I had my wedding in July 2021 and I used their chairs, tables, charger plates, and napkin rings. Everything came out amazing!!! They did a great job and the staff leading up to the event was great! My wedding came out so beautiful! I couldn’t have asked for anything better!!!!

A good party rental in South Florida.!!!I called many party rental places before I bumped into party rentals. My main concerns were can they make it happen without stressing me out and my second issue was can I get a fair price. I was pleased to say that both of my concerns were actually a non issue to this company. They delivered it they set it up and I got a great price on the Tent Rentals, Table Rentals, and Chair Rentals. Nice job.

The event was June 20th. The workers were hours late an Couldn’t put the tent up due to a gate. I paid with a credit card but now they want to refund me with a paper check. She said I’d get the check in the mail on the 29th. Today is July 2nd, still no check and no ones answering the phones and voicemails are full. Bad business

We ordered several items for our wedding renewal vows and for our sons birthday party. All of our items were shipped quickly and were in excellent condition. We ordered the table linens for both events, centerpieces, and a set of the Diego decorations. It was a blessing to find all of our needs for both events in one location.The customer service was wonderful in helping us decide what packages would be best for both events. They walked us through each step of the process and did it quickly and professionally.Overall, we enjoyed our experience with the company and will be using them again for events we have throughout the year. I am an ordained minister and will be recommending them to couples for their wedding arrangements and orders.

If you just need a table with 8 chairs don’t even call them because you need a minimum of $50 to order from them 🤦🏼‍♀️ 👎

I did a small order in DuPont building with some chairs and furniture I was scare because the people there are very meticulous, but I dont even know how the delivery happen when I got there at 10 am and set up was already done I ask the lady in charge and they say that imperial was gone 30 minutes ago. This is the worst rental company, I dont recommend it to anyone in Miami, I called on a Friday afternoon for an order on Sunday, the person who assisted me was in a hurry to leave, (Arrieta), she cant explain how Neither the payment nor the refund worked, she only placed the order and told me that if I did not receive the email I would not worry that the next day she would be there and she would send it to me 5 minutes later I call to cancel nobody, answer, I wait until the next day and they tell me that they cannot return the money that the company policy has to notify 7 days before. To begin with, they never sent me a confirmation of any kind or explained any of that to me when I called, they only told me that they can give me a store credit for something that I am not going to use and that I pay with a debit card. That they cant do anything. Second thing on the website says $ 95 for a bounce house that ends up paying $ 189.00 at no time authorize them to remove from my card, without explaining anything to me. Very bad service, the explanation was because they assumed that I would not cancel the order, they agreed that they would call me on Monday. I am still waiting for their call.
