Went here based on nextdoor.com reviews. The reviews were all correct.. these guys do the job without ripping you off. In fact, they had an opportunity to stick it to me but charged me the minimum to fix a problem that didnt need any parts. I trust them and will be knocking on their door the next time I run into a computer issue. Its a local repair shop and it was a pleasant experience dealing with them vs the big box stores.

I just got a different computer from them since the one I had died which brought from them over 6 years ago. The person who helped me was Dean and Mike.Also I just had a friend who went there and also got a different computer from them.

Had a drive upgraded on our desktop computer. Very reasonable price and turn around. Would have easily been two times the price at Geek Squad. Eric and Dave were both great to work with. I will be back.

Great service and parts

I worked with Eric, and told him I was traveling and needed a quick review and resolution to my challenged laptop. He looked at the problem gave me an estimate and addressed it. I feel I received excellent service value,. He was very proactive which was greatly appreciated.

One of my PCs had been shutting down at random times lately, so I called the folks at Absolute Computer Solutions. I spoke with Eric over the phone and he said it most likely was over heating. I brought the PC down to him that morning and by the following morning I had my PC back and running in perfect condition. He replaced two of the fans and resealed the heat sink on top of the CPU. He also noticed that my disk drives were not configured optimally in the BIOS and fixed that also. The price was very fair, the turn around time was excellent and the work performed was excellent. Called in to find a laptop charger and when they didnt have it he looked for a place that did and called back to refer me to another store. Was very nice and helpful.
