This senile old fart is so loony Idk how he ever stays in business. A simple request for a stone change in a ring and to check authenticity for a couple other items turned into a Whos on First head game with no winners, just a round the bush chase to nowhere & i finally walked out saying. You dont WANT any business, apparently! Crazy as the Mad Hatter. Dont even TRY to get a ring tested. He wants $50 each! That was the final blow when he told me that. Argumentative and condescending.

Keith Spearman the owner of this establishment is a Racist!!! I went into his jewelry store for the first time in my life today inside the HOBBS mall, and as he was searching for items that my family had left at his store for over some years he starts to tell me that I look familiar and that Ive been in his store before, at first he says 6 months ago, then 2 months ago and then he say no wait 2 weeks ago From a Customer Service Point of View This Place is HORRIBLE!!! if you are African American or of any latin decent and DO NOT GO HERE!!! He told us if we needed help translating that we could go outside and ask someone in the street. So disrespectful. His old racist ways are NOT going to work for our community to be a better place!!! Help CAUSE AWARENESS and post about this RACIST JEWLEY OWNER!!!

Asked for a price for a ring resizing and he snapped and was completely rude saying that hes not resizing zales rings. Will never go back there again!!!
