I used Stanley Steemer service first time.I have cleaned area rug, hardwood floor in 3 rooms and bathroom tile floor.Morris Holder notified me upfront that he on his way.He was genuine, very organized and extremely professional .Morris explained each step of his work and give useful tips.Stanly Steemer pricing pretty high, but when you work with Morris, you will be satisfied by his service.It was pleasure working with Morris!

I knew grout removal would be a big, long job so I hired Stanley Steemer. All of the heavily spoiled spots were still there when the technician was done. He said thats how its supposed to look..I spent the last two days scrubbing the tile with a vinegar solution and was able to remove most of the grout. Now I know the technician was being lazy! I basically paid to have my floor washed which I could have done myself! The attached pictures show how my floor was left. Terrible outcome.

The service was quick and the group was nice. The price was dramatically different than what I was quoted online. They never told me if there would be a difference based on what I scheduled. When they were finished they also asked if we had bottles of water which was a little strange. They could have been a little more tidy with their clean up since I had to swiffer some wet spots so we didnt slip. Overall everything smells nice and the pieces look refreshed.

Amazing job, I thought that I needed to replace the carpets in my finished basement and after they were done my carpets look like new!!!!

We have two dogs and a cat that spend a lot of time on the couch and it needed a good refresh. Was able to book appointment online for next day sectional couch cleaning/deodorizing. Alex and Denton were timely, professional and did a great job. I’m pleased with the outcome and the room as a whole feels more refreshed. A little more expensive than what I’m looking to regularly spend on routine cleaning through ($300)

The quote you get online is drastically different from what they quote in person. Our price doubled once they got to our house. We also weren’t able to get our grout painted because technicians didn’t have the proper tools… The work that was done was good but not sure I’d use them again.

Stanley Steemer has cleaned floors, carpeting and upholstered furniture for me several times. Every time the technicians have been very detail-oriented and conscientious. Arrived 45 minutes early. Have an antique love seat that was handled with care. Saw the dirty water and was amazed. Already see a difference. Cant wait to see it completely dried in 6-8 hrs!

I just wanted to comment and say the service I used today was horrible. I was so excited to get my car seats cleaned because they were dirty and had a few stains. Youre telling me you clean with just water and spray? Youre telling me I spent $100 just to have my car vacuumed and washed down with water? I could have done that for free. Once my seats dried, theres more stains?? You have got to be joking me. Either this company is trying to scam people to buy more of their products and get charged more for services, or false advertise people but this is unacceptable. Also, one of the men that came to my house was extremely rude to my mother. She simply asked questions and was concern if the stains will come out, but he just went Can you pay? I have to go. Some of my friends were interested in using your service because they needed their cars cleaned. I am telling them to never use this company. Im posting this review wherever I can, because people need to be aware.

I had the most wonderful experience with Stanley Steemer yesterday First of all I filled out a form on line at 10:30 testerday morning and Ron and Jake were at my house at 12:30. They were both very professional and accomodting. I had hired them to do 3 rooms in my house but when I saw what a great job they did I actually opted for them to clean a larger area. They also put the protect treatment on for me. The best part for me was they actually saved my carpeting. I was getting ready to purchase new carpeting for these areas but after I saw how amazing they did, I wont need to. Not only were they efficient and friendly, I could actually hear them getting excited when the dirt and grime began to disappear. Thank you again Ron Hall and Jacob Rodgers. I had tile floors cleaned and they came out awesome .... I had hard wood floors cleaned and they still have dirt stains and scraps all over the floor not so happy with hard wood cleaning ... I feel like all they did was mop with a wet sponge they did not use a soft brush to get all the stains and dirt off hard wood floor

Carlis stopped in for air duct inspection and quote. Great guy, personable and explained the process well. We decided to move ahead with air duct cleaning and scheduled an appointment for service.

I had my air ducts cleaned and after the crew left, I noticed that 5of8 ceiling vents were missing at least one screw, some were missing 2. My bathroom vent is hanging on by 1 screw. I found the other 3 on the floor.Also, they tripped a circuit somewhere and knocked power out of my upstairs and I still don’t have it on after several attempts to fix it. I now need to have an electrician come to diagnose the issue. The problem I have is they didn’t tell me about tripping the circuit. They just had me sign, pay and they left.

Thank you gor the free redo of my carpet to remove pet odot. I think we got it completely this time. However, the first time i thought we did get the smell out but it resurfaced a few days later which required a redo. Thank you. So far, so good....The carpet cleaners were very good! Professional, answered my (many) questions and went above and beyond. I had to have cat odor neutraluzed and cleaned and pet hair removed, and just general deep carpet steam cleaning. They paid special attention to problem areas as i pointed and now my place smells wonderful. I am glad i did this. Well worth the money and this is a service ill have done bi annually at least.

Very pleased with results, Carl was able to remove stains on my carpet that I really thought would not come out. We decided to have our sectional cleaned while he was here, and my couch now looks brand new! Though it ended up being a little pricey to clean so many areas and the couch, you definitely get what you pay for - the results are amazing and since I was planning on replacing the carpet and the couch, it was absolutely worth the investment and way cheaper than replacing would have been. I will for sure use Stanley Steemer again!

My sofa looks like it was never even cleaned it wasnt worth $275 dollars at all.

We had a mostly good experience with SS. All 4 of the men who helped service out rugs (two for cleaning, two for dropping off area rug) were friendly and considerate of our space. They even helped move the couch to put the area rug back down. Our rugs are definitely cleaner now than they were before. I would have preferred the rugs smell a little nicer after they were cleaned but other wise, no complaints there. My only real complaint comes from my off-site area rug cleaning. I was quoted 1-2 weeks as the timeline to have the rug back. When I called 2 weeks from our initial cleaning, a customer service rep told it would be ready next week, after the weekend to which I replied so....2 more weeks? yes. Its at that point that I asked to get more information/speak to a manager. As it turns out, a little pressure on my end and our rug was delivered 2 days later at 8am. So it was annoying but at least they fixed it (and were friendly doing so). Overall, good experience.

I was able to call and schedule carpet cleaning same day! They were here fast and very friendly. Explained things well and were able to get the oder AND any pet stains out (we have 4 dogs and 2 cats!) Pricing is very reasonable and the carpets came out great!

I was really upset when my 15 year old daughter dumped an entire bowl of chocolate cereal on our beloved couch. Called these guys, they were here first thing the next morning. So polite, thorough, and professional, they were done in less than an hour and my couch looks brand new! I’m so impressed. They also thoroughly explained the next steps (i.e. letting it dry, etc.) I wont call anyone else going forward!

The guys arrived right on time but their truck steamer was broken. It was frustrating because what was suppose to take a half an hour took 2 hours. However, I was impressed by the patience and professionalism as I expressed my frustrations. They had to use the portable steamer which seemed to do a good enough job. Overall I give 4 stars because they guys were patient and kind. What I didn’t like was the dispatcher quoting me $129... when the price came to $289. The guys were especially understanding with the issues they ran into and gave me a major discount. Two thumbs up for the on-site crew. I can be rather difficult!

The guys pointed out problem areas on my carpets, explained my options and even addressed my husbands concerns about the chemicals and how they may effect his mild asthma condition. Although I thought they had done a great job, after my dark carpet fully dried, I realized that there were areas that werent cleaned! Im not talking major pet stains or anything, just regular food stains on carpet. Now, at least the one I see everyday at the entrance to my dining room Im going to have to clean it myself or get madder everytime I look at how much all this cost!
