Needed tables/chairs at the last minute for my baby shower, I called around to so many others and they either wanted more money or didnt have anything for me. I dont know the name of the man who helped me out but prices are very reasonable and they showed up on time (a couple hours early as a matter of fact) with everything I needed. Thank you so much! I dont know what I wouldve done without them.

I rented 6 tables and 60 chairs for an event. I requested delivery between 10:00am and 11:30am. I had to call and text many times before receiving confirmation that they will be there at 12pm. The delivery actually arrived at 1:30! But worst of all, the white chairs were all dirty (gray NOT white) and all rusted. I got no response about that. He didn’t even care how upset I clearly was the only thing he asked was “Who’s going to pay me? I owed $110 and gave him $120 because I didn’t have change. The guy never came back with the change. Who told him to keep it? I didn’t want to give any tip since I was not satisfied. I had to use filthy chairs because since they were soooo late I didn’t even had time to clean them. Awful service!!! Don’t use this company they do not care about your satisfaction only heir money.

Best company for your events!!! i highly recommend them...best prices, great service and overall extraordinary professionalism. food and catering was on point, decorations were stupendous....definitely will call them again for my event, my kids loved their party all thanks to Cookies N Creme Party rental!

Also operating under aladdin party rentals. Do not use them.Anaiz (owner) knows zero about the parks she services. Do not use this company. She was a complete no show for a party due to her not having a gate big enough for delivery. Blamed the parents for not knowing park policy (even though her company is approved with the park on her website). Also did not issue refund. Had to take it to an attorney.

Worst experience ever, will NEVER hire this company for my future events. They arrived late and the owner wanted to charge me an extra $100 to bring the tables, Chairs and bounce house because the lazy person was too lazy to make more than one trip to bring the stuff where i had my event.. That was not advised to me when i got my quote over the phone. Food was cold and not good! Worst experience ever!!! Please people dont get fooled by this company.

I had a really bad experience with Cookies and Cream party rental. First of all they arrived late to my event and when I asked what happened? the staff were very rude and told me that I should be happy that they arrived at the time they did. Would not recommend this party rental to even my worst enemy. First and last time I use them.

The best price and good service!I rented a jump for a party in 2016 and the service was excellent, they were on time to take it and pick it up. I used them again last month for my baby shower in Amelia Park, I rented a jump and 50 chairs too. The price is the best I could find, much cheaper than the other places I called and the service was equally good. I talked to Carlos, he always answers the phone and was in the park at the agreed time. I will hire you again in the future.I rented a bounce house back in 2016 and the service was good and in time. I needed to rent a bounce house again and some chairs for my party last month but after reading the reviews this time I wasn’t gonna use them. After checking prices with a few other companies and reading their reviews I decided to give them a call since my previous experience had been good. I talk to Carlos 4 days before the party and he was able to get everything ready. He got to the park (Amelia Earhart) in time for the delivery and told me to give him a call when the party was over to pick up the rentals. His service was good and the price was the best I could get. I will definitely use them for my next party.
