Extremely helpful and very honest and knowledgeable! Fair prices and they even offer rentals so you can drop your vehicle off and not be stuck without transportation! I brought my van in for a noise I couldnt explain and they drove around with me to here it and did a thorough check for me after just to be sure it wasnt a safety issue... They got some good guys over there. Took my charger in for long tube headers after calling shops in Grand Rapids and either no one wanted to do the job or they charged wayyy too much. Brent the owner made sure the job got done for a fair price and kept in contact. Been driving with the headers for 3 months now and absolutely love them!

Brought my truck in to have a new clutch put in. Got a call back, it wasnt the clutch and cost much less than quoted. They could have replaced the clutch and charge me, and I wouldnt have ever know it wasnt bad. They did the right job and I am so thankful. I will use them again. Wed been having a noticeable issue with our transmission as it would not seem to catch going into 3rd gear. We brought our van to two local auto repair shops for their assessments. Both shops told us that wed need to either rebuild the entire transmission or put in a new one--either route costing a minimum of $2500. Having had Accel Auto recommended to us, we decided to give them a shot before pulling the trigger at one of the other shops. They did a complete diagnosis--and found a faulty sensor which cost $35. So, after a couple hours of labor, a new sensor, and a change of transmission fluid (which was due anyway), the total bill came to $275. Our van is now running great! Obviously, then, wed recommend Accel Auto to anyone. They are thorough and honest and talked us through each step of process.

I will give acc transmission they did a fantastic job on my transmission rebuilt and they also had good customer service even when I brought my truck back a couple of times and they covered a lot under the warranty that they provide the only problem I have is some of the leaks that my truck had after a few hours I drove it after the truck was finished I had a transmission pan leak and my driver side exhaust gasket leaking I brought it back for the tow leaks they fixed the trans pan but the exhaust leak wasn’t fixed correctly they put a ton of red rtv to seal it I brought it in a couple of times for that leak and all they would do was put rtv to fix it I had to put a actual gasket in it’s place to fix

I had my transmission rebuilt there and when it blew up again they told me they couldnt warranty my transmission eventhough it still had it until february of next year
