Jose was amazing. We went through 2 days of other stores and customer service on the phone. Could not get results to have service changed to a different device. They couldnt even get in our account. Jose was knowledgeable and merged our 2 accounts for us also. Mike and I are older and have very little tech knowledge. Jose took care of everything we needed. Very much appreciated.

Joel was excellent in providing us top notch service. He was the only one working, but was diligent in balancing everyone’s needs that we’re in the store at the same time. He went above beyond helping us fix issues with our plan and upgrading us to the plan we desired. He even called Verizon for us to help navigate the issues we were experiencing. Hope was real great! She saved me money on my bill and set me up with new phones for a great deal! This is by far the best location to shop at and I will only come to this one. I live in aloha and I will travel to this location just to have the excellent customer service! I am very pleased.

RUDE PEOPLE. Came to this location today as I happen to be nearby. I entered and there were 2 people working and there were no customers. I thought great I can get helped right away and just assumed like any kind of business that they would make me feel welcome. Instead they were sitting on their phones and didnt even try to get up to greet me. I didnt let it bother me I thought maybe theyve been busy and really tired. I walked up to 1 of them to ask my question and the other 1 went to the back of the store grinning?. So I asked my question very nicely as I wanted to feel treated the same coz Ive worked in customer service too. The person I got to ask was extremely rude. I never in my life thought id get this kind of treatment. He 1st answered upsetly yelling why didnt get this that. And I thought to myself hmm you havent even looked in my account yet to know that. I played dumb and nicely just said I dont really remember if I got it. So he finally asked for my account and looked and was just all negative and didnt really tried to look for options. Im never coming back to this location

Worst experience ever with their representative Jose C. Wanted to buy an Apple Watch with my account-he didn’t know anything when asking questions. When we proceeded to order the device, he told me that my account name needed to match exactly as my ID says. Never in my twenty years of business with Verizon, was that an issue. He then tried to “prove me wrong” by showing me that my account says it’s only 4 years old (I transitioned from a family plan of 4 devices to a business plan of 20+ devices 4 years ago). I refused to argue with him and decided he was NOT someone to do business with. I hope he’s nicer to the next customer than he was with me-this location will never receive my business again.

I came in on a Friday afternoon with my new iPhone, iPad and very little patience to deal with trying to backup/ set up all my new devices.I was looking for someone who could just “make it happen” and Hope appeared!Her patience and persistence had me all set for my personal AND work needs before dinner time! She went beyond what was required and managed to impress me with her winning combination of tech skills & kindness.Everyone could use a little “Hope” and I found it at this Verizon store- Well done.

I took my parents into this Verizon Retailer a couple of weeks ago because they both wanted a new phone and the service was excellent. Id like to specially highlight Joels patience with us. He went above and beyond explaining to my parents the differences between phone models, went through phone recommendations according to how they use their phones, set them all up for them, and even stayed after closing hours in order to leave both new phones completely set up and even showed my parents how to use them and cool features on their new phones. My parents have been super happy with their phones and the service we received. Thanks Joel!

The woman (twenties) with blonde hair I believe, is very unprofessional. Yawning a lot, puts head down a lot and just gives off a show of not wanting to help. I understand a lot of people hate their jobs, but heck, theres worse jobs out there. If you cant survive at a cellphone store...youd hate it in anything else with a bigger demand on your work ethics. Manager guy was professional though he gets more stars.

One month update:Fairly disappointed. I was naive. I shouldnt be, because I am a career salesperson. The Jetpacks that we purchased as a solution for internet access because we are moving to an extremely rule area worked perfectly... Except that after 15 GB of data they are truncated to a speed of 600 kilobytes per second which is basically no good for anything other than text. That was not explained to us when we were offered them as a internet solution for movies, music, and all the other things that people do on a day-to-day basis. It has been extremely difficult and challenging to return the all but worthless Jetpacks and get a refund and have the service for those ended. Still working on it. Verizon offers no high data solution for their Jetpacks , so unless youre purchasing one for a weekend at the beach , save your money and the two year contract. The rest can be chalked up to what can only be described as less-than-stellar communication. This also is surprising for me, as I am a career salesperson. The discounts, rebates and totals on the Verizon bill finally seem to add up but only after multiple phone calls to Verizon to clear up mistakes and misunderstandings. For example the discounted monthly rate we were showed for multiple lines applies only after you sign up for automatic payment, and it doesnt kick in for several months later. Set up fees are $40 per unit, which was explained correctly, and that will make for a larger first bill. Also, my name was incorrectly entered on the contract and its been extremely difficult to get that corrected and have my spouse put on the contract as well. Again, human error that I should have caught but... the product knowledge was still there on the part of the salespersons, but the in-depth knowledge of the plans needs to be conveyed to all customers.Original review:A+ customer service and product knowledge!My family is moving to a location where only Verizon has coverage. When we called up this location, we were actually able to talk to a human being before we came in. Justin took care of all our needs. We purchased four brand new phones and two hot spot devices which will cover all our data and WIFI needs out in our rural area. We got an excellent trade in deal for our old phones, good rebates, and Verizon TCC made sure we got hooked up with all the accessories we needed at a fair price, and they made sure we got all the promotions that were available. The transfer of service and phones took some time, but Justin was patient and professional. They also were able to transfer service for our iWatch and iPad.BIG thanks to Verizon TCC!
