Great fast service

Shady customer. Fraud. This company purchased a surround sound system from my store. They claimed the item was damaged and requested a return. Once we received the item back we found a completely different model number than was sent. If this is how this company does business, I would stay away!!!

Have been doing my laundry here for quite some time and find the place absolutely clean every time. The owner keeps the place very tidy and the staff is very friendly. Ive had my laundry washed/folded here and recommend it to anyone looking for a laundromat on a regular basis. Theres always parking, and I never need to wait long for a machine if at all.

Very convenient, but the delivery/pick-up driver has a SERIOUS attitude lately (as of April 2019). Twice in the last few weeks hes scolded me for not having my laundry in the perfect bag — um, sorry, didnt realize this was a necessary thing? We put it in bags for pickup and they come back in plastic clear bags. Didnt think that was a problem in all the time ive been using Orange Wash - which is over 7 years. He actually called me to tell me how inconvenient it was for him and that next time Id better have a better bag. Hes a younger guy, assuming he just doesnt know that customer service is 1st priority in a business like this.The other time, he apparently knocked on my door and I didnt hear it, and he sent a rude text. Hopefully the owner sees this and speaks with him. I was very turned off. Id give less stars except for the fact that theyre super quick and easy turnaround, and I appreciate their flexibility.Just dont upset the young driver with bad laundry etiquette, or youre screwed.

Now the Orange Wash is never like before, i do laundry there once a while, all new equipments and machines work great, i always call for pick up and delivery, one time i need my laundry back to catch my flight in three hours. they pick up and delivered on time. A+

First off you cant even walk in without tripping over carts. Its always packed with laundry from clients who do drop offs. They use up all the washing machines and dryers. There are only FOUR dryers to use if you want to dry only! This is a very terrible place to come in to wash clothes. He doesnt care about the people who come in to wash their own clothes!

Horrible and unprofessional. They just had a fire and I called two days ago to ask if everything was working , he said yes. I come early while they open and once my clothes are ready to dry, theres no dryers available BC half their dryers are not working. Why didnt he tell me this when I call. I have a busy day I came early for a reason, now Im standing here waiting for available dryers. So inappropriate.

Terrible place. all my white clothes came back with black stains. and customer service was very bad too, im never taking my stuff there again.

Well where do we begin. It seems many of the wash & fold services in Hoboken outsource their work to Orange Wash. Over the past few months I would send out my wash & fold and in return get shirts that were not mine. For example I sent 4 LuLuLemon V-necks in two colors. I got back four LuLuLemon V-Necks in different colors then I own.I figure this kind of stuff happens from time to time no big deal.That was until they started to comepletly destroy my clothing. I recently picked up some limited Supreme T-shirt. 100% cotton easy to clean. I got them in a few days and sent them to get cleaned.They then come back to me with grey marks all over the shirt completly destroying it and rendering it useless.When I contact them they started off rude right out the bat, I explained these are rare shirts and I can never replace them. I was then asked to send pictures.At this point it all hit the fan.I am going to give them 24 hours to remedy this situation. If it is not fixed by then, I will then post all the pictures of the clothing along with text messages from their management.Orange Wash, you are on the clock.

There only 3 wash machines to use Monday thu Friday there use all of them and the place is falling down its rain inside the place very bad to wash clothes there
