This review is about Mahendra AgrawalAfter being tossed around by 5 different H&R block tax preparers for 2 months, finally it was completed by Mr Agrawal in less than 40 minutes.He specializes in non immigrant, multistate tax payers.He communicated clearly and took the shortest time to complete the returns with zero errors and got it all right in the first shot. As far as Mr Agrawal is in H&R block, I will continue to use this service.

Rip off service 2 tax forms $350 and caught them making mistakes. People are leaving. Loyal customers for years no discounts and new customers $25 off $400 form. Trust me you can do aross the street get half the price and better service. Quoted on the phone one price when arrving another price. Everyone can do taxes via online much better. Tax prepare barely spoke English. Call and beg client who refused to come back. No receptionist at front very disorganized. Book appointment for one tax preparer, was sent to another tax preparer???????? Very disorganized - DONT GO THERE.

I felt a bit put off by the fact that my tax advisor made mistakes that I had to correct. My license information was put in wrong. I caught that mistake, but I was left wondering if other mistakes were made. I wanted to cancel half-way through because I felt so annoyed. Hopefully everything was done correctly.
