

The problem here is not whether or not the staff is friendly, OR whether or not your cleaning once or twice a year was performed without a hitch. If you have problems with your teeth that require several visits a year, then youll realize the problem with this practice. Their primary interest is in how much time off the dentist can have. Every appointment I had scheduled in advance and arranged with my employer, Friendly Dental was sure to call and ask me to reschedule because the dentist had something come up or something else to do. And yes, I was actually told that. I had a toothache on a Thursday and the dentist had the day off. I was told that someone would call me later that day to see if I needed something for pain until I could be seen, but no one ever called back. I went to the office at 9 a.m. on Friday because I was told they would be open, and they were closed. I dont understand how a new practice trying to establish itself gives the dentist a day off during the week without insisting she at least be on call. I had an appointment for a filling scheduled a couple of months in advance, and because of all the issues with the dentist and her time off always being a priority, I was debating back and forth whether I wanted to go back - and sure enough, three days before my appointment, I got a phone call asking me to CHANGE MY APPOINTMENT TIME to earlier in the day, Im sure so the dentist could have more time off that day. That was the final straw. Drs.Cohen & Abrams are well-established dentists in North Carolina, but unfortunately, this is just an investment office for them - they do not practice here. In that regard, my insurance company misled me. I think they should both take heed whats going on in this Holly Springs office that carries their names on it. I am completely soured on any Friendly Dental office.So bottom line is, if you need a REAL dentist who keeps real office hours without constant fluctuation, and who will actually be available to address any concerns you might have during what should be regular office hours, Friendly Dental is not the place for you. I think this dentist leaving me stranded when I had a toothache, without even a referral to someone else I could call, is deplorable and unforgivable - and it was during a regular business day! Unbelievable!
