Great customer service. My husband and I walked in to pick up a UPS package and just so happened to be in the market for a used Mac. The salesperson was awesome! He answered all of our questions, but did not pressure us whatsoever. We came back the same day and it was a very easy process. I love my new to us Mac!

Child broke headphone plug in the Ipad. Brought Ipad to these guys and they were able to remove the broken plug so the sound would work again. They spent a good 25 minutes on it and didnt charge a dime. Bought new headphones from them right there. Definitely recommend for their service.

Ive been to Device Pitstop at the Glendale location (permanently closed) and had excellent service. My cellphones on/off switch broke and I brought it in to be fixed. It would have been an expensive fix, but Device Pitstop put the customer first and recommended I get a new phone instead of doing the fix. ALSO, they didnt even charge me for the assessment! Ive also had them put screen protectors on multiple devices. They do a perfect job and havent charged me for it, when I bring in my own protectors. Today I went to the Highlands Ranch location for the first time. They offer the same amazing customer service, friendly faces, and quick service. They are worth the drive!

I have come here numerous times to pick up packages and have always appreciated the friendliness of everyone there. More recently, I have had to come in for two phone repairs. Both were done very quickly, they patiently answered all my questions, and went above and beyond in making those repairs. Their prices are extremely fair.... and although I hope to not need to have my phone fixed again, I definitely know where to go. HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM!!!

Most Excellent, These guys are awesome! Dont wait 2-3 days fir your phone to be fixed. These guys will fix your broken phone glass/screen in less than an hour. This is a best kept secret. It took them 20 minutes to fix my iPhone and cost 80bucks. Less than half of what the Sprint was going to charge me and i would have been with out my phone for 3 days or so.They also have a great selection of used apple computers as well as PC based products. A fine selection of accessories accompany the deals.The staff seems really knowledgeable and I got the sense that they really take pride in there service and technical abilities. Not cocky or arrogant but confident and friendly.Check this place out....did I mention they have a great assortment of used computers, apple, PC, you name it. they may be a couple years old but they are a fraction of the price if you dont mind a ding or two.

Great service!! They were able to fix my cracked screen on my iPhone 8, but then the home button wouldnt work after each replacement. After 7 new screens were tried, the home button still wasnt working even though it did when it came in. with the cracked screen. Since they werent able to fix the home button, they gave me a replacement phone. It was in mint condition, and looked brand new! It had the same storage and features, only thing that changed was now I have a white iPhone 8. I got a replacement and glass cover ALL FOR FREE since I gave them a working phone and they werent able to fix my home button afterwards. I really appreciate them owning up to something they couldnt fix and providing me with a phone that works!

Good people but very limited stock for Android. It is a small place so thats not too hard to understand. Would be nice if you could order it though as needed.

Staff was so friendly and willing to help. Pricing was about average, but I was given a tempered glass screen protector professionally donned on my phone before I left the store. My phone was repaired in just over an hour and it works great. I highly recommend these fellas if you are having trouble with your device. They will get the job done!

I have only had great experience after great experience at this place. I originally went in for a screen replacement after breaking the glass on my iPhone. The price was competitive and they did a top notch job. 8 months later the touch screen started to act out and was unresponsive. I brought it in and they stood behind the replacement 100%. They replaced it again free of charge. A year and a half after that the screen had a similar problem. Also in that time one of the microphones Siri uses stopped working and the battery was getting pretty bad. They again stood behind their work and replaced the screen for free, but what really impressed me is they said since they are already opening up the phone they will honor their combo and replace the battery for 50% off. On top of that they replaced the speaker at no additional charge. I ended up leaving paying $30 and my 4 year old phone feels brand new. Also every time I went in the work was done in under 2 hours, sometimes within 45 minutes

Great customer service! Brought in my daughters destroyed iPhone. Device Pitstop made no guarantees, but said he thought he could get it fixed. Within an hour the phone was ready and good as new! He was so very nice and friendly! I highly recommend this store!!Note: We have tried this at another store once and the phone didnt work and the company didnt guarantee their work.

The company/owner seems to be dishonest in business. I was sold a computer with a battery life that was worse than advertised, for one. Thats not even what this review is about. The laptop should last 4.5-5.5 hours unplugged depending on how many tabs are open and such. It actually lasts about 1.5-2... The problem I cared about was the fact that this laptop started randomly shutting off several times, only weeks after purchase. As a college student, thats just not going to work. I brought the computer in, and they factory reset it, which did not solve the problem. I came back the next day, and they tightened some screws, so well see if that does anything.I am writing this review, because of the what happened after. I asked to swap out the computer for one that would stay on, because I purchased the computer just 2.5 months prior. The worker, with whom I have no issue, was instructed to not exchange my laptop, due to the battery being shot. He was instructed to only exchange it for an extra $50-70 OR replace the battery for $40. It is unethical to sell a computer that clearly needs a new battery and then swap it back with a fee for the problem that should have been fixed BEFORE selling the laptop. I understand this is a store with used goods, but my advice to the owner is to sell products that function properly instead of doing the bare minimum to get it sold. I will not be charged for something that should have been fixed before being sold.If I spent the extra money, my total expense would have been around $400. $400 could buy a brand new computer with no issues. Ill be sure to let my social circle know to avoid this business, and I will not be a returning customer.

I went in to Device Pitstop in need of a new laptop. We had a old laptop that was broken as well as a new one that was too slow. They took the time to ask what we wanted in a laptop and then proceeded to thoroughly go through all of our options. The went through everything from fixing the old laptop, to upgrading the other, or to simply buying a new one. In the end I felt confident about my decision and had a great computer.They also can give you some in store credit for your old devices in order to help you out with your purchase! The work was done quickly and the employees were very helpful friendly! After having a very poor experience with taking a computer to CPR (Cell Phone Repair), I would gladly bring my computers here every time without worrying! They also do mobile devices which is great! 10/10 would recommend

Id like to congratulate Device Pit stop on their one year anniversary! Love you guys. Ive been struggling with my PC not working for a couple months. After trying everything I could think of I finally decided to take it to Device Pitstop in Highlands Ranch. I took it in on Sunday at about 11:30 AM and explained what was going on with it. They had it figured out in an hour and called me to let me know what was wrong, what was needed and what it would cost. My OS was corrupt. I had windows 7. They suggested reloading the OS, and adding a solid state hard drive to supplement my current hard drive. They actually updated the OS to Windows 10 for no charge. I was able to pick up my PC at 4 PM the same day and only paid $167 including tax. These guys are phenomenal and I recommend Device Pitstop to everyone. They also fix smart phones, tablets, laptops and have a nice inventory of like new devices for fabulous prices. Not only do they know their stuff they are also really good guys. Many thanks for such a great experience. Customer service is lacking these days but not here. Great job!!

At time when customer service is often indifferent, there are still a fewbusinesses that genuinely care about it, and Device Pitstop is one of them, managed by Jason Gaines, who willingly details options, cures, and costs. Jason and employee Jesse migrated the hard drive from my obsolete computer into a new iMac, and did it flawlessly overnight. My life was in that (old) computer: Jason reassured me it would transfer in its entirety, and it did. When it comes to the biology of a computer, I am ignorant, and said so to Jason - who never talked down to me - or talked over my head. This is the place to go.

I broke my phone and my phone is my business I can’t be without it for a moment. I carry insurance on my phone Through my service provider however the charge was going to be $200 and I had to send in my old phone and it was going to take a day to get the new phone. I am so thankful to find this amazing shop they had my phone fixed within an hour, they were professional, courteous, and my phone looks brand new! It was cheaper than my insurance even with a new battery, new tempered glass, and screen. Thank you for Taking care of me so I can take care of my clients!

The people there were extremely friendly with me and they were honest about what was wrong with my computer and how it could be fixed back to normal. As well as let me know of ways it could be improved upon to run better than normal. I would highly recommend anyone to utilize their expertise.

I came here after my fiance recommended it and boy am I glad. My laptop has geek squad protection so I always took it to them but after a year of them taking it and saying they fixed the problem (it was running super slow and wouldnt load a single web page after an hour wait) it was still not running how it was supposed to. So I finally took it here and within an hour they called me back to let me know that the hard drive needed to be replaced. A couple days later my laptop was as good as new!

Not even auto mechanics are this dishonest. I went in on 6/7/18 and to told to them what exactly to look for. The teenager barely looked at my phone, said ugh then proceeded to spend 7-10 minutes on his keyboard. Then he said I can certainly look at what you suggested and it will be a 50 service fee. What I suggested was pop it open and see if something is loose. If I was right, Id be happy to pay 50 or 100 or more. But they want to charge for basic diagnosis that I already did. They don’t care about customers. Also, they don’t update what Devices they buy on their website. You go there and you end up wasting your time. I don’t recommend coming here to sell or buy devices. It’s better to buy or sell online. I have been coming here for more than a year, and they don’t care if you are a repeated customer.

The workers were very kind and we had a lot of fun seeing how dead my phone battery was. My phones life has significantly improved and the cost to fix it was less than I would have paid at Apple.

We were helped with a power issue on an iphone 6. Brad and Kevin were professional, polite and jumped right to helping us fix the issue. Clean store and well organized. Unlike some IT services these guys were not condescending and seemed genuinely interested in solving our problem. We will return.

I had such a great experience at Device Pitstop, at BOTH locations. When I called the Denver store looking for a specific item, Jeremy was friendly & suggested I check the Highlands Ranch location, which I didnt know existed! I called and they had the used iPad Mini Id been searching all of Greater Denver for days! Brad hooked me up with the device i needed, which included a 30 day warranty and he even threw in a spare charging cable he had lying around. I was so appreciative. Ill definitely be returning for future purchases & electronics repairs.

I can usually figure out and fix my own PC/laptop problems, but I recently took my laptop to Device Pitstop in Highlands Ranch when I ran out of ideas. These guys are true technicians and they had no problem fixing my laptop. Their pricing was very reasonable as well. I highly recommend them.

Service was perfect!! They rushed my fix because I had an appointment later that day. Prices cheaper than insurance I had with Verizon. Same day (in my case within an hour) fix. Amazing!!!!

I came in because I was having some issues with my screen lock/unlock button not working properly. They were able to diagnose the problem and figure out how to solve it. The gentlemen working were very helpful and courteous. Id definitely recommend them.

We appreciated the quick and quality help we got at Device Pitstop. Our unfortunate situation was that after getting the screen fixed on the phone, we couldnt get the phone to work and after help from Genius Bar found that our phone, bought several months prior, was a very good knockoff. So, the screen fix was a considerable cost which never helped us use the phone again.

Great place. I went to best buy and they told me my laptop was now useless and I should just buy a new one. This is a $2000 laptop I bought in 2016 and all that was wrong with it was a broken LCD screen. So I took it to device pitstop instead and they fixed it in 6 days for $150 and didnt treat me like I was incompetent or stupid like best buy did. I will be taking all my broken devices to them from now on!

Took a laptop in and they broke a piece of the laptop that i need for it to work. They said they would give me a 20% discount and i ended up paying for the piece THEY BROKE. I took this laptop in the beginning of June and the and the time I am making this review, its August. Youre better off looking up a youtube tutorial and fixing it yourself because thats the amount of experience these people have.

This place rocks! I managed to shatter the screen on my iphone 4s (yes, I know...it was ancient, ok? I only get new phones when forced! 😊) The break was quite impressive, actually. I fretted for a couple of days, trying to figure out how to save my contacts and photos, and tried everything. I took it in to Device Pitstop/Highlands Ranch. They messed with the phone a bit and said they couldnt promise anything, but they thought my information looked retrievable, but it might take a few days. I left, hoping for the best. They called me THE NEXT DAY, saying they were able to get my photos, etc.! I took in a flash drive and they quickly saved my data. The phone was not salvageable, which was no surprise. They were professional and very friendly. I HIGHLY recommend their services!

Stopped by on way to grab lunch. I had shattered the screen on my iPhone 6 the previous night. Did not want to get a new phone or have someone try to sell me a refurbished one. They looked at my phone, said it would be $80 to replace the screen, and that it would be ready when I finished lunch. They were right on all accounts. Had to get a new phone while visiting Colorado, the verizon corp store at southglen had the galaxy S9 I wanted but when I asked about transfering my data the guy mumbled something about different operating systems, their transfer machine not working very well and the $30 charge, To which I replied, nevermind I gotta guy. I hightailed it straight to Device Pitstop and for the same $30 charge I got the best service ever from Device Pitstop. These guys are the Bomb, do not hesitate to take your cell phone issues to these guys, they will hook you up right.

Brought in my drone that had crashed. Basically it was ruined with multiple problems including the camera. But it got professionally fixed within a few days and for even less money that originally estimated. Great job.

I took a 5s in for repair and it was not the battery as I expected. Instead, I ultimately bought a 6s from them and then complained about the battery. They needed to get a shipment and after a few days put in a new battery. The people there were very honest about delays and rectifying any issues. I recommend.

Device Pitstop Highlands Ranch upgraded my Apple MacBooks SSD hard drive, partitioned the drive for Windows 10 and macOS 10.13 High Sierra so I basically have two separate devices. The customer service was unbelievable and the speed and which they got it done far exceeded my expectations. Henry and Dante are the customer service pros and techs that know how to get this done and make you feel like you are working with friends. Super high recommendation to my new friends and this store!
