I would not recommend this company even to my worst enemy. Not only are they very unprofessional they also didn’t show up for my scheduled appointment that I made a week in advance. I then tried to call, left a message to get no response or a call back. To make matters worse I stopped in the office the receptionist told me I had scheduled an evening appointment when I have their business card where the receptionist wrote on it a morning appointment between 9 AM and 12. I can’t believe this place makes enough money to keep the doors open. I cannot stress this enough, chose a different company.

UniFi North is a great company to deal with. Ive got to give it to them for being patient with me because Im not an easy person to please!Theyve helped me out a bunch of times when I couldnt pay the bill on time. I like to download a lot of illegal movies, they told me Im not supposed to do that but they didnt threaten me like Mediacom did.I wish I could have their internet at my new place, but they said they cant help me anymore. 😥

These guys are great to deal with! I have their internet service. Very down to earth people great to work with easy to get a hold of and always working to improve and fix issues or problems as quick as possible. We had a problem one night with our service I got a hold of them and within an hour the service was fixed and restored!!! Try to get that type of customer service else where itll never happen!! Amazing company and people to deal with highly recommend!!

Working with these guys has been amazing. Good team, Hard working with an eye for detail. They have a passion which they apply to their practices and it shows in their craftsmanship. Theyre bringing true high speed at great prices to all of us that are out of reach of the big guys..

UniFi North is a great company. I know them personally. Very nice, down to Earth people to deal with.What you get is what they are offering, pretty simple.A+ to deal with.

They wont even let you access your own router and you cant even use your own like Mediacom will let you what a joke this company is. Plus every time I had them I had internet problems all the time like with the downstream and the upstream with MediaCom I dont have that anymore so long unifi North. Plus the owner is rude if there was star rating lower then 1 i would be putting that so im going to say 0 starts not recommended isp

They are very professional, but approachable company and employees. Who care about your needs for service and quality of the service that you get and they provide to you. I highly recommend UniFiNorth.

For us Mediacom was horrendous and customer service sucked!But then Unifi North came through for us..We are so happy we chose to use their service!Very friendly, but most importantly- theyre honest.Nate the tech was great..Unifis customer service and the Service itself are unbeatable.Thx again guys!

Worst internet provider out there terrible customer service they ignore you and try to set up something and they dont even bother to check them with the landlord Mediacom is better better than this internet will ever be
