Unprofessional angry hostile. Set up an appointment 24hrs in advance drove an hour and then was told nothing is available you should go somewhere else. Honestly felt like it was just a bigoted refusal because of unfounded hate. Avoid at all costs and I will be contacting corporate about this bigoted owner.

A great bunch of guys that go above and beyond to make sure you have a positive experience. Trucks were very clean and well maintained. I would highly recommend them to anyone. The only truck rental place i will ever go to again. Just a great experience all around.

Great shop Bretwood service center, quick, accurate, friendly service and staff.

The overall truck rental went smooth. They did the walk around without me which is fine I did my own before I left the lot. The one star is because one of their employees backed a Penske truck into my pickup damaging the bumper and fender and didnt tell anyone and I did not notice it till I got back home, there is definite yellow paint on my truck that was not there when I parked it at the location, called the location and they act like its no big deal and that they are not at fault, called Penske and they basically said that its not their fault this is a independent location that happens to rent their trucks. Unless this is resolved they will not be getting anymore of my business.

The owner for this establishment is extremely unprofessional and racist. I went last week with a reservation that was reserved a week prior to pick up and the owner JOHN decided to tell his employee on the day of pick up that he didnt have any trucks available then had me come back to.pick up a truck where he admitted that he told his employee that then he told me I never gassed the truck and still charged me for the gas. JOHN didnt like cooperate being called on him for the jokes he was playing and he decided to charge me for an extra day. with al of the issues I never got most my money back. This place is not a place for anyone of color and this ace is completely unprofessional. I would definately not recommend going here. You see this place run away because he even admitted to me that he does to everyone especially people of color. I have never used penske before and this is my last time

Wow this is the first time I ever picked up a rental that the rental company tried to do the walk around without me, a few items that should have been marked dents were not noted, so be mindful of that, the truck was very dirty inside, not clean at all. Old food and used napkins found in center console.

Did a reservation online and when I went to pick up truck they wanted $100 more than quoted in cash. Pretty shady people running this place
