This review is long overdue. Already used Hooah Heating And Air 2 times this year and both times it was very quick response. First time when my AC stopped working it was fixed the same day. Sergio from Hooah Heating and Air was absolutely amazing. He was recommended by a friend and I am so glad that I used him. He was on time, courteous and professional. He diagnosed my problem, quoted me and fixed the problem. Even though the issue was much more difficult and took much longer than either of us anticipated he still only charged me for his original estimate. Not once did he make me feel as if I was a bother. This man is a god sent , he took on a project that 4 other major heating and air companies turned down . He was always on time and very respectful . Recommend this company without a doubt above all others. He tore out our entire system and put in new duct , vents and system . He was patient with us and always looked for ways to save us money . Came on short notice and replace the capicator

Our HVAC stopped working completely overnight! Called “the other guys” and received horrible service and an outrageously high estimate for repair. We were fortunate to stumble across Hooah heating and air. He was flexible and able to work us into his schedule on short notice. Arrived on time and provided exceptional service. I had several questions about our system and he was very knowledgeable. He quickly resolved our HVAC issues and made us aware of minor repairs that may need to be addressed in the future. No up-selling or aggressive sales tactics. Don’t waste your time (or money) with the other guys and call Sergio right away!

Had a problem with our heat pump compressor not turning on. The technician showed up on time and quickly diagnosed the problem to the starter capacitor. He had the right parts with him to repair the problem. Top notch service and I will call them the next time we have a problem.

This is probably the first review Ive ever actually written. Jeffery was the man! He came out same day for a service call to help me out and diagnose my AC unit. He got me squared away in a timely manner and got me fixed up for a reasonable price.These guys are a 5 star business. I would always use them over any of the big HVAC service chains like ARS Rescue Rooter or something.Super personable, knowledgeable, and honest. I felt like Jeffery was upfront with me about everything that was going on. Cant recommend enough.

I called at late on a Saturday night and Sergio came right out. I have an elderly relative who lives with me and he came right out at 11:30 at night and fixed my unit. I would give this business 10 stars if I could.

Great service, honest and value for money. I have an aircond problem and search for HVAC repair and maintenance companies via Angies List. Most companies charge $89+tax for the diagnosis, and some will not absorb the diagnosis cost in the repair cost. Hooah offers $50 for the diagnosis and this will be included in the repair cost. We hesitated at first as this company is quite new, and did not have much reviews. But since all the reviews are 5 stars, we gave it a try, and we are glad we did. We scheduled a time for service in the next morning, and the technician came about 20 minutes late, but its still ok considering the distance from their company to our place, and our place is sometimes not that easy to locate. The technician name is Jeffrey, he is polite and wore his shoe covers when came into our place, which we like (though he did forget to wear the cover when he come back from outdoor maintenance). He figured out that our air cond drainage system was clogged in minutes, and quickly worked for repair. The best part was, we signed up for the annual maintenance at $150 and all the repair works are free, and we get two more maintenance services in fall and spring! Without the annual maintenance membership, the repair cost is over $170. So, it is a no brainer. The technician cleaned up the condenser for us, unclogged the drainage system, and checked the capacitor. He gave very honest recommendations, and did not push for more repairs. I am satisfied with their services and highly recommend them. I wish they keep up all the good works and high-level of service. I am looking forward for long term business relationship with them.
