On 15th September I went to that mechanic to change oil .I told him next day morning i will drive from New Jersey to Los Angeles. After couple hundred mil, when i stopped in gas station i felt smoke coming under hood. It was oil leaking. I paid another 90 $ for change oil on road .I was lucky because i saw it on time. It could be dangerous accident if i did not felt it on time. Engine could stuck with out oil. Now i will add pictures look the pictures ,.I never ever in my life saw that kind of mechanic , that Asian man left bolt lose when he changed my oil under car and oil start leaking . Dont trust this guy.

Thieves. They tried to charged me $250 but after the police came it went down to $179. It was absolutely for nothing. They didn’t even let me know until the end. We ended up calling the police but I had to pay it because he claimed it was for labor

These people are very good at what they do. First of all, they are very friendly and knowledgable on cars. The Mechanic (Dennis--> I think) was able to check and told me exactly what was wrong with my car. Before, he even start working on the car, he called me and informed me about the price and the amount of time it would take for the car to be ready (which many mechanics dont do) precisely. They fixed my car which still doesnt give me the problem anymore and he notified me of other drastic future problems within an accurate period of time if I dont do certain minor things. Overall, Kam Soon auto service is one of the best shop in the area. They saved me some money from paying a high tax by having me paying by cash and my car is running really good with over 200, 000 miles on it. thank you Kam for your hard work.

Is 4 hours too long only checking air conditioning problem and filling it with freeon? I was charged 400 dollars. Is this too high?

Worst experience with car grages ever. He was unclear about the details of charges and lied to me on at least one item. My EGR valve needed to be cleaned and I knew that well. He said it may need to get replaced and listed me a price for replacing it. In the end, I was right and he did not need to replace it. However, I still need to pay that charge because he said it is labor cost. Lots of other similar items ... Two small problems (EGR + Knock sensor) costed me $900 in CASH. Yes, he only takes cash and he did not tell me that until the last moment.I will NEVER go back again. There are a lot of other shops nearby.
