Very rude, charged me $25 extra for getting a small drop of paint on the floor bed of the truck.

I made a reservation online for this location for a truck. Once I arrived to pick up my truck I was advised that they dont have any trucks .. I then asked why I was able to make a reservation online if there isnt any trucks available. The guy told me he doesnt know and this happens all the time that Im suppose to call. I then told him the last time I rented a truck I did not have to call. At that point he didnt have a response. I stated there was a truck outside can I have that one? I was told that the truck was for someone else and he doesnt know why this happens but I can call budget trucks customer service line to get a credit or something So I call budget truck speak to someone, they ask for my information then say they are transferring me to customer service but they transfer me to another automated line (I think the rep just didnt want to speak to me) . Once I finally get someone else, he doesnt do anything but ask for my information AGAIN and then tells me a manager will give me a call back. THEN the manager gives me a call back and lacks complete empathy due to the fact that their company basically has me stranded. He tells me he has no truck available within 50 miles and the next truck available will be in Winston-Salem the NEXT day. His entire attitude was he didnt care. EVERY SINGLE PERSON THAT I SPOKE TO IN REGARDS TO THIS SITUATION COULD CARE LESS ABOUT ME OR THE FACT THAT THEY LEFT ME STRANDED. I hung up and called U-haul and had the best customer service experience with a truck available. Budget Truck will NEVER get my business again.

My dtr and I drove from Virginia to this office to pick up reserved truck and was told there wasn’t one. Very poor management, he could Not get anyone on the phone to see if there was a truck to get somewhere else. We had to go to Greensboro Uhaul, which is who will get my business from now on.

People are rude. I had a truck reserved, tried to give me a smaller truck claimed budget doesn’t rent the size I reserved and when I called budget he yelled at me in the office while on the phone and told me to take my business elsewhere

3 different places, 3 supervisors talked to, all to have my previously made reservations. After all that I still didnt get What I asked for. Disappointed.
