Great customer service from the hialeah store, the manager is super helpful. The process is super straight forward. I was in and out and had my bedroom set installed the following day. Worth every penny.

Its outrageous to see the way your customers are robbed, and you sell old and defective equipment at a discriminating price, a few months ago I bought a laptop that Im still paying for and its broken a lot, now its in maintenance, the owner from the store I just designed that you can not give me back my money nor can you give me a new one, your answer was that I have to stay with that old woman and claim the insurance after she finishes paying

The crew and specially the manager needs to be replaced. Manager needs to respect customers employees are afraid of her. The place needs to be shut down never ever renting at that location attitude manager.

For me it is the best store of all, I have had an account in other stores and in aarons and this store makes a difference in the good treatment of its customers, I feel like family, the manager Yuyi is an excellent person, I will stay with them all my life ,keep in that way

A horrible place, I do not recommend it to anyone, no professionalism, the manager is disrespectful, isdultifying the customer, yelling at him, do not come to this store that is of no use at all. DO NOT COME !! Until the corporate office I will be calling !! The store must be closed due to lack of customer service

I went there and I had to wait an hour to be attended no one comes to you to see if you need help, the manager is awful, everyone in there are racists AF, I dont recommend this place at all if you can go to another store GO cause this one they would make you feel very very badI do not recommend this store, the worst customer service that I have witnessed in my life, they had me standing for almost an hour waiting to be attended and they were not busy, after waiting they treated me very badly and of course I complained to them and I did not do any kind of thing. buy there, the store smells horrible you can tell they are not clean.This place is a huge freaking mess
