I have lived in a community that they manage for over 6 years and I love this management company. We’ve had nothing but great interactions with them! They are beyond helpful with anything we need. Highly recommend!!!

This property management company is great! I have had a few issues over the years. Every time I call Arthur, he is so helpful! He responds immediately and always very professional. I highly recommend Arthur Edwards property management company!

My boyfriend and I have lived in our apartment for over 3 years. Anytime there has ever been an issue, we ALWAYS get a quick response. I am very happy with our management company. I highly recommend if you are considering!

Yesterday I phoned our building representative about a van which was blocking the exit to the garage. The woman who answered the phone said that my rep was not in and that I should call 911. I asked to have the name of the resident who was receiving the delivery, and she said she would call me back. She never did. I ended up calling 911 and was connected to the local police, who sent a patrolman. I cant imagine how a company does not have backup personnel when a specific rep is not available! DO NOT USE THIS MANAGEMENT COMPANY. They cant even get the recycling company to come on designated days. (Were working on it.

As a board member of a property, it is a pleasure to work with Joe, and I feel it is important to take the time to give a positive feedback when needed, because obviously most of us will take the time to only give negative ones. keep doing a great job, and know that when dealing with so many residents, almost always you will have someone who complains and they are the ones you hear the most. Arthur acts like he listens to you initially. Then he started to say things like, I will into that and get back to you or I do not remember how much that was. I will get back to you. This has been for a year now and still we have not heard any answers. If you want a management company that never answers any of your inquires, this one is for you.

Have nothing to say but good things! we hired Arthur Edwards to manage our over 100 units HOA, They helped us tremendously with our financials, the property looks great, and working with Ed is a pleasure!

This is by far the worst property management company I have ever had the displeasure of living under in my long life. They not only harass the members of the communities in which they manage, but their employees make illegal entries into homes looking for infractions which they have no right to do. They have sent warning letters for things they say I have done when I was not even in the Country. When you contact them you rarely hear from them and when you do it is with a cold attitude and an unwillingness to assist you. They are more interested in collecting fines from their Boatworks residents. Stay far away from anything this company touches!

Writing for Robert Del Grande -Northgate Condo - still waiting for branches and tree removal after a week of having a small snowstorm. In all the years we have lived here, we have never experienced this. By our bus stop, so many large fallen branches. Awfull! Absolutely no excuse for this. This wasn’t a hurricane or earthquake!! Not a good way for this company to start handling our property maintenance. Disgraceful!!!

Please think twice before you decide to use this company. Arthur will ruin your property finances for selfish gain and you will end up paying for his deficiencies.

If you buy into a community ran by this property management, run away as far as you can. These people are by far the worst company to do business with. Outright garbage personnel.
