We moved into a 2 br/2 ba late November 2020. The apartment is spacious and laid out quite well! We are in a unit that faces the tree line and there is and abundance of wild life just 10 feet off our balcony. Any issues we had, are addressed immediately. The staff has gone ABOVE AND BEYOND to help us during our move in. We have never felt so welcomed and immediately at home at any apartment we’ve ever lived in. I would recommend this place to anyone who asks, and probably even hose who don’t!

Viewed apartment this morning. Premise was clean, management was friendly and helpful, and apartment looked great. Looked like a very nice small community. Didnt end up renting though due to position of unit and my oversensitive hearing. (Would have gladly rented another unit had another 1bed been available today, but I was time crunched.)

Good apartments

This has honestly been one of the best places I have stayed. This place deserves a high rating for the apartments themselves which are nice, clean and spacious, meeting all your needs but also for its truly amazing management staff. When we moved in, the wash and dryer were not quite working. Sashia sent a repair man to look at it and they instantly got us a new one. I cant they you how many times she sincerely apologized for that. Even after I told them I was moving to a different state, they went out of their way to recommend good places for me to live in based on their knowledge of relaters and apartments.The rent is a bit high but fits the surrounding neighborhoods and from my experience, is truly worth the pay.

I had a good time here. The apartments are well maintained- they look nice. Management was helpful and didnt give us any hard times about anything. And we didnt have any problems with neighbors.

Im a two-time resident - I just couldnt get enough of how friendly the staff and and how convenient the area is! The complex is pretty quiet and Ive never had any issues with neighbors.

My favorite apartment community. The staff is excellent, Sashia and Lori are amazing and Matt keeps everything in great shape. Its a wonderful place to live.

With a heavy heart, I say goodbye to my first home in Oregon.My fiancé moved here in 2008 and I moved in with him in 2014.Sashia, Matt, and Lori have always been wonderful!Service is always prompt and properly completed.We were so pleased with CTL Management, that we opted to choose another of their local properties.
