Excellent service and price for a delicate cocktail dress!Albert picked my cocktail dress up from the lobby of my building and delivered it on time (the day and time discussed). He communicated with me via text making the service seamless and agile. The high-quality and delicate fabric was perfectly cleaned and well-preserved. The service was fast (< 1 week). I am satisfied with the service, final product, and price.

Excellent customer service. I arrived several minutes after the last wash time but was told it wasnt an issue. The female staffer was friendly and helpful. The male staffer actually came back after the store had closed to let me in after hours to retrieve my clothes. Best customer service experience, went way above and beyond- thank you!

Great service for a fair price. I dont have time to take my laundry to a laundromat so their wash and fold service is perfect! They are right on time always when it comes to picking up and dropping off and I never have any problems. If you dont have a washer and dryer in your apartment I highly recommend Riverside. They even take pictures after they drop it off and text them to you which is pretty cool.

They are amazing and have a great turn around. Wash and fold takes a few hours or first thing next day. Dry cleaning is two days. Also love that they open so early because then I can go before work. Super nice staff. Definitely recommend if you live in the area.

Hands down best laundromat in Hoboken. Clothes always come back on time looking (and smelling) amazing. The door to door delivery service is just the cherry on top. If I could give 6 stars I would!

They provide a awesome service where they hold your luggage and bags for you for a pretty reasonable price it was very convenient as we were visiting from Florida and needed a place to keep our stuff before our flight back

By far the best place in the area. I refuse to go anywhere else. Never had an issue. My clothes are always folded neatly and separated, everyone always is super friendly and accommodating. I do wash and fold and also send my dry cleaning. Everything always comes out perfect. Not to mention, the place is spotless! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED! Thank you for always taking care of us :)

Best wash & fold service! We needed our clothing and sheets washed asap, and that is exactly what happened. Bath mats, sheets, comforter, everything was washed, dried and folded so neatly! Would absolutely recommend. HOWEVER, it is a bit expensive - thats why I am giving a four star.

I am a tourist, first time doing laundry in out of apartment. I was looking for coin laundry but google information was not clear. So I decided to have wash and fold in this Laundry store. But they have COIN LAUNDRY MACHINE!!!! Albert guided me how i could use the machine step by step. Thank you. I will definitely come back when I stay in Hoboken.

Riverside is a really nice laundromat. People are very nice. There is one time I forgot my landundry card they let finish and pay with cash which is very sweet！Definitely 5 stars.

There are two other laundry places closer to my apartment than Riverside Laundromat and Ill never take my clothing anywhere else. Albert and Nora are amazing and Im fortunate to have someone I trust with all my stuff. The space itself is always immaculately clean, all the machines in perfect working order. I drop off laundry and dry cleaning at least weekly. Its always folded perfectly, smells great, and the dry cleaning is perfect. When I stop in on my way running, Albert sees me tells me just to leave my stuff on the counter, and Im on my way again. Riverside Laundromat could not be more convenient and pleasant to deal with.

This place got such an upgrade after its renovation. Everything is brand new! Staff are very friendly. Very convenient to do laundry here. They also provide so many services. Excited to make this place my go to for my laundry needs!!

Riverside laundry is the greatest business in Hoboken. Me and my roommate have pretty wacky work schedules and had been struggling to do our laundry before we ran out of clothes to wear. Then we found Riverside and now Albert, who is awesome, picks up our laundry, has it washed and folded, and returned the next day. They are great at what they do and very flexible!

This is the best laundry place in town. The whole staff is very friendly, the store is clean, and Ive had nothing but great experiences with their wash and fold, wash and press, dry cleaning, and alteration services. The same-day washing service and late open hours are very convenient.

Friendly people working, first time I went here the manager showed me how to load my card and use their machines. The laundromat is always clean. There are a lot of machines, and plenty of different sizes to chose from.

Riverside is clean with many large washers and dryers. The staff is friendly too! It was nice they had plastic bags for clean clothes.

Short Summary: Outstanding, friendly, and professional.The quality of service, timeliness and friendliness here far exceeds my ability to describe it. Such would the be the charge of an essayist. One who can explain at length what quality is and why such an establishment has it. It is no trivial matter to describe and certainly not one to achieve. It may seem overmuch to say that a cleaners can stand as an example of what business and economy should look like but why not! This place can and it does. Despite servicing a major metropolitan area the owner has taken care to learn my name - to inquire about how my trip was or whether I have holiday plans. He promptly responds to my text messages when I find out that I am late to take delivery on my clothes. The clothes themselves are returned pressed and cleaned in neat plastic containers. Most importantly - the business does not treat its customers as means towards ends. Its easy in the age of commerce en masse to get lost in the diluted reviews of headphones and iPhones and whole blogs devoted to knit picking and evaluating. Certainly it can be useful. But in this case I think 5 stars is insufficient - and since I can give no more - I am left only with expressing my firm opinion that this has been the best business interaction I have had for as long as I can remember. The scale of modernity has left us grasping for numbers and measures - maximize this, minimize that - but here there is personhood and community and of course quality.
