I gave this detailing business a shot because of the previous positive reviews and it actually was great! The guy who detailed my car was called Nelson and he is an extremely down to earth person. He was very respectful, caring and professional. It is rare to find someone who despite tough circumstances, still makes it work. Especially, in the service industry, attitude and the way someone speaks is very important. I hope they give Nelson a raise! Looking forward to be a repeat customer!

I park in a parking garage, and sometimes when it rains the cracks in the concrete result in big, ugly, calcified drip marks to appear on my car that wont come off with water. I left a message with Chris on Tuesday explaining this to him, and he texted me back immediately saying this is a common problem and quoted me a price.Dropped the car off on Thursday and it was done in 1.5 hours. No visible spots remained and the exterior looked like new. Chris communicates incredibly well and does an amazing job. Would definitely recommend to anyone.

I hadnt had my car cleaned since before we were locked down over a year ago. It was more than a little gross from toting my nieces, nephews and animals around. I was honestly thinking about selling it or better yet, setting it on 🔥.Nelson did such a great job bringing my car back to life. I dont think it looked this good when I drove it off the lot. I was happy seeing it from afar but fell in love again when I opened the door and was hit by the amazing scent and ridiculously clean interior. I think I just might have to turn into one of those you cant eat in my car people now. Its just too fresh and too clean.Ill definitely return again and again.Thanks! I couldnt be happier.

4-Star Car wash… not a detail and definitely not worth $175. All the details that make it just that… a detail… weren’t taken care of. Excellent wash. Car is very clean on the outside and the main areas in the inside are very clean. Here’s my issues: door jams weren’t cleaned, windows weren’t lowered to clean the areas near the top so anytime I lower my window they look dirty, my sunroof wasn’t even touched, the creases weren’t cleaned with an air compressor so areas like the crease of my leather shifter cover meets the molding aren’t clean, and lastly the windows weren’t cleaned with a clean rag as theirs a sheen/shine to them in the sun that causes glares. Had to reclean them myself. Wasn’t even given a tire shine.

Nelson did an incredible job detailing my car. The results made the car look brand new. Quick service and good customer service.

NJ Auto Detailing did a great job on my 10 Camaro. Was sitting for 2 years and dusty as hell when I brought it in. After they were finished, it looked like a whole new car. Thanks guys!

Hands down the worst service and largest rip off. I recently got a detail service on my car done. Everything initially looks clean and good but there was no actual “detail” provided. I can not believe i paid 175 for this service. I was going to go back after noticing some missing factors, like rag mark on the car, air vents dusty, wheels dirty, my exhaust pipe untouched….but i had to leave town. The business had a really busy day that day. But they should not have taken my car in at that point. The detailer seemed great, hard worker, but he also seemed stressed and loaded with work. The car game back clean vacuumed and glossy but when taking a further look, it was not detailed. In addition i don’t think my seats and carpet were actually shampooed. Also pretty sure my door hinges were accidentally touched when cleaning that area because i have it scraping on the base of the car when i open it… truly the worst service i have ever had.And to respond to you below. Sorry man but i never offered that. I did offer to come pick the car up. He told me it was closer to his home to drop my car off and he actually called a car to come pick him up. But if that was the case i would happily have driven him back. Not sure what that lie is about… i didn’t say anything bad about the detailer, i said he was great….dont worry. I’ll send him a tip since that’s what your so concerned about. Truly professional.

I had a horrible experience with other shops I researched to have my car detailed. Chris at NJ Auto Detailing managed to get my car looking very, very good. This is my first new(er) vehicle that came from Hertz Sales and it was not properly cleaned before it was handed over to me. It is a 2020 Corolla and though it still looks brand new, it had needed a deep, fine tooth cleaning, bumper to bumper that ultimately required a professional detailer. After having a piss poor attempt by Edgewater Motors I settled on a scheduled time with Chris and left my car with them for an exterior and interior cleaning and was very satisfied. They are fair in their pricing and provide excellent work. Pretty much there were minor scrapes and scratches I had on the hood of the car, the side door panels and some minor wear on the inside door frame, along with dust and hair in corners and crevices throughout. Everything was cleaned. Ill try to take and post more pictures but simply put, they really handled my car well. I think its worth the money. Its worth discussing what your concerns are with the car and your expectations. This car is brand new but it was a rental and it certainly was never properly washed, waxed or claybard before. Fine work. Thank you!
