I gave it two stars because of their efforts. They say no parking on 15th street in front of the place but its legal to park there. Dont trip on the vacuum hose they leave on the sidewalk while they vacuum cars parked on the street. Dont slip on the armor all they spray on the tires when the cars exit onto Willow Ave. Careful you dont hit the barrels they leave in the street on Willow and 15th street.

Super bad customer service, they slammed the door really hard (as they drive your car). They werent polite enough to at least explain the procedure of the car wash and they ask me to wait across the street without giving any details about the reason why. On top of that, I had to dry the car myself because they didnt dried it well. It was my first and LAST time visiting this place. Not recommend.

Just horrible service resulting in damage to the carpets which they failed to acknowledge. Exterior car wash was reasonably okay but the internal damage was easily avoidable and absolutely negligent and careless.

Very affordable and they always do a good job - great value for the price. Unfortunately they’re inconsistent with their hours - you can never be sure if they’re actually open but if you need a good car wash in the area it can never hurt to stop by.

The absolute worst car wash Ive ever had. Im fairly certain that they just took a wet dirty rag and touched a few spots on the interior to make it looked like they cleaned. We had to ask for them to come back into the car to actually make an attempt at cleaning the center console and cup holders. It was only minutes later that we parked to discover how dirty our front grill was, pretty much completely untouched.

I go here regularly to detail the interior to clean the mess of a child and dog. The price and service is excellent! Love the quality. The employees here are lovely as well, and always want to ensure you’re happy with the result.

The exterior wash was fine, but I paid $40 for the VIP. They barely vacuumed, and left hand prints of the oily shine solution all over the car. Once I got home I had to get a rag and wipe down EVERYTHING inside the car so it wouldnt be shiny and wet. There was dust and dirt left all over. The inside cleaning was awful.

Worst service I had in a car wash. Rude, careless staff. Opened the trunk, saw they never touched it and had to tell them to clean the trunk. Then saw one of the cleaners putting everything in the trunk on the floor including some sweatshirts. Are you kidding me? Never again

Just terrible!I paid $40 for the VIP service which was so sloppy.Car was supposed to be extra vacuumed and it wasn’t.They didn’t clean inside doors neither back door and trunk was untouched.They lacked and missed a lot on the details. Totally careless.For the service I got, usually a pay $16 place else.

Car seems to come out cleaner than most other places here. Also, nice staff and they will allow you to drive car through yourself if you prefer with covid-scare.

This is the best car wash I have found in the area! Always a courteous exchange with every employee. The team has been working on keeping my last four cars in the best condition inside and out. They are the BEST!

Never go there again went and got a car wash for $16 today and paid the tip of an X amount I get back in my car and takeoff and i usually put change in the cupholder all my changes gone yet they didn’t clean the cupholder but they had the guts to take all my change which was approximately $14. Bunch of thieves

Tried charging me $25 for a hand wash for a small car. I had to pay a premium because of the brand of my car. They did a terrible job. Massive shame, they would have had my business every 2 weeks. But now I drive 4 times the distance to get someone else to do it because they are half the price, do a great job and service with a smile @ martins hand car wash.

Dont expect it to be super detailed and streaks may be on your windows(dirty rag?). It was fairly quick and better than doing it myself but Ive had better for the same price.

Wish they spoke or understood English. I was unable to explain what I needed done. Overall the 2-3minutes 24$ inside /outside wash was OK. Good thing is that its extremely fast, bad thing is also that its extremely fast, its impossible to achieve much in such tiny time frame. Id price the results at 15$max.

They rush through. Barely vacuum carpets, dont vac seats and dont clean dust from dash or anything. Theyve never damaged my car, but I always end up cleaning it myself when I get home. For 20 bucks plus tip, it should be more thorough.

A good car wash. Ive been going there for over a year now, every two weeks in the winter, never had a bad experience. The supervisor does a good job, nice guy. Not sure what all the bad reviews are about. Most are very old and I think people only go out of their way to write a bad review when theyre aggravated. This place services THOUSANDS of cars a year and it seems most folks Ive seen there are satisfied with their treatment.

The worst Car Wash Ive ever been to. Convenient location but not worth it at all. I got the Ritz (cash only), looks like they didnt even turn the water on and skipped cleaning the wheels. Dirty marks on exterior all over. Had to ask them to re-vacuum interior after they told me it was done but still left with crumbs etc. all over seats, floor and middle interior.

Went today for their summer special; $24 which includes wash, tire polish and SUPER vacuum, SUPER interior dust. The latter 2 were not done AT ALL! I have experienced the lack of vaccuming before but I explicitly told them where to vacuum today. I drove away to work being assumptive that they couldnt get it wrong twice. WRONG. Basically I got the $15 wash for $24. Wont be returning.

I came to this car wash to get a hand wash. The manager with the accent was rude and aggressive from the start. I asked him to make sure they get all the dirt off the wheels and calipers. He said I can’t make requests like this, and then proceeded to ask me how I run my business even though I don’t own a business. The guy who washed my car didn’t fully dry it so there was water streaks on the front of it. I asked the manager if you could wipe off the watermarks, but he proceeded to tell me it was acid from the parking garage and it would not come off. He wanted an extra $20 to wipe off the watermark. One of the nice workers there spent four seconds and wiped it off with a rag , it came right off. If that manager with the accent took 30 seconds to help me I would continue to be a customer. He is very unfriendly in a people business, someone I would not want running my car wash .

I’ve been going here several times since I moved to the area because it is the closest car wash to where I live and today was officially my last time. Do not go here. Your car will not come out clean no matter what package you buy. They don’t even clean the interior, yes they will vacuum but they will miss every spot that is dirty and probably the reason why you brought your car there in the first place. Also you have to remind the workers to put tire dressing on. Unless you speak Spanish this is almost impossible cause they’re all foreign and can’t speak English. If management sees this but I doubt they will cause they probably don’t know how to use the internet, please close your shop down it sucks.

Be Careful! Dont wash your car here! I left a $10 Bill on the dashboard to pay for the wash of my car and one of the employees took it. I spoke to the manager and the guy got mad and behaved like i was lying. DONT WASH YOUR CAR HERE! SAVE YOUR BELONGINGS!

I got yelled at for pulling up too slowly (as in, carefully so I wouldnt kill the attendant). Literally, I opened my door, smiled, said hello, and was yelled at: Whats wrong with you? Why are you pulling up so slow? Hurry up! I dont got all day!!I backed right out. Never again.

STAY AWAY FROM THIS CAR WASH!!If i could leave a lower rating I would. Like its been said they rush through. I saw the guy see he had missed a smudge on the outside of my car, and if I hadnt pointed it out, he wouldve pretended like he never saw it. When I entered my vehicle, I noticed they only vacuumed. No trace of any cleaning anywhere else on the interior. Not to mention they charged $15 for their super wash + $3 for armor all aka silicon in tired. $17 = total rip off!

This car wash is so so so bad, I could have done a better job myself. My car still had marks after the wash which I cleaned myself using a solution and paper towel, yet these idiots weren’t able to. The guy straight away said no when I told him the car hasn’t been cleaned properly. There was water inside the car when I picked it up. That’s absurd. NEVER EVER coming back again! No wonder this place was empty to begin with.

Please do yourself a favor and do not go here. Terrible car wash/cleaning, and even worse customer service. When I spoke to the owner to express my dissatisfaction, he interrupted me repeatedly, yelled at me, and said he wasnt to blame. Horrible business owner with no regard for his customers. When I got into my car after purchasing the $17 service (which was to include vacuuming), the interior of my car looked exactly the way it did before I arrived. Not vacuumed or cleaned at all. If you would actually like your car to be cleaned with an establishment that values its customers, go anywhere but here.

I live around the block. I usually go to Union City where they the Real car washes are done by hand at a fair price and they actually car for your car, but I took a chance. As the saying goes, Fool me once shame on them, fool me twice, shame on me. Terrible service, car not dried well, paid for armorall in the beginning and they said that the package I got didnt come with that which btw happened the first time. Vacuum was not complete and interior looked as dusty as when I drove up. Also, BUYERS BEWARE!, I used my debit card here, a card that I usually dont use any where but I decided to use it, I ended up getting a mysterious charge from a company that was suspect according to MasterCard. Not saying I can completely pin it on them but I mean if you put two and two together being that I never use this particular card and the only time I decide to this happens and it just so happened to be there? Thats gotta raise some eye brows! GO UP THE HILL TO PRIMOS CARWASH. GREAT GUYS, NOT CROOKS! This place should close and a new one should open at a reasonable price with great service.

No attention to detail. Always leave dried up products that they use to clean the car, on the exterior of the car. Given them 3 chances now, and not once can my car be defined as clean when they’ve “finished” their job that I paid them to do! Never going back!
